Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth such as particular system structures, interfaces, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application.
The terms "system" and "network" are often used interchangeably herein. The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, "plurality" herein means two or more than two.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an information displaying method according to the present application. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the flow steps of the information displaying method may be executed by the displaying apparatus. Illustratively, the presentation device may include, but is not limited to: the specific type of the electronic device having the information display function, such as a tablet computer, a smart phone, and a notebook computer, is not limited herein. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
step S11: and receiving a plurality of information to be displayed sent by the push server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the push server sends a plurality of pieces of information to be displayed to each display device of the service staff based on the current call of the service staff related to the plurality of pieces of information to be displayed. It should be noted that, in the process that the service staff provides services for the serviced staff through a telephone call, the push server may obtain the information to be displayed in real time, and forward the information to be displayed to each display device of the service staff.
In one implementation scenario, the service personnel may include, but are not limited to: telephone customer service, telephone sales, etc., without limitation. For example, in an auto sales scenario, the service personnel may include an auto sales advisor; alternatively, in an e-mall scenario, the service personnel may include after-market telephone service. Other scenarios may be analogized, and are not exemplified here.
In one implementation scenario, the information to be presented may specifically include at least one of: the method comprises the steps of recognizing a current call text, extracting semantic labels based on the recognizing text, representing a user of a served person currently in call with a service person, recommending service skills to the service person, recording the served person of the served person and recommending a target product to the served person. In the mode, the information to be displayed comprises various service related information in the conversation process, so that the service staff can be assisted to provide high-quality service, and the satisfaction degree of the serviced staff can be improved. In an automobile sales scenario, for example, sales conversion can be further facilitated to be increased; or, in an electronic mall scenario, it can further help to increase the customer retention rate. Other scenarios may be analogized, and are not exemplified here.
In one specific implementation scenario, referring to fig. 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a telephony service system. As shown in fig. 2, the telephony service system may include a telephony platform, a file streaming platform, a transcription engine, a forwarding platform, and a data server. The telephony platform may include, but is not limited to, a telephony softswitch platform such as free switch, and telephony devices of service personnel may be accessed to the telephony platform to enable outgoing calls, answering calls, and the like. In addition, the file flow platform is used for forwarding the call voice to the transcription engine, the call voice can be subjected to voice recognition by calling the transcription engine to obtain a recognition text, and after the file flow platform obtains the recognition text, the file flow platform can send the recognition text to the forwarding platform and forwards the recognition text to the data server through the forwarding platform. In addition, the forwarding platform may be specifically implemented based on SaaS (Software as a Service), and specifically, may deploy java and other services to implement file forwarding. The data server may specifically include, but is not limited to, a redis cluster, and the like, and is not limited herein. The push server can acquire information to be displayed for displaying to service personnel from the data server. It should be noted that the transcription engine may be implemented based on neural network models such as a convolutional neural network, a deep neural network, and a cyclic neural network, and specific implementation manners are not described herein again.
In one specific implementation scenario, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a framework of an embodiment of an information push system. As shown in fig. 3, the information push system may include a push server, a registration server, an application server, and various presentation devices. It should be noted that the push server may be in communication connection with the data server shown in fig. 2 to obtain various information to be presented from the data server. In addition, the application server may be integrated with big data analysis, AI (Artificial Intelligence) capability, and may perform operations such as semantic tag extraction, portrait analysis, intention analysis, etc. based on the recognized text, thereby providing service personnel with information such as semantic tags, user portrait, service jargon, target product waiting for presentation. For a specific implementation manner, technical details such as semantic analysis, a recommendation system, and the like may be referred to, and are not described herein again.
In an implementation scenario, the display information may obtain the information to be displayed from other channels in addition to the push server. Illustratively, the display device may be connected to an input device such as a writing pad, and the service person may record the call remark through the input device, so that the call device may also be used as one of the information to be displayed. Other cases may be analogized, and no one example is given here.
