Fig. 9 is an exploded perspective view of the cover unit 1 viewed from below. Fig. 10 is a perspective plan view showing a state where the lid body 11 is in the closed position in the lidded container 100. Fig. 11 is a perspective plan view showing a state where the lid body 11 is in an open position in the lidded container 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a container with a lid 100 of the present embodiment includes a lid unit 1 of the present embodiment and a container body 2 to which the lid unit 1 is detachably attached.
The lidded container 100 is a mug (beverage container) that can keep warm or cool a beverage (contents) stored in a container body 2 by the container body 2 having a vacuum heat insulation structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the container body 2 is formed of a double-layer container having a bottomed cylindrical outer container 3 and an inner container 4 made of, for example, stainless steel, and having mouth portions joined to each other in a state where the inner container 4 is housed inside the outer container 3.
Further, a vacuum insulation layer 5 is provided between the outer container 3 and the inner container 4. The vacuum heat insulating layer 5 can be formed by, for example, blocking an exhaust hole provided in the central portion of the bottom surface of the outer container 3 in a chamber that is depressurized (evacuated) to a high vacuum.
The container body 2 has a substantially circular bottom portion 2a and a body portion 2b rising from the outer periphery of the bottom portion 2a in a substantially cylindrical shape. The upper end of the body portion 2b is circularly opened as an upper opening portion 2c of the container body 2.
The container body 2 further includes a bottom member 6 attached to the bottom portion 2a, and a shoulder member 7 attached to the upper end portion of the body portion 2 b.
The bottom member 6 and the shoulder member 7 are made of heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP). In addition, for example, a thermoplastic resin such as Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), a resin having excellent wear resistance such as Polyoxymethylene (POM), or the like may be used.
The bottom member 6 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape as a whole. The bottom member 6 is attached to the bottom portion 2a of the container body 2 in a state of being fitted in the step portion 2d between the bottom portion 2a and the body portion 2b of the container body 2 by being bonded with an adhesive agent.
The shoulder member 7 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole. The shoulder member 7 is attached by being bonded with an adhesive in a state of being fitted in the step portion 2e between the body portion 2b and the upper opening portion 2c of the container body 2, and thereby the shoulder member 7 is attached in a state of covering the periphery of the upper opening portion 2c (the upper end portion of the body portion 2 b) of the container body 2.
In addition, a handle portion 8 is provided on a side surface of the container body 2. The handle portion 8 includes a grip portion 8a, and the grip portion 8a is a portion to be gripped by a user and extends in the vertical direction so as to connect a lower arm 6a extending from a side surface of the bottom member 6 and an upper arm 7a extending from a side surface of the shoulder member 7. Both ends of the grip portion 8a are attached to the lower arm 6a and the upper arm 7a by screwing.
The entire container body 2 has a substantially cylindrical external shape, but the external shape of the container body 2 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the size, the design, and the like. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the container body 2 may be coated or printed.
The grip portion 8 is not necessarily limited to the above-described shape, and may be, for example, a member that protrudes from the side surface of the shoulder member 7 and extends downward.
In the following description of the present embodiment, the side where the handle portion 8 is provided is referred to as the "rear side" of the lidded container 100, and the opposite side is referred to as the "front side" of the lidded container 100.
The lid unit 1 of the present embodiment constitutes a plug body that closes the upper opening 2c of the container main body 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 9, the cover unit 1 includes: a lid body 10 that closes the upper opening 2c of the container body 2 and is provided with a liquid passage port 9; a lid body 11 that opens and closes the liquid passage port 9 in a state of being rotatably attached to the lid main body 10; and a cover opening/closing mechanism 12 that opens and closes the cover 11 between a closing position at which the cover 11 closes the liquid passage port 9 and an opening position at which the cover 11 opens the liquid passage port 9.
The cap body 10 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP) or polymethylpentene (PMP), for example. The cap body 10 has: a substantially cylindrical peripheral wall portion 10 a; a substantially disc-shaped upper wall portion 10b that covers an upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 10 a; an upper edge portion 10c that protrudes upward while gradually expanding in diameter from the periphery of the upper wall portion 10 b; and a flange portion 10d protruding from the tip of the upper edge portion 10c in the diameter expansion direction.
A pair of liquid passage ports 9 are provided on both left and right sides of the upper wall portion 10b across the center portion, and are symmetrical to each other. Each liquid passage port 9 opens in a fan shape within a predetermined angular range (about 80 ° in the present embodiment) in the rotational direction of the lid body 11.
