The cross section of the base 10 is designed into a structure in a shape of a Chinese character 'tu', and comprises a base disc 101 and an extension shaft 102, wherein the disc surface of the base disc 101 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 1011 to be conveniently fixed again, the extension shaft 102 is provided with external screw threads, a plurality of inclined support structures (support ribs 1020) are arranged inside the inclined support structures and a hollow cylindrical connecting structure (adjusting hole 13) is arranged inside the inclined support structures, so that the stability is improved and the secondary leveling outside the inclined support structures is facilitated. The base 10 and the bottom support 12 are in sliding connection through a mortise, so that secondary position adjustment in the transverse direction (X-axis direction) and the longitudinal direction (Y-axis direction) is realized, and meanwhile, the rotation in the positive and negative directions can be realized to realize the leveling in the axial direction (Z-axis direction).
As shown in fig. 1-3, the mounting base 11 is designed in a T-shaped structure, and includes a mounting frame 111 and an extension tube 112, the mounting frame 111 includes a supporting plate 1110 and inner fastening structures 1111 extending from two sides of the supporting plate 1110 away from the base 10, the supporting plate 1110 and the inner fastening structures 1111 on two sides form a sliding groove 1112, and the extension tube 112 cooperates with the extension shaft 102 to adjust the overall combined height (Z-axis direction). The mounting seat 11 and the first keel 21 are flexibly fixed through the sliding groove 1112, so that the first keel 21 can be conveniently displaced longitudinally or transversely.
As shown in fig. 4-10, the keel assembly 2 of this embodiment includes a first keel 21 and a set of second keels 22 mounted in cooperation with the first keel 21.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first runner 21 includes a mounting plate 210 and an elastic clamp arm 211 extending from a plate surface of the mounting plate 210 in a direction away from the plate surface. The mounting plate 210 is installed in cooperation with the sliding groove 1112 of the mounting bracket 111 and can slide in the sliding groove 1112 to realize sliding connection with the mounting bracket 111, so as to adjust the position of the first keel 21 in the longitudinal or transverse direction, and thus adjust the position of the decorative plate 4. Arc angles 2101 are arranged on two sides of the mounting plate 210.
Resilient clip arm 211 includes first clip arm 2111 and second clip arm 2112, first clip arm 2111 and second clip arm 2112 forming clip opening 2113. First 2111 and second 2112 clip arms extend along the length of the first keel 21. The first keel 21 also includes a spacer 212 extending away from the plate surface of the mounting plate 210, the spacer 212 being positioned between the first 2111 and second 2112 arms and extending along the length of the first keel 21. The partition 212 divides the first and second clip arms 2111 and 2112 into a first and second clip opening 2113-1 and 2113-2 forming a clip opening 2113.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second runner 22 is attached to the rear of the decorative panel 4 to serve as a backing runner for the decorative panel 4. The second keel 22 has a plurality of rows of holes 220 on its surface, a bending portion 221 on one side and a bent extending elastic arm 222 on the other side. The plurality of openings 220 are respectively provided at both sides thereof with a stopper 223.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the keel assembly 2 includes a set of connecting fixtures 23 connecting the first keel 21 and the set of second keels 22. The attachment fixture 23 includes a first attachment plate 231 and a second attachment plate 232 that form an included angle.
As shown in fig. 4, a first connecting plate 231 of the connecting fastener 23 extends into the first retaining opening 2113-1, abuts against a wall surface of the partition, and is retained between the first retaining arm 2111 and the partition 212, and a second connecting plate 232 is retained in a gap formed between the extending resilient arm 222 of the second runner 22 and the trim panel 4. The bent edge of the first locking arm 2111 abuts against the extending elastic arm 222, so that the abutting and fastening effects of the second connecting plate 232 are realized.
The first connecting plate 231 of the other connecting and fixing member 23 extends into the second retaining opening 2113-2, abuts against the other wall surface of the partition 212, and is retained between the second retaining arm 2112 and the partition 212, and the second connecting plate 232 is retained in the gap formed by the extending elastic arm 222 of the other second keel and the decorative plate 4. The bent edge of the first locking arm 2111 abuts against the extending elastic arm 222, so that the abutting and fastening effects of the second connecting plate 232 are realized.
In this embodiment the set of second runners 22 comprises two second runners 22 and the set of connecting fixtures 23 comprises two connecting fixtures 23. Adjacent decking sheets 4 can be spliced together by connecting the first runners 21 to a set of second runners 22.
The above-mentioned structural design of the first keel 21, the second keel 22 and the connecting fastener 23 of the present embodiment realizes a detachable mounting structure.
