According to the planting and repairing method, the substrate 2 and the implant 1 are placed after the alveolar bone 6 is healed, the substrate 2 does not need to be moved or taken down in the whole repairing process, the soft tissue 7 is not affected all the time, the soft tissue 7 is repaired horizontally, obviously, simply and conveniently, and the discomfort of a patient in the repairing process is reduced to the maximum extent.

Claims (9)

1. Two segmentation planting upper portion prosthetic devices, its characterized in that includes:
a base (2) for passing through soft tissue (7) and being mounted on the implant (1);
the healing abutment (3) is detachably connected with the base (2) and is used for sealing and protecting the base (2) and the soft tissue (7) around the base (2) in the stage of combining the implant (1) with the alveolar bone (6);
a transfer rod (4) used for preparing the implant repair impression stage, wherein the healing base station (3) is replaced by the transfer rod (4) which is connected with the substrate (2) to prepare the implant repair impression; and after the preparation of the implant repair impression is completed, the transfer rod (4) is replaced to the healing abutment (3); and
a repair connector (8) on which a dental crown is mounted; for the final repair phase, the healing abutment (3) is exchanged for the repair connector (8) to be connected to the base (2).
2. The two-stage implant superior repair device according to claim 1, wherein said base (2) comprises:
a base body (21) being a bowl-shaped structural member;
the base head part (22) is an annular structural part and is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the base body part (21); the diameter of the base head (22) is equal to the largest diameter of the base body (21); and
a base connection (23) for detachable connection of the base body (21) with the implant (1).
3. The two-stage implant superior repair device of claim 2, wherein: the top end of the substrate connecting piece (23) is provided with a connecting screw hole (231).
4. The two-stage implant superior repair device of claim 2, wherein: the base body part (21) is provided with a through hole for the base connecting piece (23) to pass through.
5. The two-stage implant superior repair device of claim 1, wherein: the repair connector (8) is connected with the base (2) by a screw (9).
6. The two-stage implant superior repair device of claim 2, wherein: the lower end of the repairing connecting body (8) is provided with a connecting piece which extends along the radial direction of the repairing connecting body (8); the connecting piece is used for abutting against the top end of the base head (22) when the repairing connecting body (8) is installed.
7. The two-stage implant superior repair device according to of any of claims 1-6, wherein the implant (1), the base (2) and the repair interface (8) are made of titanium.
A two-stage implanted superior prosthetic device repair method of , based on the two-stage implanted superior prosthetic device of any of claims 1-7 through , comprising the steps of:
preparing holes on the alveolar bone (6) of a patient, and implanting the implant (1);
mounting a substrate (2) on the implant (1) through soft tissue (7);
mounting a healing abutment (3) on the base (2) awaiting healing of the alveolar bone (6) and the soft tissue (7);
taking down the healing base station (3), installing a transfer rod (4), preparing an implant restoration impression, and copying the impression into an oral cavity model;
selecting a repair connector (8) and manufacturing a dental crown on the oral cavity model;
detaching a restoration connector (8) from the oral cavity model, installing the restoration connector (8) on the substrate (2), and installing a dental crown on the restoration connector (8) for tooth trial;
adjusting the crown according to the result of the test and finally installing the prosthetic connector (8) on the base (2) for a long time and permanently installing the crown on the prosthetic connector (8).
A two-stage implanted superior prosthetic device repair method of , based on the two-stage implanted superior prosthetic device of any of claims 1-7 through , comprising the steps of:
preparing holes on the alveolar bone (6) of a patient, and implanting the implant (1);
installing a base (2) after healing of the alveolar bone (6) and soft tissue (7);
mounting a healing abutment (3) on the base (2) awaiting healing of the soft tissue (7);
taking down the healing base station (3), installing a transfer rod (4), preparing an implant restoration impression, and copying the impression into an oral cavity model;
selecting a repair connector (8) and manufacturing a dental crown on the oral cavity model;
detaching a restoration connector (8) from the oral cavity model, installing the restoration connector (8) on the substrate (2), and installing a dental crown on the restoration connector (8) for tooth trial;
adjusting the crown according to the result of the test and finally installing the prosthetic connector (8) on the base (2) for a long time and permanently installing the crown on the prosthetic connector (8).
