the heat exchange unit comprises an air cylinder accommodating the furnace core inside, the air cylinder is of a double-layer structure with an interlayer, air holes for smoke to pass through are formed in the inner wall surface of the air cylinder, and one end of the smoke exhaust pipe penetrates through the interlayer.

The smoke exhaust pipe 3 is provided with a suction fan, and the furnace core is close to the upper end of the air cylinder 8; the heat exchanger 4 is a surface type heat exchanger, the body 1 is provided with a cold water pipe 11 and a hot water pipe 12, and the hot water pipe 12 and the cold water pipe 11 are both provided with a water tap 13; the cold water pipe 11 is connected with the water inlet of the heat exchanger 4, and the hot water pipe 12 is connected with the water outlet of the heat exchanger 4.
The heat exchanger 4 is a structure with an outer box body, a heat exchange tube distributed in a snake shape is arranged in the heat exchanger, water flows in the heat exchange tube, smoke flows outside the heat exchange tube, the cold water tube 11 and the hot water tube 12 are respectively connected with an inlet of the heat exchange tube, namely a water inlet of the heat exchanger 4, and the hot water tube 12 is connected with a water outlet of the heat exchange tube, namely a water outlet of the heat exchanger, so that the function of switching and conveying cold water is conveniently realized.
The air inlet end of the smoke exhaust pipe 3 is connected with the air outlet of the heat exchanger 4, and the heat exchanger 4 is embedded in the body 1; the residual heat pipe 5 is provided with a temperature display instrument and a flow display meter for monitoring the gas temperature and the flow.
The residual heat pipe 5 adopts the form of steam generated by recovering hot water, so that the steam is conveyed into the rice steaming device, and the function of fully utilizing heat energy is further realized.
The rear side of the body 1 is provided with an inclined side plate 14, and the side plate 14 is provided with a smoke outlet 15 connected with the air cylinder 8;
the main body 1 comprises a box body 1.1 for containing the air cylinder and a supporting leg 1.2 fixedly connected to the lower part of the box body 1.1, the main body 1 is also provided with a temperature probe 16 for monitoring the temperature of the air cylinder 8, and the temperature probe 16 is in electric signal connection with a control valve 18 through a temperature controller 17.
The smoke outlet 15 realizes the function of conveniently discharging part of the underutilized smoke, thereby realizing directional discharge and reducing the thermal pollution to the limited space such as a kitchen.
The cold water pipe 11 and the hot water pipe 12 are both arranged on the side plate 14 in a penetrating way, and the water tap 13 is positioned on the front side of the side plate 14.
