Abstract
A device for lip mucosa disease medicine feeding and lip nursing comprises a lip mask and a liquid medicine supplementing device; the lip film comprises a basal layer, an adhesion part, a liquid storage cavity and a liquid guiding structure; the adhesive portion is disposed along an edge of the base layer; the liquid storage cavity is internally provided with a water absorbing material which can absorb and store liquid medicines; the liquid guiding structure is connected with the liquid storage cavity, so that liquid absorbed from the liquid storage cavity can be uniformly distributed in the whole lip area through capillary action of the fluff fibers; the liquid inlet on the liquid storage cavity is detachably connected with the liquid medicine supplementing device. The medical fluid supplementing device can be a pumping administration device, and comprises a meter and a liquid pump; the capsule drug delivery device also comprises an extrusion part and a drug delivery part; the medical fluid replenishing device can be selectively connected or disconnected according to the needs of the patient, and an appropriate medical fluid replenishing device can be selected. The device can adjust the mode of dosing according to patient's condition, convenient to use, easily operation, and the lip membrane can fully paste the medicine on the labial surface, improves the treatment of lip mucosa disease.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical care products, and particularly relates to a device for lip mucosa disease medicine feeding and lip care.
Background
Lip mucosa diseases are a common type of lip disease, including cheilitis, ulcers, herpes, and the like. The treatment method is usually external application medicine, and the existing external application medicine for curing the lip mucosa diseases mostly adopts a direct application mode. If the medicine is liquid, the medicine is wet-packed by cotton balls or gauze, and most of the medicine is absorbed by the cotton balls or gauze, so that the medicine is wasted, and the medicine is lost or diluted by saliva when the acting time is not reached, so that a good treatment effect cannot be achieved, and the medicine is not beneficial to the patient to use.

The invention aims to provide a device for lip mucosa disease medicine feeding and lip nursing, which comprises a lip mask and a liquid medicine supplementing device; the lip film comprises a basal layer, an adhesion part, a liquid storage cavity and a liquid guiding structure, wherein the adhesion part, the liquid storage cavity and the liquid guiding structure are all arranged on the basal layer; the base layer has a shape that can conform to the upper lip and/or the lower lip and has a width that is greater than the thickness of the lips of a typical user; the adhesive part is arranged along the edge of the basal layer and takes a shape of a belt, and the surface of the adhesive part is provided with adhesiveness and is used for being adhered to the periphery of the lip of a user so as to fix the lip film on the lip of the user; the liquid storage cavity is arranged on the basal layer at a position adjacent to the adhesion part and corresponds to the lip of a user, and a water absorbing material is arranged in the liquid storage cavity and can absorb and store liquid medicines; the liquid guiding structure is composed of fluff fibers, one side of the liquid guiding structure is communicated with the liquid storage cavity, the fluff fiber structure of the liquid guiding structure extends over the rest surface of the lip film and corresponds to the whole lip surface of a user, so that liquid medicine absorbed from the liquid storage cavity can be uniformly distributed in the whole lip area of the lip film through capillary action of the fluff fibers; the liquid storage cavity is also provided with a liquid inlet, and the liquid storage cavity is preferably arranged at the end part of the liquid storage cavity, and the liquid inlet is detachably connected with the liquid medicine supplementing device.
Optionally, the liquid medicine supplementing device is a pumping administration device and comprises a meter and a liquid pump, wherein the liquid pump is used for pumping the liquid medicine into the meter, and the other end of the meter is provided with a connecting part which is used for being detachably and hermetically connected with the liquid inlet of the lip film.
Optionally, the liquid medicine supplementing device is a capsule administration device and comprises an extrusion part and a medicine delivery part, wherein the extrusion part is provided with a cavity for accommodating the capsule and an operation part for applying pressure, and the medicine delivery part is provided with a connecting part which is detachably and hermetically connected with a liquid inlet on the lip film; the capsule is internally provided with liquid medicine, the capsule is broken by applying extrusion force to the operation part of the extrusion part, and the liquid medicine flows out from the capsule to the medicine delivery part and flows into the liquid storage cavity of the lip film through the liquid inlet.
