For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, and some operations/steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The following provides a detailed description of a method and an apparatus for controlling a drain pump of a clothes dryer and a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a method for controlling a drain pump of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the dryer may be performed by a controller, and may mainly include the following steps S101 to S104.
Step S101, a clothes drying program is started, and a first timer is adopted to start timing to obtain a first time length, wherein the first time length is used for representing the time for continuously executing the clothes drying program.
Putting the dehydrated clothes into a barrel of the clothes dryer, starting the machine to operate, inputting a signal, and starting to time T1, namely a first time length. As the drying program continuously runs, the flock on the clothes can be blown to the heat exchanger along with wind and is adhered to the fins, so that the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger is influenced, and the heat exchanger needs to be cleaned regularly. Therefore, the first time length is set, whether the heat exchanger is cleaned or not is determined by counting the first time length, and the influence on the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger is avoided.
And S102, if the first time is less than the first time threshold, starting a drainage pump to drain water.
When the first duration is smaller than the first time threshold, the flocks on the heat exchanger are not accumulated so that the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger is not influenced temporarily. Therefore, the drainage pump is started to drain water, and the water of the dryer base is drained to the water collecting box.
And step S103, after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump and acquiring the water level of the base of the clothes dryer.
After the draining pump is turned on for draining for a certain period of time, the draining pump is turned off, for example, after the draining pump 30s is turned on, the draining pump 5s is turned off, and then the water level of the pedestal of the dryer is obtained. Like this, for, after the beginning drain pump, directly acquire the water level of dry machine base, the water level of dry machine base is in predetermineeing the within range, and the scheme of closing the drain pump again can avoid opening the drain pump always, and the water that works as the collection water box is full of directly spills out, and then influences user experience. Therefore, the drainage pump is closed after the drainage pump is started for a period of time, so that the water can be drained in time, and the overflow is prevented. And after the drainage pump is closed, the water level of the clothes dryer base is obtained, and then whether the fan, the auxiliary heat, the heat pump system and the like are started or not is determined according to the water level of the clothes dryer base so as to dry the clothes to be dried.
And step S104, if the water levels of the bases of the plurality of clothes dryers are within a preset water level range, starting the drying component to dry the clothes to be dried.
The drying component can be, for example, a fan, an auxiliary heat system, a heat pump system, and the like. And if the water levels of the bases of the clothes dryers are within the preset water level range, starting the drying part to dry the clothes to be dried. Like this, when the water level of drying machine base was when predetermineeing water level range, then think that current water level is lower, can prevent that the water of drying machine base from passing through the negative pressure that the fan rotation produced, with the water carry into in the drying machine barrel or on the electricity assisted heating device, lead to the clothing to dry the condition such as the effect is not good or electricity assisted heating device damages to take place.
In the technical scheme that this application embodiment provided, after starting the dry clothing procedure, acquire the water level of drying machine base earlier, when the water level of drying machine base was in predetermineeing water level range, just opened drying part in order to carry out the drying operation to the clothing. Like this, for after starting the dry clothing procedure, directly start the scheme of drying the part in order to dry the operation to the clothing, begin to carry out water level detection at the operation of dryer procedure, until the water level is in the within range that requires, just start fan, assist heat, heat pump system etc. to can prevent that the water of dryer base from passing through the negative pressure that the fan rotation produced, take the water into the dryer inner tube on, owing to reduced the influence of the water of dryer base to the dryer inner tube clothing, thereby improved the stoving effect of the clothing of waiting to dry. In addition, the low water level can also prevent water from being taken onto the electric auxiliary heating device, so that the damage of the electric auxiliary heating device can be avoided, and the internal devices of the clothes dryer are effectively protected.
In one embodiment of the present application, the drying program includes a steam-ironing program, and generally, before the steam-ironing program is executed, the user needs to add water to remove wrinkles from the laundry using steam. However, in the related technical solutions, the water level of the steaming and scalding process is not monitored separately after water is added, and the water adding amount of the user has a certain influence on the overall water level. If the amount of water added before the steaming and scalding process is too much, and the amount of water added after the steaming and scalding process is finished is not consumed, the situation that the functions of the clothes in the inner drum of the clothes dryer and the drying part are influenced due to too high water level of the base can also occur. In order to prevent the above situation, after the operation of the steaming and scalding program is completed, the water level of the dryer base is firstly obtained, and when the water level of the dryer base is within the preset water level range, the drying component is opened to dry the clothes, so that the situation that the clothes or the drying component in the inner drum of the dryer are affected by overhigh water level can be prevented.
In one embodiment of the present application, acquiring a water level of a dryer base includes:
acquiring the state of a floater switch of the clothes dryer;
if the float switch is in an on state, the water level of the clothes dryer base exceeds a preset water level range;
if the float switch is in a closed state, the water level of the clothes dryer base is within a preset water level range.
