Referring to fig. 6 to 7, in an embodiment of the present application, the electrical connection device 101 is a planar corner electrical connection device for connecting two rails 201 arranged at an included angle in a horizontal direction, and the first connection portion 2 and the second connection portion 3 of the electrical connection device 100 are also arranged at an included angle in the horizontal direction. At this time, the main body 1 includes the cover body 4, the cover body 4 includes the third cover body 45, and the third cover body 45 is integrally disposed to cover the main body 1 in a direction from top to bottom.

Further, in the present application, the two first conductive elastic pieces 211 and the two second conductive elastic pieces 212 between the first connection portion 2 and the second connection portion 3 are connected by the wires located in the receiving groove 213 and the receiving portion 41, in another embodiment of the present application, the two first conductive elastic pieces 211 and the wires therebetween are integrally formed, and the two second conductive elastic pieces 212 and the wires therebetween are also integrally formed, so as to further simplify the structure of the electrical connection device 100.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the present application further provides a track lamp assembly 200, which includes a plurality of tracks 201 and electrical connection devices 100, where the number of the tracks 201 is at least two, in the embodiment of the present application, any two tracks 201 are electrically connected by being inserted into the two tracks 201 through the first connection portion 2 and the second connection portion 3 of the electrical connection device 100, and are mechanically connected by being inserted into the tracks 201 through the plug assembly 12.
In the embodiment of the present application, as seen from a cross section in a vertical direction, the rail 201 includes a first groove 2011 and a second groove 2012 which are located at a center and are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and a third groove 2013 and a fourth groove 2014 which have the same structure are symmetrically arranged on left and right sides of the first groove 2011 and the second groove 2012.
The first groove 2011 is used for plugging with the first plugging portion 1211 to achieve mechanical connection between the rail 201 and the electrical connection device 100. As the insertion depth of the first socket 1211 increases, the vertical cross-sectional area of the first socket 1211 increases to be larger than the vertical cross-sectional area of the first groove 2011, so that the electrical connection device 100 and the rail 201 are fixedly connected.
The second slot 2012 is used for plugging with the second plugging portion 1212, so as to realize the mechanical connection between the rail 201 and the electrical connection device 100. The two second plugging portions 1212 are inserted into the second groove 2012 and are respectively located at the left and right sides of the second groove 2012, and along with the increase of the insertion depth of the second plugging portion 1212, the cross-sectional area of the second plugging portion 1212 in the vertical direction increases until the height of the second plugging portion 1212 in the vertical direction is greater than the height of the second groove 2012 in the vertical direction, so as to be clamped into the second groove 2012, thereby realizing the fixed connection between the electrical connection device 100 and the second groove 2012 of the track 201.
The third slot 2013 and the fourth slot 2014 are respectively used for plugging with the first electrical contact 21 and the second electrical contact 22, so as to realize the electrical connection between the rail 201 and the electrical connection device 100. A first copper sheet 2016 is arranged at the upper end of the conducting strip installing seat 2015, and a second copper sheet 2017 is arranged on the side edge, close to the fourth slot 2014, of the conducting strip installing seat 2015 on the third slot 2013. The first copper sheet 2016 is used for transmitting power supply current in the track 201, and the first copper sheet 2016 is in contact with the first conductive elastic sheet 211 and is electrically connected with the first conductive elastic sheet. The second copper sheet 2017 is used for transmitting control signal current in the track 201, and the second copper sheet 2017 is in contact with and electrically connected with the second conductive elastic sheet 212. The fourth slot 2014 and the third slot 2013 are symmetrically arranged, have similar structures and the same functions, and are not described again.
Track light assembly 200 also includes an electrical device 202, electrical device 202 being disposed on track 201. In the embodiments of the present application, electrical device 202 is used for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art understand that the electrical device 202 may be of various types suitable for installation on the track 201, for example, the electrical device 202 may be an electrical device such as a lighting fixture, a monitoring device, an intelligent control device or a sensor module, or may also be a power supply device such as a driving power supply, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In an alternative embodiment, the electrical device 202 is a driving power source, which may also be directly coupled to the rail 201, and other electrical devices 202, such as lighting fixtures, monitoring devices, intelligent control devices, or sensor modules, may also be coupled to the driving power source. At this time, the driving power supply and the track adapter are integrally arranged, that is, the driving power supply is arranged in the track adapter to receive the electric power of the commercial power and convert the electric power into the electric power required by the other electrical equipment 202. Or other electrical devices 202 such as lighting fixtures, monitoring devices, intelligent control devices, or sensor modules may also be provided with driving devices by themselves to implement power conversion, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12, the present application further provides a track lamp assembly 300, which includes a track 201, an electrical device 202 (not shown), an electrical connection device 100, an electrical connection device 101, and an electrical connection device 102, wherein the electrical device 202 is mounted on the track 201, and the electrical connection device 100, the electrical connection device 101, and the electrical connection device 102 are used to implement multiple connection modes of the track 201.
In summary, in the electrical connection device 100 of the present invention, by providing the first connection portion 2 and the second connection portion 3 at two ends of the main body 1, and the substrate 11 and the plug assembly 12 extending from the main body 1, the first connection portion 2 and the second connection portion 3 both include the first electrical contact portion 21 and the second electrical contact portion 22 that are bilaterally symmetric and arranged at an interval, and the plug assembly 12 is arranged between the first electrical contact portion 21 and the second electrical contact portion 22, and is arranged in a triangular shape on the cross section in the vertical direction, which is different from the conventional electrical connection device, the present application divides the connection portion into the first electrical contact portion 21, the second electrical contact portion 22 and the plug assembly 12 instead of being integrated together, so as to reduce the thickness of the first connection portion 2 connected to the rail 201, make the thickness of the first connection portion more flat, and reduce the thickness of the rail 201; meanwhile, the first electric contact part 21 and the second electric contact part 22 are used for being electrically connected with the track 201, the plug-in component 12 is used for being mechanically connected with the track 201, the structure of the electric connection device 100 is simplified while the connection is ensured to be stable and reliable, the connection can be completed only by plugging in the installation process, the installation is convenient, and the three parts are all inserted into the track 201 and cannot protrude out of the track 201, so that the appearance is more attractive; meanwhile, the first electric contact part 21 and the second electric contact part 22 which are arranged at intervals ensure the installation distance, and the possibility of short circuit is reduced; the base plate 11 is arranged to block the inside of the rail 201, so that the dustproof function and the attractive function are achieved, and the problems that the structure is complex, the connection with the rail is inconvenient and the rail protrudes out of the conventional electric connection device are solved.