In an implementation scenario, in order to enable the push server to accurately push information to be displayed to each display device of the service staff, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, before formal use, the display device may send a device registration request to the registration server, and the registration server may bind the display device with the service staff based on the device registration request, so that the push server may obtain a device list bound with the service staff by querying from the registration server, where each device in the device list is each display device of the service staff. In the above manner, the display device sends the device registration request to the registration server, and the registration server binds the display device with the service staff based on the device registration request, so that the information push precision of the push server can be improved.
In a specific implementation scenario, the device registration request may include a person identifier (e.g., employee number, etc.) of a service person to which the display device belongs and a device identifier (e.g., IP address, etc.) of the display device itself, and based on this, the registration server may bind the person identifier and the device identifier in the device registration request. Based on this, after receiving the device registration requests sent by the plurality of display devices of the service staff respectively, the plurality of display devices of the service staff can be respectively bound with the service staff by respectively binding the device identifiers of the plurality of display devices to the same staff identifier.
In a specific implementation scenario, after the registration server successfully binds, the registration server may further send a request feedback message to the display device, so as to prompt a service person that the display device is successfully bound. After the display device is successfully bound, the information to be displayed forwarded by the push server can be received. In addition, the service personnel can further set a starting strategy of the display equipment, and under the condition of directly setting the starting strategy of the display equipment, the starting strategy set by the display equipment is the starting strategy of each view module configured by the display equipment; alternatively, the service person may set, in each display device, an activation policy of the view module configured for each display device, which is not limited herein. Further, the launch policy may include, but is not limited to: the specific meanings of automatic start, manual start, and the like may refer to the following description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
In one implementation scenario, the service personnel may communicate through the customized device or through the calling software. It should be noted that the customized device integrates the calling function in the system without installing additional calling software. In addition, the calling software may be installed in a calling device (e.g., a smart phone) of the service person, or may be directly installed in a display device of the service person, which is not limited herein.
Step S12: and respectively displaying the information to be displayed, the information type of which is matched with the view module, in each currently configured view module.
In one implementation scenario, the presentation device may be configured with different view modules that may present different types of information. For example, the display device may be configured with a view module for displaying the identification text, and the view module may display the identification text of different roles in segments, for example, a certain segment of the view module may be "service person: do you ask what question you have for this product? And another segment may be "serviced person: sometimes dead, the display can be updated in the view module after receiving new recognized text. The other view modules may be analogized, and are not illustrated here. In addition, it should be noted that the view modules are independent from each other and do not interfere with each other.
In an implementation scenario, the view module may be implemented by application software, for example, the application software for displaying different types of information may be designed in advance according to the type of information to be displayed and the display mode of the information, and the application software is used as the view module. Furthermore, the programming languages of the application software may include, but are not limited to: java, c + +, etc., without limitation.
In one implementation scenario, the view module may be in an active state by default, i.e., upon opening the presentation device, the view module is activated by default. Of course, the view module may also be in an inactive state by default, i.e. the view module is not activated by default once the display device is opened. Alternatively, some view modules may be in an activated state by default, and other view modules may be in a deactivated state by default, which is not limited herein.
In one implementation scenario, in the case that the view module is currently activated, the presentation device may directly display the information to be presented, the information type of which matches the currently configured view module. Illustratively, the information to be displayed is identification text, and the view module of the current configuration of the display device includes a view module for displaying the identification text, which may be referred to as view module No. 1 for convenience of description, and on this basis, the identification text may be displayed in view module No. 1. Other cases may be analogized, and no one example is given here.
In an implementation scenario, in a case that a view module is not currently started, a display device may, in response to information to be displayed whose information type is matched with the currently-started view module, obtain a start policy configured by the currently-started view module, start the currently-started view module based on the start policy, and after the currently-started view module is started, display the information to be displayed whose information type is matched with the currently-started view module in the view module. In the above manner, under the condition that the view module is not started currently, if the information to be displayed, the information type of which is matched with the information to be displayed, exists, the start strategy is firstly obtained, and the view module is started according to the start strategy, so that the intelligent degree of starting the view module can be improved, and the work efficiency of service personnel is improved.
In a specific implementation scenario, the specific setting manner of the start policy of the view module may be to set the start policy of the display device in a unified manner, so as to default the view modules configured for the display device to the same start policy, or to set the start policies for the view modules configured for each display device one by one, which may specifically refer to the foregoing related description and is not described herein again.
