Referring to fig. 1, fig. 14 and fig. 15, still including drying mechanism 15, drying mechanism 15 is including second mount 1501, blower 1502 and protection casing 1503, 2 rear side upper portions of heating cabinet have second mount 1501, the second mount 1501 all is connected with blower 1502 in the second mount 1501 left and right sides, start blower 1502, blower 1502 can blow down, make steam flow down, make the building templates be heated evenly, thereby can accelerate the stoving speed of building templates, two blower 1502 front portions all are connected with protection casing 1503, two protection casings 1503 all are located inside heating cabinet 2.
When the device is drying building templates, people can start air blower 1502, and air blower 1502 can blow down for steam flows down, makes building templates be heated evenly, thereby can accelerate building templates's stoving speed, and protection casing 1503 can protect air blower 1502, and after building templates dried and accomplished, people closed air blower 1502 can.

Claims (8)
1. A quick drying device for building templates comprises a supporting seat (1), a heating box (2), first sealing doors (3), first fixing blocks (4), first handles (5) and heating pipes (6), wherein the supporting seat (1) is symmetrically connected to the front and back of the left and right sides of the bottom of the heating box (2), four discharge holes (201) are uniformly formed in the lower portion of the right side of the heating box (2) at intervals, water outlets (202) are formed in the left and right sides of the inner bottom of the heating box (2) in a bilateral symmetric mode, the first fixing blocks (4) are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the front side of the heating box (2) in an up-and-down rotating mode, the first sealing doors (3) are connected between the two vertically corresponding first fixing blocks (4), the first handles (5) are connected to the front portions of the outer sides of the two first sealing doors (3), the rear sides of the inner walls of the heating box (2) and the inner top of the heating pipes (6) used for drying the building templates are connected, the heating box is characterized by further comprising a placing mechanism (10) and a fixing mechanism (11), wherein the placing mechanism (10) used for placing the building template is arranged at the bottom in the heating box (2), and the fixing mechanism (11) used for compressing the building template is arranged on the placing mechanism (10).

The building template rapid drying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the placing mechanism (10) comprises a second fixing plate (1001), a placing plate (1002), a first fixing plate (1004), a pressing plate (1006) and a second fixing plate (1007), the bottom of the heating box (2) is connected with three second fixing plates (1001) at intervals, four placing plates (1002) are evenly connected among the inner sides of the three second fixing plates (1001), four sliding grooves (1003) are evenly arranged on the three second fixing plates (1001) at intervals, the upper part of the inner side of the heating box (2) is connected with the first fixing plate (1004), the bottom of the first fixing plate (1004) is connected with the top of the second fixing plate (1001), the second fixing blocks (1007) are arranged in the sliding grooves (1003) in a sliding manner, the pressing plate (1006) is connected among the inner sides of the three second fixing blocks (1007) on the same horizontal plane, the placing plate (1002), the first fixing plate (1004) and the pressing plate (1006) are uniformly provided with vent holes (1005) at intervals.

The building template rapid drying device according to claim 2, characterized in that the fixing mechanism (11) comprises a fourth fixing plate (1101), a first elastic member (1102), a fixing frame (1103), a first push plate (1104), a third fixing block (1105), a trigger lever (1106), a second push plate (1107) and a second elastic member (1108), wherein the fourth fixing plate (1101) is symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the left and right sides of the top of the four pressing plates (1006), the first elastic member (1102) is connected between the outer side of the top of the fourth fixing plate (1101) and the placing plate (1002) and the first fixing plate (1004), the fixing frames (1103) are symmetrically connected at the front and back of the left and right sides of the bottom of the three placing plates (1002) at the upper side and the left and right sides of the bottom of the first fixing plate (1004), the first push plate (1104) is slidably arranged at the lower part of the fixing frame (1103), the outer side of the first push plate (1104) is contacted with the adjacent fourth fixing plate (1101), the left side and the right side of the bottom of three placing plates (1002) on the upper side are connected with third fixing blocks (1105) in a front-back symmetrical mode, the third fixing blocks (1105) are located on the inner side of the fixing frame (1103), trigger rods (1106) are arranged between the two third fixing blocks (1105) corresponding to the front side and the back side in a sliding mode, the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the first fixing plate (1004) are also provided with the trigger rods (1106) in a sliding mode, a first sealing door (3) can be in contact with the trigger rods (1106) when rotating towards the inner side, the front side and the back side of the trigger rods (1106) are connected with second push plates (1107), the outer sides of the second elastic pieces (1108) are connected with the adjacent second push plates (1107), the inner ends of the second elastic pieces (1108) are connected with the first fixing plate (1004) and the third fixing blocks (1105) respectively.

The building template rapid drying device according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a material pushing mechanism (12) used for pushing out the dried building template, wherein the material pushing mechanism (12) comprises a third push plate (1201), a fifth fixing plate (1202) and a second handle (1203), the third push plate (1201) is placed on the left side of the top of the placing plate (1002), the fifth fixing plate (1202) is connected between the rear sides of the four third push plates (1201), the fifth fixing plate (1202) is connected with the heating box (2) in a sliding mode, and the second handle (1203) is connected to the right side of the fifth fixing plate (1202).

The building template rapid drying device according to claim 4, characterized in that the device further comprises a storage mechanism (13) for storing the dried building templates, the storage mechanism (13) comprises a first fixing frame (1301), a storage box (1302), a storage box (1303), a baffle (1304), a rotating rod (1305) and a third handle (1306), the upper part of the right side of the heating box (2) is connected with the first fixing frame (1301), the lower part of the right side of the heating box (2) is connected with the storage box (1302), the top of the storage box (1302) is connected with the first fixing frame (1301), the lower part of the storage box (1302) is provided with the sliding type storage box (1303), the rotating rod (1305) is rotationally arranged between the front side and the rear side of the left part of the storage box (1303) in an up-and-down symmetrical manner, the baffle (1304) is connected on the two rotating rods (1305), and the two discharge holes (201) on the lower side of the two baffles (1304) are respectively blocked, the right side of the placing box (1303) is connected with a third handle (1306).

The building template rapid drying device according to claim 5, characterized in that the device further comprises a collecting mechanism (14) for collecting water after water vapor condensation, the collecting mechanism (14) comprises a collecting pipe (1401), a collecting box (1402), a second sealing door (1403) and a fourth handle (1404), the collecting pipe (1401) is connected in the two water outlets (202), the collecting box (1402) is connected to the bottom of the heating box (2), the lower ends of the two collecting pipes (1401) are connected and communicated with the collecting box (1402), the second sealing door (1403) is rotatably arranged at the right rear part of the collecting box (1402), and the fourth handle (1404) is connected to the left rear part of the second sealing door (1403).

The building template quick drying device according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising a drying mechanism (15) for enabling the building template to be heated uniformly, wherein the drying mechanism (15) comprises a second fixing frame (1501), air blowers (1502) and protective covers (1503), the second fixing frame (1501) is connected to the upper portion of the rear side of the heating box (2), the air blowers (1502) are connected to the left side and the right side of the second fixing frame (1501), the protective covers (1503) are connected to the front portions of the two air blowers (1502), and the two protective covers (1503) are located inside the heating box (2).
8. A building formwork flash drying apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein the first resilient member (1102) is a compression spring.