The first keel 21 is manufactured by adopting a metal injection molding integral forming principle process, and has the function of enabling the tail end provided with the elastic clamping arm 211 to be provided with a bent edge 2114 to form an inwards concave structural groove 2115 so as to enable the inwards concave structural groove to be attached and fastened with the L-shaped connecting and fixing piece 23. Meanwhile, arc angles 2101 are arranged on two sides of the mounting plate 210, so that the mounting plate can be conveniently connected with a sliding groove 1112 of the leveling component, and vertical flexible displacement can be realized. The elastic clamping arm 211 is provided with transverse inner-turning oblique angle structures at two sides of the inner concave structure groove 2115, so that the plate surface can be integrally leveled under the action of supporting the plate surface plate seam, and meanwhile, the L-shaped keel (connecting and fixing part 23) can be smoothly clamped into the groove, and the installation convenience is improved. In this embodiment, the first keel 21 is made of an aluminum profile.
The second keel 22 adopts the design of substrate multi-channel bending and internal punching structure, one side bending part 221 adopts the secondary fillet flanging process, the function of preventing cutting injury is realized while the overall strength is increased, the elastic arm 222 is extended by the other side to adopt the fillet flanging process, while the overall strength is increased, because the edge is the outward-turning opening design, the installation of the L-shaped keel (connecting and fixing part 23) is more convenient and more compact while the rigidity and toughness of the metal are utilized, the middle surface is provided with the equidistant double-row punching 220 structure, the nail gun limiting structure 223 is formed by the triangular bending and the other side bending structure, and the later-stage n-shaped steel nail is convenient to fix.
Example two
As shown in fig. 11 to 20, a trim panel mounting assembly 100a of the present embodiment includes: a leveling fixing component 1a and a keel component 2a connected with the leveling fixing component 1a (refer to fig. 14). The leveling fixing component 1a is used for connecting with the foundation wall 3 and leveling the foundation wall 3. The keel assembly 2a is used for connecting the leveling fixing assembly 1a and the decorative plate 4, and the decorative plate 4 is installed on the base wall 3 to decorate the base wall 3.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the leveling fixing component 1a includes a base 10a, and a mounting seat 11a installed to match with the base 10a, wherein the mounting seat 11a can adjust the position relative to the base 10a along the axial direction of the base 10 a. One of the base 10a and the mounting base 11a is configured to be connected to the foundation wall 4, and the other is configured to be connected to the keel 22, 22a, 22b or the trim panel 4.
The base 10a includes a base plate 101a and an extension shaft 102a extending from an end surface of the base plate 101a toward the mount 11 a. The mount 11a includes a mount 111a, and an extension tube 112a extending from an end surface of the mount 111a toward the base 10 a. The extension shaft 102a and the extension cylinder 112a are fitted to each other and provided with adjusting threads that are engaged with each other to adjust the distance between the base plate 101a and the mounting frame 111a, and thus the flatness of the base wall 3 a.
The leveling fixing component 1a of the present embodiment is different from the leveling fixing component 1 of the first embodiment in the structural design of the mounting frame 111a, and other structures such as the base 10a and the bottom support 12a can refer to the implementation description, which is not repeated herein. The installation method, effect, forming method, etc. of the leveling fixing component 1a of the present embodiment can refer to the first implementation, and are not described herein. The structure of the mount 111a in the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 13, the mounting bracket 111a includes a supporting plate 1110a connected to the extension tube 112a, a boss portion 1111a is disposed on a plate surface of the supporting plate 1110a, an outer fastening structure 1112a bent from the plate surface of the supporting plate 1110a to both sides is disposed on both sides of the plate surface of the supporting plate 1110a, and a sliding groove 1113a is formed between the outer fastening structure 1112a and the plate surface of the supporting plate 1110 a. The mounting frame 111a is integrally formed of plastic, and a metal plate (not shown) is integrally formed inside the supporting plate 1110a for increasing the connection strength when the keels are connected. In this embodiment, the metal plate is a steel plate. The mounting bracket 111a is used to connect with the trim panel 4 or the keel.
As shown in fig. 14-21, the keel assembly 2a of this embodiment includes a first keel 21a and a set of second keels 22a mounted in cooperation with the first keel 21 a. The second set of runners 22a in this embodiment comprises two channels for splicing adjacent decking sheets 4.
As shown in fig. 17, the first keel 21a includes a mounting plate 210a, a side wall 211a extending from both sides of the mounting plate 210a toward the adjusting assembly 1a, and a retaining portion 212a bent inward from the end of the side wall 211 a. The retaining portion 212a is cooperatively retained with the sliding groove 1113a and can slide in the sliding groove 1113a, so that the first keel 21 and the mounting frame 111a are slidably connected, and the position of the first keel 21 in the longitudinal or transverse direction, and therefore the position of the decorative plate 4 in the longitudinal or transverse direction, can be adjusted. The mounting plate 210a is provided with a plurality of through holes 2101a in the through-length direction.