Therefore, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is determined through the float switch of the clothes dryer, and the quick judgment of the water level is facilitated. Of course, the water level of the dryer base can be obtained in other manners, which is not limited herein as long as the water level of the dryer base can be determined.
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a drain pump control method for a clothes dryer provided in another embodiment of the present application.
Step S101, a clothes drying program is started, timing is started by adopting a first timer, and a first time length is obtained, wherein the first time length is used for representing the time for continuously executing the clothes drying program.
And S102, if the first time is less than the first time threshold, starting a drainage pump to drain water.
And step S103, after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump and acquiring the water level of the base of the clothes dryer.
And step S104, if the water levels of the bases of the plurality of clothes dryers are within a preset water level range, starting the drying component to dry the clothes to be dried.
Since steps S101 to S104 are similar to those described above, they are not described herein again.
And S105, if the water levels of the plurality of bases of the washing machine exceed the preset water level range, circularly executing the step S102.
Therefore, the water levels of the plurality of the bases of the clothes dryer exceed the preset water level range, the first time is still smaller than the first time threshold value, the step of starting the drainage pump for a period of time is repeatedly executed, then the drainage pump is closed, the step of obtaining the water level of the bases of the clothes dryer again after the drainage pump is closed, and the drying part is not started until the water level of the bases of the clothes dryer is within the preset water level range so as to dry clothes to be dried. So, can prevent that the water level of dryer base is too high, the water of dryer base passes through the negative pressure that the fan rotation produced, on going into the dryer inner tube with the hosepipe, influences the stoving effect of treating the stoving clothing. In the embodiment of the application, the influence of the water on the clothes in the drum of the clothes dryer by the water on the base of the clothes dryer is reduced, so that the drying effect of the clothes to be dried is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a drain pump control method for a clothes dryer provided in another embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the clothes dryer mainly comprises the following steps.
And step S106, after the drying part is started, timing is started by adopting a second timer, and a second time length is obtained.
The second time period T2 is used to indicate a time period in which forced drainage is required, for example, after the drying component is started, when the second time period is greater than a preset threshold, forced drainage is required, which can prevent that a certain component cannot work normally, and therefore misjudgment is caused and drainage is not performed, so that overflow due to too high water level is caused. Through setting the second time, if the second time is longer than the preset threshold value, the forced drainage is directly carried out, and the influence of overhigh water level on the clothes in the inner drum of the clothes dryer is prevented.
Step S107, if the second duration is less than the second time threshold, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is obtained again;
and step S108, controlling the drainage pump to be opened or closed according to the water level of the base of the clothes dryer.
And if the second duration is less than the second time threshold, normally acquiring the water level of the dryer base, and normally controlling the drainage pump to be in an opening or closing state according to the water level of the dryer base, so that the water of the dryer base is drained in time.
Therefore, after the drying part is started, if the second time is less than the second time threshold, the drainage pump is controlled to be opened or closed according to the water level of the clothes dryer base so as to discharge the water level of the clothes dryer base into the water collecting box, so that the water level of the clothes dryer base is conveniently and timely discharged, and the drying effect of clothes in the inner barrel of the clothes dryer is prevented from being influenced due to the fact that the water level of the clothes dryer base is too high.
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a drain pump control method for a clothes dryer provided in another embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the clothes dryer mainly comprises the following steps.
Step S106, after the drying component is started, a second timer is adopted to start timing to obtain a second time length;
step S107, if the second duration is less than a second time threshold, the water level of the clothes dryer base is obtained again;
step S201, if the water levels of a plurality of bases of the washing machine exceed a preset water level range, starting a drainage pump to drain water;
step S202, after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump, and accumulating the drainage times for one time;
step S203, if the drainage times are less than the set times, the water level of the dryer base is obtained again, and whether the water level of the dryer base exceeds the preset water level range or not is judged in a circulating mode until the water level of the dryer base is within the preset water level range.
If the drainage times are less than the set times, the water in the water collecting box is considered to be not full, and the water in the base of the clothes dryer can be drained into the water collecting box. Therefore, if the drainage times are less than the set times, the water level of the dryer base is obtained again, and whether the water level of the dryer base exceeds the set water level or not is judged in a circulating mode.
Therefore, if the second duration is less than the second time threshold and the water level of the clothes dryer base exceeds the preset water level range, the drainage pump is started first to drain water for a period of time, then the drainage pump is closed, and at the moment, the drainage times are accumulated once. If the drainage times are less than the set times, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is judged to exceed the set water level range in a circulating mode, so that the water of the base can be drained to the water collecting box, and the water of the water collecting box can be prevented from overflowing.
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a drain pump control method for a clothes dryer provided in another embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the dryer may be performed by a controller, and may mainly include the following steps.
Step S106, after the drying component is started, a second timer is adopted to start timing to obtain a second time length;
step S107, if the second duration is less than the second time threshold, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is obtained again;
step S201, if the water levels of a plurality of clothes machine bases exceed a preset water level range, starting a drainage pump to drain water;
step S202, after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump, and accumulating the drainage times for one time;
step S204, if the water levels of a plurality of bases of the washing machine exceed a preset water level range and the water drainage times are more than or equal to the set times, stopping the operation of the whole machine and prompting water pouring;
and S205, after the water is poured, restarting the whole machine, and starting a drainage pump to drain water.
