Detailed Description
A bed foot rest and a bed according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a bed provided with a bed foot rest according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the pallet is removed from the frame in fig. 1.
The bed 10 shown in fig. 1 is an electric bed used in, for example, nursing facilities, hospitals, and individual homes, and the bed 10 can be operated by an electric operation such as a backrest and a height. The bed 10 includes: a main frame 12 supporting the pallet 20, a base frame 14 supporting the main frame 12, and a bed footrest 30 attached to the base frame 14. In the bed 10 shown in fig. 1, the upper left oblique side in fig. 1 is the head side, and the lower right oblique side in fig. 1 is the foot side. In the present embodiment, the direction of the head and foot sides is defined as the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the main frame 12 is located above the base frame 14 and is formed in a frame shape as a whole. The main frame 12 is connected with a plurality of plate members in, for example, the front-rear direction. The main frame 12 includes, for example, a head-side frame 12a and a foot-side frame 12 b. The main frame 12 is separable into a head-side frame 12a and a foot-side frame 12 b. Thus, the bed 10 can be divided into a plurality of units, for example, and transported in a room in which the bed 10 is disposed.
A plurality of pallets 20 are juxtaposed in the front-rear direction on the main frame 12. The support plate 20 supports a mattress, not shown, and a human body on the mattress. The pallet 20 has: a back support plate 20a positioned at the head side and supporting the back, a waist support plate 20b positioned at the rear side of the back support plate 20a and supporting the waist, a knee support plate 20c positioned at the rear side of the waist support plate 20b and supporting the knee, and a foot support plate 20d positioned at the rear side of the knee support plate 20c and supporting the foot.
Inside the main frame 12 are disposed: a first driving device 110 for lifting the main frame 12, a second driving device 120 for lifting or lowering the pallet 20, and a control unit 130 for controlling the first driving device 110 and the second driving device 120. The first drive device 110 and the second drive device 120 are, for example, electric cylinders. The first and second driving devices 110 and 120 are not limited to electric cylinders, and may be other actuators such as motors.
The control unit 130 is connected to the first driving device 110 and the second driving device 120, and controls the first driving device 110 and the second driving device 120 based on an operation of the remote controller 151. The control unit 130 is supplied with power from a cable 141 connected to a power supply. Further, a remote controller 151 is connected to the control unit 130 via a remote control cable 150.
The main frame 12 is movable in the vertical direction with respect to the base frame 14 by operating the first driving device 110 based on an operation of the remote controller 151. Further, by operating the second driving device 120 based on the operation of the remote controller 151, the back splint 20a, the knee splint 20c, and the foot splint 20d can be bent upward. Although the description has been given of the case where the bed 10 is provided with the single second driving device 120 for raising or lowering the pallet 20, the pallet 20 may be raised or lowered by a plurality of driving devices.
The base frame 14 is provided on the floor surface F, and has a rectangular shape in a plan view from above. The base frame 14 has: a vertical member 14a extending in the front-rear direction and a horizontal member 14b extending in the left-right direction. The vertical members 14a are provided in a pair at an interval in the left-right direction. The horizontal members 14b are provided in a pair between the left and right vertical members 14a with a gap therebetween in the front-rear direction. The horizontal member 14b connects the left and right vertical members 14 a. The longitudinal members 14a have front and rear end portions projecting outward in the front and rear direction from the lateral members 14 b. A bed foot 30 described later is attached to each end of the base.
The lifting mechanism 16 is disposed between the base frame 14 and the main frame 12. The lifting mechanism 16 moves the main frame 12 in the vertical direction by the operation of the first driving device 110.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the bed leg base with the base frame attached thereto, as viewed from the front.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view of the base frame and the bed stand of fig. 3 viewed from the direction of arrow a-a.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a state where a cable is inserted into a cable holding portion of a foot stool for a bed.
Fig. 6 is a bottom view of the foot rest for a bed viewed from the installation surface side.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing the bed foot stand alone.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which the base frame is standing against the wall.
A bed foot 30 (hereinafter, referred to as a foot 30) is attached to an end of the vertical member 14a of the base frame 14. As shown in fig. 2, the bed 10 is supported on the floor F by four foot rests 30 attached to the front and rear end portions of the left and right vertical members 14a, respectively. The foot rest 30 is formed of, for example, a resin material or a metal material. The foot stand 30 further includes: a main body portion 32 attached to the base frame 14 of the bed 10, and a cable holding portion 50 that holds the cable 141, the remote control cable 150, and the like. In the present embodiment, a space between the leg units 30 facing in the lateral direction of the bed 10 is described as an inner side, and the other side is described as an outer side.