The mounting plate 210a is further provided with a protrusion 2102a concavely formed toward the boss portion 1111a, the protrusion 2102a making the outer catch structure 1112a to be held more tightly with the chute 1113 a.
The first keel 21a is manufactured by adopting a metal steel strip roller integrated forming principle process, and is integrally provided with a plurality of bends, so that the overall stability and strength of the first keel 21a are improved. The middle of the leveling component is provided with an inner concave structural groove 2102a, a round-angle long hole 2101a is punched, so that the leveling component 1 and the metal fixing piece are attached to each other and are fastened and matched with each other in a standard mode, meanwhile, the two sides of the leveling component are provided with outer buckling structures 212a formed through arc corners, the leveling component 1 can be connected conveniently, and meanwhile, vertical flexible displacement can be achieved.
The second runner 22a is mounted to the rear of the panel of the trim panel 4 to serve as a backing runner for the trim panel 4. The second keel 22a has a plurality of rows of holes 220a on its surface, a bending portion 221a on one side and a bent extending elastic arm 222a on the other side. The plurality of openings 220a are provided at both sides thereof with stoppers 223a, respectively. The specific structural design of the second keel 22a can refer to the first embodiment and will not be described herein.
As shown in figures 14-15 and 20, the keel assembly 2a further includes a connecting fixture 23a connecting the first keel 21a and the set of second keels 22 a. The connecting fixture 23a includes a bottom plate 230a, and an outer fastening wall 231a extending from the side of the bottom plate 230a toward the leveling member 1, and is integrally formed in a "C" shape and clamped outside the side wall 211a of the first keel 21 a. Bottom plate 230a is provided with a plurality of stamped grooves 2301a and bends 2302 a. The plurality of bends 2302a include two sets of opposite directions. Reserved circular nail holes 2303a are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate 230a, so that the installation of the self-tapping nail is facilitated.
The connecting and fixing piece 23a is manufactured by adopting a metal steel strip stamping integral forming principle process, the whole form is a C-shaped form, and the outer buckling wall 231a and the outer side of the supporting first keel side wall 2111 can realize vertical displacement and improve installation flexibility. A stamped groove 2301a and a bend 2302a which is adapted to be snap fitted to the second keel 22 a.
When the leveling device is installed, the external buckling structures 212a on the two sides of the first keel 21a are clamped with the sliding groove 1113a of the leveling fixing component 1a, and the first keel 21a is sleeved in the connecting fixing member 23a and is fixedly connected with the connecting fixing member 23a through screws. One set of the bends 2302a of the connection fixture 23a is inserted between the extension elastic arm 222a of one of the second keels 22a and the decorative plate 4, and the other set of the bends 2302a is inserted between the extension elastic arm 222a of the other second keel 22a and the decorative plate 4.
The above-mentioned structural design of the first keel 21a, the second keel 22a and the connecting fastener 23a of the present embodiment realizes a detachable mounting structure.
As shown in fig. 21, the keel assembly 2a further includes a supporting bracket 24a, which is integrally made by a metal injection molding process, and includes a vertical standing plate 241a and a horizontal supporting plate 242a extending from the vertical standing plate 241a to a direction away from the plate surface. The vertical plate 241a is provided with a circular nail hole, so that the connection with the first keel 21a is facilitated. Horizontal layer board 242a effect supports decorative board 4, prevents that decorative board 4 from sinking, provides the board back support effect for decorating the skirting line simultaneously.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 22 to 32, the decorative panel mounting assembly 100b of the present embodiment includes: a leveling fixing component 1b and a keel component 2b connected with the leveling fixing component 1b (refer to fig. 25). The leveling fixing component 1b is used for connecting with the foundation wall 3 and leveling the foundation wall 3. The keel component 2b is used for connecting the leveling fixing component 1b and the decorative plate 4, and the decorative plate 4 is installed on the base wall 3 to decorate the base wall 3.
As shown in fig. 21 to 23, the leveling fixing component 1b includes a base 10b, and a mounting seat 11b installed to be matched with the base 10b, wherein the mounting seat 11b can adjust the position along the axial direction of the base 10b relative to the base 10 b. One of the base 10b and the mounting base 11b is arranged to be connected to a foundation wall and the other is arranged to be connected to a keel or trim panel 4.