In a specific implementation scenario, as described above, the starting policy may include automatic starting, and in a case that the starting policy set by the currently un-started view module is automatic starting, because there is information to be presented, the information type of which matches the information type of the currently un-started view module, the currently un-started view module may be directly started. In the above manner, in response to the starting strategy being automatic starting, the view module which is not started currently is directly started, which is helpful for improving the starting efficiency of the view module.
In a specific implementation scenario, as described above, the starting policy may also include manual starting, and in a case where the starting policy set by the currently un-started view module is manual starting, because there is information to be displayed whose information type matches that of the currently un-started view module, a prompt message for prompting the information to be displayed may be output, and the prompt message may be specifically output in a form of pop-up window or the like, in which case, in response to a selection instruction (e.g., a click instruction) of a service person on the prompt message, the currently un-started view module may be started. It should be noted that when there are multiple prompt messages, the service person selects which prompt message, that is, starts the view module matched with the information to be displayed corresponding to the prompt message. Exemplarily, the display device has a view module 1 and a view module 2 which are not started at present, the view module 1 is used for displaying the identification text, the view module 2 is used for displaying the service session, and the information to be displayed includes the identification text and the service session at the same time, at this time, two prompt messages can be output at the same time, the prompt message 1 is used for prompting that the identification text is newly received, the prompt message 2 prompts that the service session is newly received, if the service person selects the prompt message 1, the view module 1 can be started, and if the service person selects the prompt message 2, the view module 2 can be started. Other cases may be analogized and are not illustrated here. In the above manner, in response to the fact that the starting strategy is manually started, the prompt message for prompting the information to be displayed is output, the view module which is not currently started is started based on the selection instruction of the service personnel for the prompt message, and the view module can be started by selecting the prompt message, so that the complexity of manual starting is simplified as much as possible, and the working efficiency of the service personnel is improved.
In a specific implementation scenario, under the condition that a view module is not currently started, if there is no information to be presented whose information type matches the currently-started view module, the view module may be kept in a non-started state.
In an implementation scenario, a service person may further perform custom adjustment on a view module configured by the display device, the service person may adjust the view module before a call starts, may adjust the view module during the call, and may also adjust the view module after the call is ended, which is not limited herein. Specifically, in response to a movement instruction of a service person to a view module at a display device, the display device currently operated by the service person may be used as a main screen device, display devices other than the main screen device may be used as auxiliary screen devices, and the selected view module may be used as a target module. In the mode, after receiving the moving instruction of the service personnel to the view module at the main screen device, the target device is selected according to the relative position between the auxiliary screen device and the main screen device and the moving direction of the moving instruction, so that the target module is moved out of the main screen device and moved to the target device, the view module configured by the self-defined adjustment display device can be selected according to the service personnel, the autonomy of the service personnel is promoted, the service personnel can be more attached to the use habit of the service personnel, and the work efficiency of the service personnel can be promoted.
In a specific implementation scenario, the view module in which the service person makes the movement instruction on the display device is the selected view module. Exemplarily, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, the display device is referred to as a display device No. 1, a display device No. 2 and a display device No. 3 from left to right in sequence, and the display device No. 1 is currently configured with a view module No. 1, a view module No. 2 and a view module No. 3, if a service person makes a movement instruction for the view module No. 1 at the display device No. 1, the display device No. 1 may be regarded as a main screen device, the display device No. 2 and the display device No. 3 are sub-screen devices, and the view module No. 1 configured at the display device No. 1 is a target module. Other cases may be analogized, and no one example is given here.