The main body portion 32 supports the base frame 14 at a predetermined interval from the floor surface F. The main body portion 32 is formed: a square cylinder open on the installation surface 33 of the floor surface F and closed at the upper side by the upper surface portion 34.
As shown in fig. 6, the body portion 32 is internally formed with a plurality of ribs 32 a. These ribs 32a are reinforcing members for reinforcing the foot rest 30. The leg base 30 is hollow and has ribs 32a formed therein, thereby having sufficient strength and being lightweight. This can improve the operability of the operation of conveying the foot 30 or attaching the foot 30 to the base frame 14.
The main body portion 32 has: an upper surface portion 34 vertically opposed to the installation surface 33, a one-side surface portion 35 having an insertion opening 36a extending between the installation surface 33 and the upper surface portion 34 and into which the base frame 14 is inserted, another side surface portion 37 opposed to the one-side surface portion 35, an outer side surface portion 38 positioned outside the bed 10 in a state of being attached to the base frame 14, and an inner side surface portion 39 positioned inside the bed 10 in a state of being attached to the base frame 14.
The upper surface portion 34 has: a flat surface portion 34a extending in the longitudinal direction of the vertical member 14a of the base frame 14, and a first inclined surface portion 34b inclined obliquely downward from an outer end portion of the flat surface portion 34 a. The width of the flat surface portion 34a is formed larger than the width of the base frame 14. The first inclined surface portion 34b has a triangular shape in a plan view from above. This can give the foot 30 a slim impression. Therefore, the overall appearance of the bed 10 can be improved.
The one side surface portion 35 seals a space between the outer surface portion 38 and the inner surface portion 39. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a front portion of the foot 30 located on the foot side on the front side is a side surface portion 35, and a rear portion of the foot 30 located on the head side on the rear side is a side surface portion 35. As shown in fig. 7, an insertion opening 36a into which the base frame 14 (vertical member 14a) is inserted is formed in the one side surface portion 35. That is, the one-side surface portion 35 is a surface portion on the side into which the base frame 14 is inserted.
The insertion hole 36 extends from the upper end side of the one side surface portion 35 toward the other side surface portion 37. The insertion hole 36 is formed with an insertion opening 36a for inserting the base frame 14 into the one side surface portion 35 side. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the vertical member 14a of the base frame 14 is supported by the bottom portion 36b that faces the upper surface portion 34 in the vertical direction in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole 36. The depth (depth dimension) of the insertion hole 36 is set to a length dimension for stably supporting the bed 10.
The other side surface portion 37 extends in the vertical direction between the outer side surface portion 38 and the inner side surface portion 39. The other side surface portion 37 is formed to have a flat outer surface, for example. The lower end 37a of the other side surface portion 37 is formed in a straight line from the outer surface portion 38 toward the inner surface portion 39, for example.
Here, as shown in fig. 8, for example, when assembling the bed 10 or performing maintenance, the base frame 14 may be stood on the wall surface W. In this case, the foot 30 can make the lower end 37a of the other side surface portion 37 line-contact with the floor surface F and the wall surface W, and therefore, the base frame 14 can be stably stood on the wall surface W. As a result, the workability of the assembly operation and the maintenance operation of the bed 10 can be improved.
The outer side surface portion 38 extends from the outer end of the first inclined surface portion 34b constituting the upper surface portion 34 toward the installation surface 33. The outer surface portion 38 has: a second inclined surface portion 38a extending obliquely outward from the one side surface portion 35 toward the other side surface portion 37 side, and a third inclined surface portion 38b extending from the tip of the second inclined surface portion 38a toward the other side surface portion 37.
As shown in fig. 6, the center portion between the one side surface portion 35 and the other side surface portion 37 of the outer side surface portion 38 protrudes outward most. For example, if the width and thickness of the foot rest are the same, a feeling of pressure may be given to the user of the bed. Therefore, the center and both ends of the outer surface portion 38 of the foot 30 are formed thick, which can give a slimness impression to the user.
The inner surface 39 extends from an inner end of the flat surface 34a constituting the upper surface 34 toward the installation surface 33. The inner surface portion 39 is formed with a through hole 39a penetrating toward the insertion hole 36. A pin 40 is inserted into the through hole 39a, and the pin 40 prevents the base frame 14 (vertical member 14a) inserted into the insertion hole 36 from falling off.