The base 10b includes a base plate 101b and an extension shaft 102b extending from an end surface of the base plate 101b toward the mount 11 b. The mount 11b includes a mount 111b, and an extension tube 112b extending from an end surface of the mount 111b toward the base 10 b. The extension shaft 102b and the extension cylinder 112b are installed to be fitted to each other and provided with adjusting threads to be engaged with each other, so as to adjust the interval between the base plate 101b and the mounting frame 111b, and thus the flatness of the foundation wall 3 a.
The main difference between the leveling fixing component 1b of the present embodiment and the leveling fixing component 1 of the first embodiment is that the structure design of the mounting frame 111b is different, and other structures such as the base 10b and the bottom support 12b can refer to the implementation description, which is not described herein again. The installation method, effect, forming method, etc. of the leveling fixing component 1b of the present embodiment can refer to the first implementation, and are not described herein. The structure of the mount 111a in the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 24, the mounting bracket 111b includes a supporting plate 1110b connected to the extending tube 112b, and an inner fastening structure 1111b extending from the plate surface on both sides of the plate surface of the supporting plate 1110b to the direction away from the base 10 and bending inward, wherein the supporting plate 1110a and the inner fastening structure 1111b on both sides of the plate surface form a sliding groove 1112 b. The extension cylinder 112b is fitted to the extension shaft 102b to adjust the overall combined height (Z-axis direction). The mounting seat 11b and the second keel 21b are flexibly fixed through the sliding groove 1112b, so that the aluminum profile is convenient to longitudinally displace.
As shown in fig. 25-32, the keel assembly 2b of this embodiment includes a first keel 21b and a set of second keels 22b mounted in cooperation with the first keel 21 b. The second set of runners 22b in this embodiment comprises two runners for splicing adjacent trim panels 4.
As shown in fig. 28, the first keel 21 includes a mounting plate 210b, side walls 211b extending from both sides of the plate surface of the mounting plate 210b in a direction away from the adjustment member 1b, and extension plates 212b extending from the ends of the side walls 211b to both sides. The mounting plate 210b is clamped with the sliding groove 1112b in a matching manner, and can slide in the sliding groove 1112b along the longitudinal direction, so that the first keel 21b is connected with the mounting frame 111b in a sliding manner, and the position of the first keel 21b in the longitudinal direction, namely the height of the decorative plate 4, is adjusted. The extension plate 212b is provided with a hooking hole 2120b in the through length direction. Mounting plate 210b and side wall 2112 form a concave structural groove 2121 b.
The first keel 21b is manufactured by adopting a metal steel strip roller integrated forming principle process, and is integrally provided with a plurality of bends, so that the overall stability and strength of the first keel 21b are improved. The middle of the connecting part is provided with an inner concave structural groove 2121b and a round-angle long hole is punched to enable the connecting part to be attached to the leveling component 1 tightly and in standard fit, meanwhile, flanges (extending plates 212b) on two sides are provided with equidistant round-angle rectangular punching designs (attaching holes 2120b), the connecting and fixing part 24b is convenient to be attached, the attaching is firmer by means of the downward structural design of gravity, and meanwhile, the connecting and fixing part is convenient to detach secondarily and nondestructively.
As shown in fig. 29 and 30, the second runner 22b is formed in a sheet shape as a whole, and is attached to the panel of the decorative panel 4 to serve as a back runner of the decorative panel 4. The raised portion 220b is formed by punching, and a plurality of rows of holes are formed in the recessed portion to form a plurality of T-shaped hollow portions 221 b. The second keel 22b is designed by adopting a substrate multi-pass bending and internal punching structure, and the two sides of the second keel form bending parts 222b by adopting a secondary fillet flanging process, so that the integral strength is improved, and the function of preventing cutting injury is realized. The T-shaped hollow is convenient for the connecting and fixing piece 24b to be inserted into and hung.
As shown in fig. 25 and 31, the keel assembly 2b further includes a connecting fixture 23b connecting the first keel 21b and the second keel 22 b. The connection fixing member 23b includes a buckle main body 230b and a corner cutting structure 231b provided at one side of the main body 230 b. The main buckle body 230b and the hollow structure 221b of the second keel 22b are inserted into the hanging device, and the corner cutting structure 231b is matched with the hanging hole 2120b of the first keel 21b to be hung, so that the first keel 21b and the second keel 22b are connected.
The above-mentioned structural design of the first keel 21b, the second keel 22b and the connecting fastener 23b of the present embodiment realizes a detachable mounting structure.

A keel assembly, comprising: the keel structure comprises a first keel, a second keel and a connecting and fixing piece connected with the first keel and the second keel, wherein the first keel, the second keel and the connecting and fixing piece are connected through a detachable mounting structure.
