In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10-13, a second heat dissipation mechanism is further included, the second heat dissipation mechanism comprising: a cooling tube 45, wherein the cooling tube 45 is laid on the inner wall of the outer housing 141 and is far away from one side of the photon emission head 146 or is adjacent to the side wall of the photon emission head 146;
the two ends of the cooling pipe 45 are respectively connected with a water inlet pipe 44 and a return pipe 46, the water inlet pipe 44 and the return pipe 46 are respectively connected with a first pump 47 and a first liquid tank 48, the input end of the first pump 47 is connected with one output end of the first liquid tank 48, the other output end of the first liquid tank 48 is connected with a second pump 49, the second pump 49 is connected with one input port of a mixing tank 52 through a pipeline, and the other input port of the mixing tank 52 is connected with a second liquid tank 50 through a third pump 51; the output port of the mixing box 52 is connected with a nozzle 53 with a plurality of spray heads;
a valve assembly is disposed between the mixing tank 52 and the nozzle 53, and the valve assembly is used for opening or closing the mixing tank 52 and the nozzle 53, and the valve assembly includes: a valve driving component and a valve body, wherein the valve driving component drives the valve body to open or close through the rotating shaft of the fan 153,
the valve body includes: a liquid inlet end 38, wherein one end of the liquid inlet end 38 is connected with the output end of the mixing box 52, the other end is connected with a liquid inlet pipe cavity 39, and the other end of the liquid inlet pipe cavity 39 is sequentially provided with a liquid outlet pipe cavity 42 and a liquid outlet end 43; an adjusting pipe cavity 40 is arranged between the liquid inlet pipe cavity 39 and the liquid outlet pipe cavity 42, the adjusting pipe cavity 40 is opened or closed through a sealing pipe plug 41, the upper end of the sealing pipe plug 41 is connected with an adjusting rod 35, the other end of the adjusting rod 35 penetrates through the adjusting pipe cavity 40 and extends outwards and is provided with an adjusting handle 34, the outer wall of the adjusting pipe cavity 40 is provided with a height ruler 36, and the outer wall of the adjusting rod 35 is provided with a height adjusting sliding block 37 which is matched with the height ruler 36; the liquid outlet end 43 is connected with a nozzle 53.
The valve drive assembly includes: the output end of the micro driving motor is connected to one end of the fifth rotating shaft 33, the micro driving motor and the fan 153 are both connected with the controller 4, the controller 4 opens and closes the micro driving motor according to the rotation of the fan 153, the fifth rotating shaft 33 is erected on the inner wall of the installation shell through a third fixing seat 32, the other end of the fifth rotating shaft 33 is connected with a second swinging rod 30, the other end of the second swinging rod 30 is connected with a first connecting rod 29 through a fourth rotating shaft 31, the other end of the first connecting rod 29 is rotationally connected with a third rotating shaft 27, the third rotating shaft 27 is adjustably arranged in an adjusting notch 28, the adjusting notch 28 is arranged on a fan-shaped adjusting disc 24, the fan-shaped triangular end of the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24 is rotationally erected on a second fixing seat 25 through a second rotating shaft 26, and the second fixing seat 25 is erected on the inner wall of the installation shell;
the fan-shaped surface of fan-shaped regulating disk 24 is equipped with outside bellied slide rail 23, the interval is equipped with limit stop 22 on the slide rail 23, it is equipped with arc rack 21 to slide between the limit stop 22, the inner wall of installation shell has still erect first fixing base 17, it is equipped with first pivot 19 to rotate on the first fixing base 17, first pendulum rod 16 is connected to one of them end of first pivot 19, and the other end is connected gear 20, gear 20 with arc rack 21 meshing sets up.
In this embodiment, after the controller 4 receives the information that the fan 153 stops working, the controller 4 starts the motor to drive the valve driving assembly, and opens the valve body through the valve driving assembly, so as to realize that the valve body quantitatively outputs the liquid in the first liquid tank 48 and the second liquid tank 50 to the nozzle 53 respectively, and outputs the disinfection liquid on one surface of the photon emission head 146 by using the nozzle 53, one end of the outer shell 141, which is close to the photon emission head 146, is provided with an immersion liquid port, and the immersion liquid port is convenient for the disinfection liquid to flow from the inside to the outside of the outer shell 141, so that the purpose of disinfecting the appearance is realized, and after using the photon therapeutic apparatus, different people can automatically disinfect the same, thus truly realizing the purpose of disinfection by one person with intelligence; reducing the cross infection caused by the use of different people.
Specifically, when the valve driving assembly works, firstly the micro driving motor rotates with the fifth rotating shaft 33, the second swing rod 30 rotates with the fourth rotating shaft 31 after the fifth rotating shaft 33 rotates, the fourth rotating shaft 31 further swings with the first connecting rod 29, so that the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24 swings with the second rotating shaft 26, and during the swinging process of the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24, the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24 swings together with the arc-shaped rack 21 movably connected with the arc-shaped surface; the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24 is meshed with the gear 20 in the moving process, meanwhile, the fan-shaped adjusting disc 24 can reciprocate by matching with the sliding rail 23 and is meshed with the gear 20 intermittently, the gear 20 is meshed to rotate with the first rotating shaft 19, the first rotating shaft 19 swings with the first swinging rod 16, the adjusting handle 34 is shifted after the first swinging rod 16 swings, the adjusting handle 34 rotates with the adjusting rod 35, the adjusting rod 35 is lifted or falls through forward rotation or reverse rotation, the adjusting cavity plug 41 of the adjusting rod 35 is used for opening or closing the adjusting cavity 40 between the liquid inlet cavity 39 and the liquid outlet cavity 42, and accordingly alcohol mixed according to proportion in the mixing box 52 is output to the nozzle 53.
The first liquid tank 48 is filled with purified water, the second liquid tank 50 is filled with alcohol, and when the fan 153 stops rotating, the controller 4 stops the output of the first pump 47 and stops the liquid backflow of the cooling pipe 45, so that the secondary cooling and heat dissipation work is stopped; meanwhile, the controller 4 sends out instructions to the second pump 49 and the third pump 51, so that the second pump 49 and the third pump 51 output corresponding liquid doses according to preset values, and therefore the purpose of diluting the alcohol in the second liquid tank 50 to 75% alcohol and outputting the alcohol through the valve body is achieved, and the purpose of disinfecting the photon action end of the photon therapeutic apparatus after each use is achieved.