Claims (10)

1. An electrical connection device for connecting rails, comprising: comprises a main body (1), a first connecting part (2) and a second connecting part (3) which are arranged at two ends of the main body (1) and are electrically connected, the main body (1) comprises a substrate (11) and a plug-in component (12) which extend towards the first connecting part (2) and the second connecting part (3), the base plate (11) is connected to the first connection portion (2) and the second connection portion (3), the first connecting part (2) and the second connecting part (3) respectively comprise a first electric contact part (21) and a second electric contact part (22) which are arranged at left and right intervals, the plug-in component (12) is suspended above the substrate (11), and is arranged between the first electrical contact (21) and the second electrical contact (22), the plug assembly (12) is arranged in a triangular shape with the first electrical contact (21) and the second electrical contact (22) in a vertical cross section.

The electrical connection device of claim 1, wherein: the plug-in assembly (12) comprises a first plug-in part (1211) and two second plug-in parts (1212) which are arranged in a triangular mode, wherein the two second plug-in parts (1212) extend in the vertical direction, are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first plug-in part (1211) and are lower than the first plug-in part (1211).
3. The electrical connection device of claim 2, wherein: in the vertical direction, the cross-sectional areas of the first plug part (1211) and the second plug part (1212) are gradually reduced from one end close to the main body (1) to one end far away from the main body (1).
4. The electrical connection device of claim 2, wherein: the length of the first plugging part (1211) is less than or equal to the length of the first connecting part (2)/the length of the second connecting part (3), and is greater than the length of the second plugging part (1212).

The electrical connection device of claim 1, wherein: the first electric contact part (21) and the second electric contact part (22) respectively comprise a first electric conduction elastic sheet (211) and a second electric conduction elastic sheet (212), the two first electric conduction elastic sheets (211) are respectively arranged on one sides of the first electric contact part (21) and the second electric contact part (22) which are deviated from the substrate (11), the two second electric conduction elastic sheets (212) are respectively arranged on one sides of the first electric contact part (21) and the second electric contact part (22) which face the plug-in assembly (12), and at least part of the two second electric conduction elastic sheets are exposed out of the first electric contact part (21) and the second electric contact part (22).

7. The electrical connection device of claim 6, wherein: a third connecting portion (411) is arranged in the accommodating portion (41), and the first connecting portion (2) is electrically connected with the second connecting portion (3) through the third connecting portion.

The electrical connection device of claim 6, wherein: the wing part is provided with an opening, the first electric contact part (21) and the second electric contact part are both provided with a first conductive elastic sheet (211), and the first conductive elastic sheet (211) is clamped between the wing part (42) and the first electric contact part (21) and at least partially exposed out of the opening (421).
9. The electrical connection device of claim 1, wherein: the electric connection device (100) comprises a plane straight electric connection device, a plane corner electric connection device and a vertical face corner electric connection device.
10. A track lamp assembly, characterized by: comprising an electrical connection device (100) according to any of claims 1 to 9 and at least two rails (201), wherein at least two of the rails (201) are mechanically and electrically connected by the electrical connection device (100).
