The second leaf storage device 31 receives the material conveyed by the first production line 1. The second leaf storage device 31 temporarily stores the material processed by the first production line 1. Then the materials enter a blade humidifying device 32 for humidifying treatment, and the materials after humidifying treatment enter a second storage feeding device 33. The second storage feeding device 33 is identical to the first storage feeding device 25 described above, except for the mounting position. The sizes of the two are set according to the flow of the materials to be winnowed.
The silk storage device 7 is used for storing the materials winnowed by the second winnowing device 6, and then the materials enter the second boxing device 8 from the silk storage device 7 to be boxed.
The second boxing equipment 8 loads the materials subjected to winnowing into the wooden box. The wooden case structure is firm, and intensity is high, and difficult broken damage has so promoted the quality of transportation.
The silk production system that above-mentioned technical scheme provided has three product lines, is respectively: 1, a first production line 1 and a second production line 2 form a complete product line A; 2, the first production line 1, the third production line 3 and the fourth production line 4 form a complete product line B; 3 the first production line 1, the third production line 3 and the fifth production line 5 form a complete product line C.
The silk making production system provided by the technical scheme can be summarized into a production system with one head, three bodies and two tails, wherein the one head refers to the first production line 1, and materials in the subsequent second production line 2, third production line 3, fourth production line 4 and fifth production line 5 all come from the first production line 1.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the complete process flow for product line a is: preparing materials, preparing the materials to be processed, unpacking the materials, slicing the materials by a slicing device 11, then quantitatively conveying the materials to a loosening and moisture regaining device 12, and then removing impurities in the materials by an impurity removing device 13. The material is subsequently conveyed through the first dosing device 21 to the screen feeding device 22 and then stored by the first leaf storage device 23. Then the tobacco sheets are humidified by a tobacco sheet humidifying device 24, and then the tobacco sheets sequentially pass through a first storage feeding device 25, a first cut tobacco machine 27 and another first storage feeding device 25, and then are quantitatively conveyed to a heating humidifier (HT for short) 28, a thin plate cut tobacco machine 26 and a first air separation device 29, and then conveyed to a temporary storage cabinet 203, then are quantitatively conveyed to a perfuming device 204, and finally are conveyed to a first boxing device 202 for boxing.
By "three-body" is meant product line A, B, C. By "two tails" is meant that the material conveyed in product line a is eventually packed in the first packing apparatus 202 and the material conveyed in product lines B and C is eventually packed in the second packing apparatus 8.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the complete process flow for product line B is: : preparing materials, preparing the materials to be processed, unpacking the materials, slicing the materials by a slicing device 11, then quantitatively conveying the materials to a loosening and moisture regaining device 12, and then removing impurities in the materials by an impurity removing device 13. The material sequentially passes through a second leaf storage device 31, a leaf humidifying device 32, a second storage feeding device 33 and a second tobacco cutter 34, then is quantitatively conveyed to a cut tobacco feeding device 35, and then cut tobacco is temporarily stored. The cut tobacco sequentially passes through a warming and humidifying device 41, a thin plate cut tobacco drying device 42, a second air separation device 6, a cut tobacco storage device 7 and a second box packing device 8.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the complete process flow for product line C is: preparing materials, preparing the materials to be processed, unpacking the materials, slicing the materials by a slicing device 11, then quantitatively conveying the materials to a loosening and moisture regaining device 12, and then removing impurities in the materials by an impurity removing device 13. . The material sequentially passes through a second leaf storage device 31, a leaf humidifying device 32, a second storage feeding device 33 and a second tobacco cutter 34, then is quantitatively conveyed to a cut tobacco feeding device 35, and then cut tobacco is temporarily stored. The cut tobacco is then quantitatively delivered, sequentially passes through a cut tobacco conditioning device 51, and then is quantitatively delivered to a cut tobacco baking device 52, a second air separation device 6, a cut tobacco storage device 7 and a second boxing device 8.
The shred production system provided by the embodiment of the invention has A, B, C product lines, and can realize full-function, flexible and intelligent production of personalized processing of tobacco shreds, individual processing of burley tobaccos, grouping production of formula modules, parallel processing of flue-cured tobacco type and mixed type products and the like. Because the working states of the three product lines are not interfered with each other, one or more product lines can be selected to process materials according to needs, and the processing mode of one end and two bodies of the burley tobacco line can be met, and the processing mode of one end, three bodies and two tails of the blades can also be met.
The processing mode of one end and two bodies of the burley tobacco line means that module tobacco shreds are fed by the first production line 1 and the third production line 3 and then enter a burley tobacco production room for two-body production. A whole refers to the operations performed by the fifth production line 5: the burley tobacco lining machine adds water into the module tobacco shreds, and then the module tobacco shreds enter the THT burley tobacco baking machine for drying. Another refers to the operations performed by the fourth production line 4: the material is heated and humidified by a roller type heating and humidifying machine 28, and then enters a thin plate cut-tobacco drying machine 26 for drying. The parameter control of the heating and humidifying of the roller type heating and humidifying machine 28 is more accurate.
The burley tobacco line can produce module tobacco shreds, and adopts a mode of feeding tobacco shreds and baking thin sheet cut tobacco shreds and THT shreds in parallel. The cut tobacco moisture regaining device 51 is located at the upstream of the THT cut tobacco baking device 52, so that the product layout is optimized, the cut tobacco baking effect is improved, and the product processing quality is improved.
The blade 'one-head three-body two-tail' mode means that: the module tobacco shreds and the mixed type cigarettes are fed by the first production line 1 and then divided into two paths, wherein one path of the module tobacco shreds enters the second production line 2 for processing, and the other path of the module tobacco shreds enters the third production line 3 for processing. The material entering the second production line 2 is mixed cut tobacco production. The material entering the third production line 3 enters a burley tobacco production room to produce the module tobacco shreds.