In a specific implementation scenario, each display device may broadcast a probe signal at the same power every preset time (e.g., 1 hour, half hour, etc.), and the probe signal includes a personnel identifier of a service person to which the display device belongs, after receiving the probe signal broadcast by another display device, a certain display device may first analyze that the personnel identifier included in the probe signal is consistent with the local device, and may further measure the signal strength of the probe signal, where the higher the signal strength is, the closer the distance between the two is, and conversely, the lower the signal strength is, the farther the distance between the two is. On the basis, the relative positions of the auxiliary screen devices and the main screen device can be deduced. Illustratively, please continue to refer to fig. 3, the detection signal that the display device No. 1 receives is stronger than the detection signal that the display device No. 3 receives, so that it can be inferred that the display device No. 1 and the display device No. 2 are closer to each other, and the display device No. 3 is further from the display device No. 1 and the display device No. 2, and the display device No. 3 receives the signal strength of the display device No. 2 with a slight strength equal to the signal strength of the display device No. 1, so that it can be further inferred that the display device No. 3 is further from the display device No. 1, so that two possible relative positions can be inferred: (1) display device No. 1-d 1-display device No. 2-display device No. d 2-3; (2) display equipment No. 3-display equipment No. d 2-display equipment No. 2-display equipment No. d 1-1, in both cases, d2 is greater than d 1. On the basis, the main dispute between the two cases can be determined to be the directions of the number 1 display device and the number 3 display device relative to the number display device, the number 2 display device can broadcast the detection signal to any side (such as the left side) again, if the number 1 display device receives the detection signal, the first relative position can be determined, otherwise, if the number 3 display device receives the detection signal, the second relative position can be determined. In the case of other numbers of display devices for the service person, the phase positions can be obtained by analogy, and are not illustrated here.
In a specific implementation scenario, the secondary screen device closest to the primary screen device may be selected as the target device along the moving direction of the movement instruction. With reference to fig. 3, if the main screen device is the display device No. 1, if the moving direction of the moving instruction is from left to right, the display device No. 2 may be selected as the target device; or, in the case that the home screen device is the display device No. 2, if the moving direction of the movement instruction is from left to right, the display device No. 3 may be selected as the target device. Other cases may be analogized and are not illustrated here.
In a specific implementation scenario, it should be noted that each display device may be independently operated by a service person, and the service person may simultaneously operate one display device or multiple display devices, which is not limited herein. In addition, different display devices may be configured with the same view module, for example, the display device No. 1 and the display device No. 2 in fig. 3 may be both configured with view modules for displaying the identification text, and of course, the different display devices may not have the same view module, which is not limited herein.
In one implementation scenario, in response to the display device closing, the current view state of the display device is recorded, and the view state includes at least the view module that was most recently configured by the display device before the display device was closed, and the display device directly loads the view state when it is next opened. Illustratively, the view module which is newly configured when the display device is closed comprises a view module for displaying the identification text and a view module for displaying the service operation, the view state can be recorded, and when the display device is opened next time, the view state is directly loaded, namely, the view state which is the same as that when the display device is closed last time can be kept when the display device is opened again, so that the view module can be prevented from being reconfigured from beginning every time a service person opens, and the work efficiency of the service person is improved.
It should be noted that each display device of the service staff executes each flow step of the information display method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, so that each display device of the service staff can cooperatively display information in multiple screens in the telephone communication process of the service staff, on one hand, the information density can be reduced, information interference can be reduced as much as possible, on the other hand, the richness of information display can be ensured, and useful information as rich as possible can be provided for the service staff.
According to the scheme, the push server sends the information to be displayed to each display device of the service staff based on the fact that the plurality of pieces of information to be displayed relate to the current call of the service staff, and after the display devices receive the plurality of pieces of information to be displayed, the information to be displayed, of which the information types are matched with the view modules, is displayed on each view module configured at present, so that the information to be displayed can be dispersedly displayed through the view modules respectively configured on each display device of the service staff, information interference can be reduced as far as possible, and the effectiveness of information display can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another embodiment of the information displaying method of the present application. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the flow steps of the information presentation method may be executed by a push server. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
step S41: and acquiring a plurality of information to be displayed.
Specifically, the related meanings of the information to be displayed can refer to the related descriptions in the foregoing disclosed embodiments, and are not described herein again. In addition, the push server may obtain the information to be displayed from the data server, which may specifically refer to the related description in the foregoing disclosed embodiment, and details are not described here again.
Step S42: and responding to the current call of the service personnel related to the plurality of pieces of information to be displayed, and sending the plurality of pieces of information to be displayed to each display device of the service personnel.