Further, a top plate 13 is attached to an upper portion of the cover main body 10. The top plate 13 is made of the same material as the lid main body 10, and is integrally attached to the flange portion 10d by welding while covering the upper portion of the lid main body 10.
A pair of drinking ports 13a are provided on both left and right sides of the top plate 13 with a center portion therebetween. The pair of drinking ports 13a are opened in a fan shape corresponding to the liquid passage port 9 at positions opposed to the liquid passage port 9.
The lid main body 10 is configured such that the flange portion 10d abuts against the upper end portion of the container main body 2 in a state where the peripheral wall portion 10a is fitted from the upper opening portion 2c of the container main body 2 to the inside of the container main body 2, whereby the lid main body 10 closes the upper opening portion 2c of the container main body 2.
A waterproof packing 14 is detachably attached to the peripheral wall portion 10a of the lid main body 10. The waterproof packing 14 is an annular sealing member for sealing between the cap body 10 and the container body 2. The waterproof packing 14 is made of an elastic member such as a heat-resistant rubber such as silicone rubber or an elastomer.
Correspondingly, an annular fitting recess 10e is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the peripheral wall portion 10a over the entire periphery. The waterproof packing 14 is fitted in the fitting recess 10 e. On the other hand, the waterproof packing 14 can be detached from the fitting recess 10e (the cover main body 10) by elastically deforming (stretching) itself.
Thereby, the waterproof packing 14 and the cap body 10 can be cleaned separately from each other, and the sanitation between the waterproof packing 14 and the fitting recess 10e (cap body 10) can be maintained.
Further, an elastic flange portion 14a protruding over the entire circumference in the diameter expansion direction is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the waterproof packing 14. When the peripheral wall portion 10a is fitted into the container body 2, the waterproof packing 14 is in a state in which the elastic flange portion 14a is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the inner container 4 (container body 2) over the entire circumference while being elastically deformed. This makes it possible to seal (waterproof) the space between the cap body 10 and the container body 2 in a liquid-tight manner.
The cover 11 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP) or polymethylpentene (PMP). The lid 11 has: a center plate 11a located at a center portion of the cover 11; a pair of gate plates 11b located on both left and right sides across the center plate 11 a; and a pair of cutout portions 11c located between the pair of shutter plates 11 b.
The central plate 11a is formed in a disc shape corresponding to the central portion of the upper wall portion 10 b. On the other hand, each shutter plate 11b is formed in a fan shape corresponding to each liquid passage port 9. On the other hand, each cutout portion 11c is formed in a fan shape by being cut between the pair of shutter plates 11 b.
The lid body 11 is positioned inside the peripheral wall portion 10a of the lid main body 10, the central plate 11a faces the lower surface central portion of the upper wall portion 10b, and the lid body 11 is rotatably attached between a closing position at which the pair of shutter plates 11b close the pair of liquid passage ports 9 and an opening position at which the pair of shutter plates 11b open the pair of liquid passage ports 9.
Specifically, of the surfaces of the cover body 10 and the cover body 11 facing each other, a bearing convex portion 15a is provided on the lower surface of the cover body 10. On the other hand, a bearing recess 15b is provided on the upper surface of the lid 11.
The bearing convex portion 15a is formed of, for example, a metal shaft pin, and is attached to penetrate through the center of the upper wall portion 10b and protrude in the vertical direction. The bearing recess 15b is formed of, for example, a shaft hole that is recessed in the center of the upper surface of the center plate 11a, and is provided to protrude from the center of the lower surface of the center plate 11a in a bottomed cylindrical shape so as to form the shaft hole.
Thus, in the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment, the lid body 11 is attached so as to be rotatable about the central axis of the lid main body 10 in a state where the shaft pin (bearing convex portion 15a) is inserted into the shaft hole (bearing concave portion 15 b).
In the lid unit 1 of the present embodiment, the structure in which the shaft pin (bearing convex portion 15a) is inserted into the shaft hole (bearing concave portion 15b) is not necessarily limited, and the structure in which the bearing convex portion 15a and the bearing concave portion 15b are engaged with each other so that the lid body 11 is rotatably attached to the lid main body 10 may be adopted.
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, in contrast to the structure in which the bearing convex portion 15a is provided on the cover main body 10 side and the bearing concave portion 15b is provided on the cover body 11 side, the structure in which the bearing concave portion 15b is provided on the cover main body 10 side and the bearing convex portion 15a is provided on the cover body 11 side may be adopted.