The cable holding portion 50 is provided to the main body portion 32. The cable holding portion 50 may be a separate member from the main body portion 32, or may be integrally formed with the main body portion 32. In this case, "integrally formed" means that the cable holding portion 50 cannot be removed from the main body portion 32. Cable holder 50 holds cable 141 and remote control cable 150. The cable holding unit 50 may hold cables such as electric wires and signal lines other than the cable 141 and the remote control cable 150. The cable holding portion 50 may hold cables of medical equipment, electric appliances, and the like disposed around the bed 10. In the present embodiment, a case where the cable 141 is held by the cable holding portion 50 will be described as an example.
The cable holding portion 50 is formed on the inner side surface portion 39 of the main body portion 32. This enables, for example, cable 141 to extend outward in the front-rear direction. As a result, the cable 141 can be prevented from being disposed below the vertical member 14a of the base frame 14. Therefore, for example, the cable 141 can be prevented from interfering with the user's detachment from the bed 10.
The cable holding portion 50 includes: a first projecting portion 52 projecting from the main body portion 32 and supporting the cable 141, and a second projecting portion 54 located above the first projecting portion 52 and projecting from the main body portion 32. In addition, the stopper 56 is provided in the first protrusion 52, and the stopper 56 suppresses the cable 141 from falling out from between the first protrusion 52 and the second protrusion 54.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the dimension between the first projecting portion 52 and the second projecting portion 54 is larger than the outer diameter of the cable 141. On the other hand, the stopper 56 protrudes upward from the central portion of the first protrusion 52. Between the stopper 56 and the second protrusion 54 is an opening 55 into which the cable 141 is inserted. The opening 55 is opened in the horizontal direction. The vertical dimension of opening 55 is smaller than the outer diameter of cable 141.
The second projecting portion 54 is formed in a thin plate shape and is elastically deformable in the vertical direction. Thereby, as shown in fig. 5, when the electric cable 141 is inserted into the cable holding portion 50 or removed from the cable holding portion 50, the second protruding portion 54 is elastically deformed upward. As shown in fig. 4, the second projecting portion 54 elastically deformed is restored in a state where the electric cable 141 is held by the cable holding portion 50.
The cable holding portion 50 holds the cable 141 slidably. Here, for example, when the user operates the remote controller 151 to move the main frame 12 upward, the control unit 130 also moves upward, and therefore the cable 141 may be pulled. Even in such a case, since cable 141 slides in cable holding portion 50, disconnection can be suppressed.
The first projecting portion 52 and the second projecting portion 54 are gradually reduced in projecting dimension from the body portion 32 from the central portion toward both end portions (the side of the one side surface portion 35 and the side of the other side surface portion 37) in the longitudinal direction in which the cable 141 extends.
Thus, even if the cable holding portion 50 is formed integrally with the main body portion 32, the foot 30 can be formed into a refreshing and beautiful external shape. Further, since the first projecting portion 52 and the second projecting portion 54 extend along the inner side surface portion 39, the cable 141 can be held to some extent. This can prevent the cable 141 from bending largely at a position separated from the cable holding portion 50.
The stopper 56 is provided at the center of the first protrusion 52 between the one side surface portion 35 and the other side surface portion 37. That is, the stopper 56 is provided in a central portion having a large size protruding from the body portion 32. This facilitates attachment and detachment of cable 141, for example, as compared to a case where a stopper is provided over the entire first projecting portion 52. Therefore, the cable holding portion 50 can improve the operability of the operation when attaching or detaching the cable 141, and can effectively hold the cable 141.
The lower surface 52a of the first projecting portion 52 is located on the same plane as the installation surface 33. Thus, as shown in fig. 6, the foot rest 30 has a hexagonal bottom formed by the installation surface 33 of the body 32 and the lower surface 52a of the first protrusion 52. Therefore, the foot rest 30 can increase the installation area of the bottom of the floor F, and thus can effectively support the weight of the bed 10.
Fig. 9 is a front view showing a case where a cable hooking portion is provided in the lifting mechanism.
The cable hooking portion 60 is provided in the lifting mechanism 16, and holds, for example, a cable 141 extending between the control portion 130 and the foot 30. The cable hooking portion 60 may be provided not only to the lifting mechanism 16 but also to the main frame 12 and the base frame 14, for example. The cable hooking portion 60 can arrange the wiring of the cable 141. This can prevent the cable 141 from coming into contact with other members, and can effectively utilize the space below the pallet 20. For example, when the leg of a bedside table or the leg of a nursing lifter is placed below the pallet 20, the interference of the cable 141 can be reduced, and the bed 10 can be easily used.