The device for lip mucosa disease medicine feeding and lip nursing can be used for selectively connecting or disconnecting the liquid medicine supplementing device according to different needs of patients, and selecting an appropriate liquid medicine supplementing device; when the patient is a patient lying in bed or in coma for a long time, the lip mask is connected with the pumping and drug administration device, and the drug administration time and the drug administration amount can be set according to the needs of the patient; when a patient goes out, the capsule administration device can be carried and connected with the lip mask during administration, and self-help administration can be realized by replacing the medicine capsule, so that the medicine is quick, sanitary and convenient to carry; if the device is used for the conventional medicine feeding of a common patient, the liquid medicine supplementing device is disconnected with the lip film, the lip film is singly used, the medical staff or the patient himself or herself can send the medicine into the lip film through injection and the like, and then the lip film is applied to the lip of the patient, so that the medicine feeding of the lip of the patient is realized.
Further, a water locking layer is arranged on the outer side of the liquid storage cavity and made of waterproof and breathable materials and used for preventing liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity from volatilizing. Preferably, the material of the water-blocking layer comprises SSS spun-bonded polypropylene non-woven fabrics, polypropylene fibers, polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers and polyolefin fibers.
Further, the water absorbing material in the liquid storage cavity is a high molecular water absorbing material, preferably SAF composite fiber material, water absorbing resin, polyacrylamide, acrylic acid and acrylamide copolymer.
Preferably, the adhesive material of the surface of the adhesive part is selected from hydrogel or medical glue, and the adhesive material selectively covers the whole adhesive part or part of the adhesive part.
Furthermore, in the non-use state, the outer side of the lip film is covered with a film, the film can be torn off and arranged, is made of waterproof antibacterial materials and is used for preventing the lip film from being polluted, and the film can be torn off when in use.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that the examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it is understood that various changes and modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the disclosure of the present invention, and such equivalents are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the device for lip mucosa disease administration and lip care of the present embodiment includes a lip mask 1 and a medicinal liquid replenishing device 2. The lip mask comprises a basal layer 11, an adhesion part 12, a liquid storage cavity 13 and a liquid guiding structure 14, wherein the adhesion part 12, the liquid storage cavity 13 and the liquid guiding structure 14 are arranged on the basal layer 11. The base layer 11 is made of a non-woven fabric of a medicinal grade, has an air-permeable and water-impermeable effect, has a shape that can be fitted with the upper lip or the lower lip, or both the upper lip and the lower lip, and has a width larger than the thickness of a general lip.
The adhesive portion 12 is provided along the edge of the base layer 11 in the shape of a band, and has an adhesive surface for adhering to the outer periphery of the user's lips to fix the lip film 1 to the user's lips. The surface of the adhesive portion 12 is composed of an adhesive material that selectively covers the entire adhesive portion 12 or partially covers the adhesive portion 12. The adhesive material may be selected from hydrogels or medical gels or other suitable medical adhesive materials. The polymer gel with good hydrophilicity can improve the comfort of a patient using the lip mask. The hydrogel may be a medical hydrogel generally used in the art, for example, a gel formed by deionized water plus some high molecular copolymer and crosslinking agent, more specifically, a copolymer of acrylamide, hydroxy acrylate or hydroxy methacrylate and crosslinking agent, and deionized water.
The liquid storage chamber 13 is provided at an inner position with respect to the adhering portion 12, corresponding to the lip of the user, and a water absorbing material is provided in the liquid storage chamber 13, capable of absorbing and storing the liquid medicine. The water-absorbing material in the liquid storage cavity 13 is a high molecular water-absorbing material, preferably a composite fiber material, a water-absorbing resin, polyacrylamide, acrylic acid and acrylamide copolymer. The outside of the liquid storage cavity 13 is provided with a water locking layer made of waterproof and breathable materials and used for preventing the liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity 13 from volatilizing. Preferably, the material of the water-blocking layer comprises SSS spun-bonded polypropylene nonwoven fabric, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyolefin fiber.
The liquid-guiding structure 14 is composed of fluff fibers, one side of the liquid-guiding structure 14 is connected with the liquid-storing cavity 13, the fluff fiber structure of the liquid-guiding structure extends over the surface of the lip film 1, corresponding to the whole lip surface of the user, so that the liquid absorbed from the liquid-storing cavity 13 can be uniformly distributed over the whole lip area by the capillary action of the fluff fibers. The liquid storage cavity 13 is also provided with a liquid inlet 15, which is preferably arranged at the end part of the liquid storage cavity 13, as shown in fig. 1. The liquid inlet 15 is provided with a detachable sealing cover (not shown), and the liquid inlet 15 is detachably connected with the liquid medicine replenishing device 2.