The cover opening/closing mechanism 12 includes: a slide bar 16 slidably attached to the cover main body 10; an urging member 17 that urges the slide bar 16 to one side in the sliding direction; and an operation lever 18 for sliding the slider 16 while gripping the grip portion 8 of the container body 2.
The slide bar 16 is made of a heat-resistant resin such as polypropylene (PP) or polymethylpentene (PMP), for example, and has a flat plate shape extending in the front-rear direction. The slide bar 16 is disposed between the upper wall portion 10b of the cover main body 10 and the top plate 13, and is attached slidably in the front-rear direction.
Specifically, of the surfaces of the cover main body 10 and the slide bar 16 facing each other, a first guide convex portion 19a and a second guide convex portion 19b are provided on the upper surface of the cover main body 10. On the other hand, a first guide recess 19c and a second guide recess 19d are provided on the lower surface of the slide bar 16.
The first guide convex portion 19a is located on the rear side of the upper wall portion 10b across the center portion, for example, and is constituted by a protrusion protruding upward. The second guide projection 19b is formed of, for example, a shaft pin projecting upward from the center of the upper wall 10 b. In addition, a through hole 10f through which the slider 16 passes is provided in a rear side surface of the peripheral wall portion 10a of the cover main body 10 across the central portion.
The first guide concave portion 19c is formed of, for example, a long hole in which a position facing the protrusion (first guide convex portion 19a) is cut in the front-rear direction by a width corresponding to the protrusion. The second guide recess 19d is formed by, for example, a long hole formed by cutting a position facing the shaft pin (second guide projection 19b) in the front-rear direction by a width corresponding to the shaft pin.
Thus, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, in a state where the slide bar 16 is inserted into the through-hole 10f, the slide bar 16 can be slidably attached in the front-rear direction of the cover main body 10 by positioning the protrusion (first guide convex portion 19a) inside one long hole (first guide concave portion 19c) and positioning the shaft pin (second guide convex portion 19b) inside the other long hole (second guide concave portion 19 d).
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the configuration in which the projection and the shaft pin (the first and second guide convex portions 19a, 19b) are located inside the elongated hole (the first and second guide concave portions 19c, 19d) is not necessarily limited, and the first and second guide convex portions 19a, 19b and the first and second guide concave portions 19c, 19d may be engaged with each other so that the slide bar 16 is slidably attached to the cover main body 10.
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, in contrast to the configuration in which the first and second guide protrusions 19a and 19b are provided on the cover main body 10 side and the first and second guide recesses 19c and 19d are provided on the slider 16 side, the first and second guide recesses 19c and 19d may be provided on the cover main body 10 side and the first and second guide protrusions 19a and 19b may be provided on the slider 16 side.
The lid opening/closing mechanism 12 is configured to rotate the lid 11 between the closed position and the open position in conjunction with the sliding operation of the slide rod 16 by a magnetic attraction force acting between the lid 11 and the slide rod 16.
Specifically, the cover opening/closing mechanism 12 includes a first magnet 20 provided on the cover 11 and a second magnet 21 provided on the slider 16.
The first magnet 20 is located in the vicinity of the boundary between one shutter plate 11b and one cutout portion 11c in the periphery of the bearing recess 15b of the center plate 11a, and is disposed in a state of being embedded in the resin forming the cover 11.
The second magnet 21 is located on one side of the slider 16 with the second guide recess 19d interposed therebetween, and is disposed in a state of being embedded in the resin forming the slider 16.
In the cover opening/closing mechanism 12, the first magnet 20 and the second magnet 21 are magnetically attracted in a state of facing each other. This keeps the lid body 11 positioned inside the peripheral wall portion 10a of the lid main body 10 facing the upper wall portion 10 b.
That is, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the cover main body 10 can be detachably attached to the cover body 11 by the magnetic attraction force acting between the first magnet 20 and the second magnet 21.
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, the first magnet 20 is provided on the cover 11 side and the second magnet 21 is provided on the slider 16 side, but a magnet may be provided on one of the cover 11 and the slider 16 and a magnetic material that attracts the magnet is provided on the other.