Therefore, the bed foot 30 of the present embodiment includes: a main body part 32, wherein the main body part 32 is mounted on the base frame 14 of the bed 10; and a cable holding portion 50, the cable holding portion 50 holding the cable 141, the cable holding portion 50 being provided to the main body portion 32. This enables effective arrangement of the wiring of the cable 141.
In addition, the cable holding portion 50 is formed integrally with the main body portion 32. This can prevent the cable holding unit 50 from being lost or the cable holding unit 50 from being forgotten to be attached to the bed 10.
In addition, the cable holding portion 50 holds the cable 141 slidably. Accordingly, even if the bed plate 20 of the bed 10 is operated or the user moves the remote controller 151 and pulls the cable 141, disconnection of the cable 141 can be suppressed.
Further, the cable holding portion 50 includes: a first protruding portion 52 protruding from the main body portion 32 and supporting the cable 141; and a second protruding portion 54, the second protruding portion 54 being located above the first protruding portion 52 and protruding from the main body portion 32, wherein a stopper portion 56 is provided on at least one of the first protruding portion 52 and the second protruding portion 54, and the stopper portion 56 prevents the cable 141 from coming off between the first protruding portion 52 and the second protruding portion 54.
Thus, for example, even if the bed plate 20 of the bed 10 is operated or the remote controller 151 is moved to pull the cable 141, the cable 141 can be prevented from falling off from the cable holding portion 50.
Further, the sizes of the first projecting portion 52 and the second projecting portion 54 projecting from the main body portion 32 are gradually smaller from the central portion toward both end portions in the longitudinal direction in which the cable 141 extends. Thus, even if the cable holding portion 50 is formed integrally with the main body portion 32, the foot 30 can be formed into a refreshing and beautiful external shape. Further, since the first projecting portion 52 and the second projecting portion 54 extend along the longitudinal direction in which the cable 141 extends, the cable 141 can be held in a certain length. This allows the cable 141 to be held by the cable holding portion 50 without bending.
The body portion 32 has a mounting surface 33, the mounting surface 33 is mounted on the floor surface F, and the lower surface 52a of the first projecting portion 52 is flush with the mounting surface 33. Accordingly, the bed foot 30 can increase the contact area with the floor surface F, and thus can stably support the bed 10.
Further, the main body portion 32 includes: an outer surface portion 38, the outer surface portion 38 being positioned outside the bed 10 in a state where the bed foot 30 is attached to the base frame 14; and an inner side surface portion 39, the inner side surface portion 39 being positioned inside the bed 10 in a state where the bed foot 30 is attached to the base frame 14, the cable holding portion 50 being formed on the inner side surface portion 39.
This can prevent the cable 141 from being disposed below the base frame 14. Therefore, for example, the cable 141 can be prevented from interfering with the user's removal from the bed 10. In addition, since the cable holding portion 50 does not protrude outward from the main body portion 32 in a state where the bed foot 30 is attached to the base frame 14, the cable holding portion 50 can be prevented from being an obstacle, and the appearance can be improved.
Further, the bed 10 includes: a main frame 12, the main frame 12 supporting a pallet 20; a base frame 14, the base frame 14 supporting the main frame 12; and a bed foot 30, the bed foot 30 being attached to the base frame 14. This makes it possible to provide the bed 10 in which the cables 141 can be efficiently wired.
In the above-described embodiment, the stopper portion 56 is provided in the first projecting portion 52. However, the aspect of the present invention is not limited to this, and the stopper may be provided on the second protrusion, for example. The stopper may be provided on both the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the vertical member 14a of the base frame 14 protrudes from the horizontal member 14b and the bed leg 30 is provided on the vertical member 14a has been described as an example. However, the aspect of the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the bed foot stand may be attached to the lateral member of the base frame from the vertical member.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the cable holding portion 50 is provided on the inner surface portion 39 of the body portion 32 is described as an example. However, the aspect of the present invention is not limited to this, and the cable holding portion may be provided on another surface portion such as the outer surface portion 38, the one surface portion 35, and the other surface portion 37.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the opening 55 into which the cable 141 is inserted is opened in the horizontal direction is described as an example. However, the aspect of the present invention is not limited to this, and the opening may be opened obliquely upward, for example. This allows the cable to be inserted into and removed from the cable holding portion 50 from above, thereby improving operability.
The embodiments described above are examples embodying the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. For example, the present invention includes an embodiment in which some components are added, deleted, or changed in the above-described embodiments.
