An integrated all-in-one dental implant component is characterized by comprising a healing table (2), a fixing screw (3), a die (5) and a scanning rod (7); the healing table (2) is provided with a fixing screw (3), and the healing table (2) is in threaded connection with an internal threaded hole drilled on an alveolar bone (1) of a patient through the fixing screw (3) so as to fix the healing table (2) on the alveolar bone (1); a mounting groove (4) is formed in the healing table (2); the mold (5) is connected with the healing table (2) through the mounting groove (4), a scanning rod (7) is arranged in the mold (5), and the scanning rod (7) provides three-dimensional scanning image data acquisition; the healing table (2) further comprises a customized dental crown (12), wherein the customized dental crown (12) is made of three-dimensional scanning image data by using the scanning rod (7), and the customized dental crown (12) comprises a dental crown body (121) and a connecting screw (122); after the die (5) and the scanning rod (7) are separated from the healing table (2), a connecting screw (122) is arranged at the bottom of the dental crown body (121), and the dental crown body (121) is in threaded connection with the mounting groove (4) through the connecting screw (122); a connecting cavity (14) with a barb structure is formed on the healing table (2); a dental filling slot (13) is formed in the dental crown body (121); when the dental crown body (121) rotates into the mounting groove (4) through the connecting screw (122), the connecting cavity (14) is communicated with the dental filling groove (13); the customized dental crown (12) further includes a filling (15); the filler (15) is poured into the dental filling groove (13), enters the connecting cavity (14) through the dental filling groove (13), fills the connecting cavity (14) and the dental filling groove (13) completely, and stabilizes the custom dental crown (12) after the filler (15) is solidified.

The integrated all-in-one dental implant assembly according to claim 1, wherein a fitting opening is formed in the mold (5), the scanning rod (7) is inserted into the fitting opening to be clamped with the mold (5), and the bottom of the scanning rod (7) penetrates through the fitting opening to be connected with the mounting groove (4).

The integrated all-in-one dental implant assembly according to claim 2, wherein a threaded opening (8) is formed in the mounting groove (4), external threads are formed on the outer portion of the scanning rod (7), the scanning rod (7) penetrates through the mating opening, and the scanning rod (7) is in threaded connection with the threaded opening (8) through the external threads.
4. An integrated all-in-one dental implant assembly according to claim 2, wherein a filling patch (9) is provided at the junction of the scanning rod (7) and the mould (5).
5. An integrated all-in-one dental implant assembly according to claim 2, wherein the mold (5) further comprises an adapter (10); the adaptation seat (10) is connected with the healing table (2), and the mould (5) is connected with the adaptation seat (10) through the scanning rod (7).
6. An integrated all-in-one dental implant assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the mould (5) is externally provided with a soft filling material (11), and that the soft filling material (11) encloses the mould (5).