A surface of the lid 11 facing the upper wall 10b is provided with a sliding contact protrusion 22 that slides on the lower surface of the upper wall 10 b. The sliding contact protrusion 22 is provided to reduce sliding contact resistance acting between the sliding contact protrusion and the lower surface of the upper wall portion 10b when the lid body 11 rotates, and is provided to linearly protrude at a slight height along the periphery of the center plate 11a and the peripheries of the pair of shutter plates 11b, for example.
In the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, when the slider 16 is positioned on one side (front side) in the sliding direction, the cover 11 is at the closing position, and the pair of shutters 11b are in a state of closing the pair of liquid passage ports 9.
On the other hand, in the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, when the slider 16 is positioned on the other side (rear side) in the sliding direction, the cover 11 is in the open position, and the pair of shutters 11b are in a state in which the pair of liquid passage ports 9 are open.
In the cover opening/closing mechanism 12, the first magnet 20 and the second magnet 21 are magnetically attracted in a state of facing each other, and the first magnet 20 on the cover 11 side moves in accordance with the movement of the second magnet 21 on the slider 16 side. Thereby, the lid 11 can be rotated between the closed position and the open position in conjunction with the sliding operation of the slide bar 16 in the front-rear direction.
The lid body 10 is provided with a pair of rotation stoppers 23 that prevent the lid body 11 from rotating at the closed position, and a pair of disengagement stoppers 24 that prevent the lid body 11 from disengaging at the closed position.
When the lid 11 is at the closed position, the rotation stop 23 is provided to protrude from between the peripheral wall portion 10a and the upper wall portion 10b so as to abut against one end side in the rotational direction of the pair of shutter plates 11 b.
The release stopper 24 is provided to protrude from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 10a along the pair of liquid passage ports 9. Thus, when the lid 11 is at the closed position, even if an external force is applied to the lid 11 in the removal direction (downward), the lid 11 can be prevented from falling off by the outer peripheral ends of the pair of shutters 11b coming into contact with the fall-off stoppers 24. Therefore, the lid 11 can be attached to and detached from the lid main body 10 only when it is in the open position.
The biasing member 17 is formed of, for example, a coil spring, and has one end side (front side) thereof locked to a first locking portion 25a provided on the front side of the upper wall portion 10b with the center portion interposed therebetween, and the other end side (rear side) thereof locked to a second locking portion 25b provided on the distal end side of the slider 16.
Thereby, the urging member 17 urges the slider 16 toward one side (front side) in the sliding direction. Therefore, in the cover opening/closing mechanism 12, the cover 11 is in the closed position in this state, and the pair of shutters 11b close the pair of liquid communication ports 9.
The operating lever 18 is provided integrally with the slide bar 16 and extends downward from a lower end portion of the rear side of the slide bar 16. Thus, the operation lever 18 passes through the hole 7b provided in the upper arm 7a and extends between the side surface of the container body 2 and the grip 8 a.
Therefore, in the cover opening/closing mechanism 12, the slide rod 16 can be slid toward the other side (rear side) in the sliding direction against the biasing force of the biasing member 17 by an operation (so-called trigger operation) of pulling the operating lever 18 with a finger while the grip portion 8a (grip portion 8) of the container body 2 is gripped. This allows the lid 11 to be rotated from the closed position to the open position, and the pair of shutters 11b to open the pair of liquid communication ports 9.
In the lidded container 100 of the present embodiment, the beverage (contents) flowing out of the container body 2 through the liquid passage port 9 can be drunk through the drinking hole 13a while tilting the container body 2 in this state.
On the other hand, after the beverage is drunk, the trigger operation of the operation lever 18 is released. Thereby, the slide bar 16 urged by the urging member 17 slides toward one side (front side) in the sliding direction. This allows the lid 11 to be rotated from the open position to the closed position, and the pair of shutters 11b to close the pair of liquid communication ports 9.
As described above, the cover unit 1 of the present embodiment has a simple structure with a small number of components and can easily perform the opening and closing operation of the cover 11 by providing the cover opening and closing mechanism 12.
Therefore, in the lidded container 100 of the present embodiment, by providing such a lid unit 1, the lid 11 can be easily opened and closed with one hand while holding the container body 2, and thus the usability can be further improved.
Further, since the liquid passage ports 9 are provided at symmetrical positions as described above, the user can comfortably use the liquid by either of the left and right hands.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the present invention is applied to a mug (beverage container) having a heat and cold keeping function by the container body 2 having the vacuum heat insulating structure, but the lid opening and closing mechanism 12 of the present invention can be widely applied to a lidded container including a container body and a lid unit detachably attached to the container body.