2. The keel assembly of claim 1, wherein the first keel comprises a mounting plate, a resilient clamping arm extending from a plate surface of the mounting plate in a direction of a plate surface of the second keel;
one side of the second keel is provided with an extending elastic arm;
the connecting and fixing piece comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate which are connected with each other and form an included angle;
the first connecting plate is clamped between the elastic clamping arm, and the second connecting plate is clamped between the extending elastic arm of the second keel and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure.
3. The keel assembly of claim 2, wherein the first keel further comprises a partition dividing the gripping opening of the resilient gripping arm into a first gripping opening and a second gripping opening; the connecting fixing piece and the second keel respectively comprise at least two pieces;
the first connecting plate of one of the connecting and fixing pieces is clamped in the first clamping opening, and the second connecting plate is clamped between the extending elastic arm of one of the second keels and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure;
the first connecting plate of the other connecting and fixing piece is clamped in the second clamping opening, and the second connecting plate is clamped between the extending elastic arm of the other second keel and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure.

the first keel comprises a mounting plate, side walls extending from two sides of the mounting plate in a direction deviating from the second keel direction, and clamping parts bent inwards from the tail ends of the side walls;
one side of the second keel is provided with a bent extending elastic arm;
the connecting and fixing piece comprises a bottom plate and an outer buckling wall extending from the side edge of the bottom plate towards the direction of the first keel, the outer buckling wall is clamped outside the side wall of the first keel and is fixedly connected with the first keel, and the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of bends;
and the bends are respectively inserted between the extending elastic arms of the second keels and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure.
5. The keel assembly of claim 4,
the second keel comprises at least two bends, and the plurality of bends of the connecting and fixing piece comprise two groups of bends in opposite directions;
the group of bends are respectively inserted between the extending elastic arm of one second keel in the second keels and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure;
the other bend is respectively inserted between the extending elastic arm of the other second keel and the decorative plate to form the detachable mounting structure.
6. The keel assembly of claim 1,
the first keel comprises a mounting plate, side walls extending from two sides of the plate surface of the mounting plate towards the direction of the second keel, and extension plates extending from the tail ends of the side walls towards two sides, wherein the extension plates are provided with a plurality of hanging holes;
the second keel is provided with a plurality of raised parts, and the raised parts are provided with hollows;
the connecting and fixing piece comprises a buckle main body and a corner cutting structure arranged on one side of the buckle main body, the buckle main body is inserted into the hollow part and hung with the hollow part, and the corner cutting structure is matched with the hanging hole of the first keel to be hung, so that the detachable mounting structure is formed.
7. A trim panel mounting assembly comprising: the keel assembly of any one of claims 1-6, and a leveling fixture assembly assembled with said keel assembly.
8. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 7, wherein the leveling fixture assembly includes a base, a mounting block cooperatively mounted with the base, the mounting block being adjustable in position relative to the base along an axial direction of the base, the base configured to be coupled to a foundation wall, the mounting block configured to be coupled to a keel or a trim panel.
9. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 8, wherein the base includes a base plate, an extension shaft extending from an end surface of the base plate toward the mounting base, the mounting base includes a mounting bracket, an extension barrel extending from an end surface of the mounting bracket toward the base, the extension shaft and the extension barrel are mounted to one another and are provided with cooperating adjustment threads.
10. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 9, wherein the leveling assembly further comprises a base support fixedly mountable to the foundation wall, the base support defining a laterally extending slot, the base support being laterally insertable into the slot and rotatable therein.
11. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 10, wherein the base includes a base plate connectable to a wall surface and a retaining wall bent inward from laterally opposite ends of the base, the slot is formed by the base plate and the retaining wall, a side surface of the base is provided with an inward recessed retaining groove, and the retaining wall is retained in the retaining groove.
12. The trim panel mounting assembly of claim 11 wherein the mounting bracket includes a support plate connected to the extension tube and an inner snap structure extending away from the base and bent inwardly from opposite sides of the support plate or opposite sides of the support plate and the first runner, the support plate and the inner snap structure forming a channel, the mounting plate being slidably connected to the channel, the mounting plate being the mounting plate of claim 2 or claim 6.
13. The trim panel mounting assembly according to claim 12, wherein the mounting bracket includes a support plate connected to the extension tube, wherein two sides of a plate surface of the support plate are respectively provided with an outer fastening structure bent to two sides, the outer fastening structure and the plate surface of the support plate form a sliding groove, the retaining portion is slidably connected to the sliding groove, and the retaining portion is the retaining portion according to claim 4.