The outer side of the lip film 1 is also covered with a film which can be torn off and is made of waterproof antibacterial material for preventing the lip film 1 from being polluted.
The medical fluid replenishing device 2 in the present embodiment is a pump administration device including a meter 21 and a liquid pump 22, the liquid pump 22 being for pumping the medical fluid into the meter 21. The liquid medicine replenishing device also comprises a liquid replenishing pipe 23, and the liquid replenishing pipe 23 is detachably connected with the liquid inlet 15. The scale 21 is provided with a scale, so that the amount of the chemical to be replenished can be precisely controlled. The refill tube 23 and the inlet 15 may be connected by any suitable removable connection, such as a threaded connection, a snap-fit and snap-fit connection, etc. The liquid inlet 15 is also provided with a sealing cover, and after the liquid supplementing is completed, the liquid inlet 15 is closed by the sealing cover.
Example 2
The lip film in this example is substantially the same as that in example 1, except that the drug solution replenishing device 3 used is a capsule drug administration device. The capsule drug delivery device comprises a squeezing part 31 and a drug delivery part 32, wherein the squeezing part 31 is used for accommodating a capsule 33, the drug delivery part 32 is provided with a connecting part communicated with a liquid inlet 15 on the lip film, and the connecting part is positioned at the end part of the drug delivery part 32; the capsule 33 contains a liquid medicine therein, and the capsule 33 is ruptured by applying a pressing force to the pressing portion 31, and the liquid medicine flows out from the capsule to the medicine feeding portion 32 and flows into the liquid storage chamber 13 of the lip membrane through the liquid inlet 15. Preferably, a rupture zone may be provided on the capsule, where a thinner capsule wall thickness is used, or by providing indentations or the like in the capsule wall in this area, so as to facilitate rupture upon application of a force, and not to accidentally rupture under a small force causing leakage of the drug.
The drug delivery portion 32 and the inlet 15 may be connected by any suitable removable connection, such as a threaded connection, a snap-fit and snap-fit connection, or the like. In order to seal the drug delivery part 32 to the liquid inlet 15, a seal ring may be provided at the connection part of the liquid inlet 15 or the drug delivery part 32.
This embodiment only schematically illustrates one possibility of a capsule drug delivery device, however, the capsule drug delivery device is not limited to the specific structure illustrated in fig. 2, but may be other mechanical structures known to a person skilled in the art that enable crushing of a capsule and delivery of a medical fluid.
The device for applying medicine to lip mucosa diseases and caring lips can be used for selectively connecting or disconnecting the liquid medicine supplementing device according to different needs of patients and selecting a proper liquid medicine supplementing device; when the patient is a patient lying in bed or in coma for a long period of time, the lip mask is connected to the pump administration device (example 1), and the administration time and the administration amount can be set according to the patient's needs; when a patient goes out, the capsule administration device (embodiment 2) can be carried, and the capsule administration device is connected with the lip mask during administration, so that self-help administration can be realized by replacing the medicine capsule, and the medicine is quick, sanitary and convenient to carry; if the device is used for the conventional medicine feeding of a common patient, the liquid medicine supplementing device is disconnected with the lip film, the lip film is singly used, the medical staff or the patient himself or herself can send the medicine into the lip film through injection and the like, and then the lip film is applied to the lip of the patient, so that the medicine feeding of the lip of the patient is realized.
Claims (6)
1. or the liquid medicine supplementing device is a capsule medicine feeding device and comprises an extrusion part and a medicine feeding part, wherein the extrusion part is provided with a cavity for accommodating a capsule and an operation part for applying pressure, and the medicine feeding part is provided with a connecting part which is detachably and hermetically connected with a liquid inlet on the lip film; the capsule comprises a liquid medicine inside, the capsule is broken by applying extrusion force to an operation part of the extrusion part, and the liquid medicine flows out from the capsule to a medicine delivery part and flows into a liquid storage cavity of the lip film through the liquid inlet;
the device is configured in a combined way according to the requirement, and the method comprises the following steps: the lip film is connected with the pumping administration device, the lip film is connected with the capsule administration device, or the lip film is singly used, the medicine is delivered into the lip film through injection, and then the lip film is applied to the lips of a user, so that the medicine is applied to the lips.