And after water is poured, restarting the whole machine, starting the drainage pump to drain water, then circularly closing the drainage pump, then obtaining the water level of the base of the clothes dryer, and further determining to start the drainage pump or close the drainage pump according to the water level of the base of the clothes dryer.
Like this, when the drainage number of times is more than or equal to the settlement number of times, then think that the water of current water-collecting box is full, in order to prevent to spill over, remind the user to pour the water of water-collecting box at display panel to can avoid the water of water-collecting box to spill over, influence user experience.
In one embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a drain pump control method for a clothes dryer provided in another embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the dryer may be performed by a controller, and may mainly include the following steps.
Step S106, after the drying component is started, a second timer is adopted to start timing to obtain a second time length;
step S107, if the second duration is less than the second time threshold, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is obtained again;
and step S108, controlling the drainage pump to be opened or closed according to the water level of the base of the clothes dryer.
Step S301, if the second time length is greater than or equal to a second time threshold value, clearing the second time length and starting a drainage pump;
and after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump, timing for a second time, circularly executing the step of acquiring the water level of the dryer base again, and controlling the drainage pump to be opened or closed according to the water level of the dryer base.
Therefore, after the second time is longer than the preset threshold value, forced drainage is needed, the situation that the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is too high and the part for detecting the water level is damaged and cannot work normally is avoided, so that misjudgment is not carried out, and the situation that the clothes in the inner drum of the clothes dryer are influenced by the too high water level is avoided.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 schematically illustrates a flow of steps of a method for controlling a drain pump of a clothes dryer according to another embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the clothes dryer mainly comprises the following steps.
Step S401, if the first duration is greater than or equal to the first time threshold, a third timer is adopted to start timing to obtain a third duration;
step S402, if the third duration is greater than or equal to the third time threshold, acquiring the water level of the dryer base;
step S403, if the water levels of the bases of the plurality of clothes machines exceed a preset water level range, starting a drainage pump and an electric three-way regulating valve to clean the heat exchanger;
and step S404, after the heat exchanger is cleaned, closing the drainage pump and the electric three-way regulating valve.
Because the clothes in the roller can generate a large amount of flocks due to rolling friction in the drying process of the clothes dryer, although the existing clothes dryer is often provided with a filter screen for filtering the flocks; however, in the actual operation process of the clothes dryer, a part of the fluff still passes through the filter screen, and along with the forward flow of the air flow, when the air flow passes through the heat exchanger (such as an evaporator), the fine fluff is adhered to the evaporator with a narrow flow section and a rough surface; in the past, the air channel of the clothes dryer at the evaporator is blocked due to unsmooth circulation, so that the air channel is blocked, the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator is greatly reduced, the drying performance of the clothes dryer is influenced, the clothes drying efficiency is reduced, the clothes drying time is prolonged, and the power consumption of a user in the clothes drying process is increased.
Therefore, in order not to influence the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger, when the first time is longer than or equal to the first time threshold value, the water levels of the bases of the plurality of clothes machines exceed the preset water level, and then the drainage pump and the electric three-way valve are opened to clean the heat exchanger and realize the cleaning function of the evaporator. After the drain pump and the electric tee are closed, the drain pump is opened to drain the cleaned water into the water collecting box.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 schematically illustrates a flow of a drain pump control method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. The drain pump control method of the clothes dryer includes: starting a clothes drying program, starting timing by adopting a first timer to obtain a first time length T1, if T1 is smaller than a first time threshold value N, starting a drainage pump to drain water, after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump, and obtaining the water level of a base of the clothes dryer, wherein the water level of the base of the clothes dryer is determined by the opening or closing state of a float switch, and if the float switch is in the opening state, the water level of the base of the clothes dryer exceeds the range of the preset water level; if the float switch is in a closed state, the water level of the dryer base is within a preset water level range. And if the float switch is in the closed state, the fan, the heat pump system, the auxiliary heat and the like are started.
After the drying part is started, timing is started by adopting a second timer to obtain a second time length T2, if the second time length is smaller than a second time threshold M, whether the float switch is closed or not is judged, if the float switch is in an open state, the drainage pump is started, after a period of time, the drainage pump is closed, and the drainage times are accumulated once. If the drainage times is less than the set times a, the state of the float switch is judged in a circulating mode, and the drainage pump is controlled to be in an opening or closing state according to the state of the float switch. And if the float switch is in a closed state, resetting the drainage times. If the float switch is always in the on state, the circulation is carried out until the drainage times are more than or equal to the set times. If the drainage times are more than or equal to the set times, all the outputs are stopped, and the panel condensed water box full icon prompts a user to pour water. After the user pours the water, the user presses the start/stop key, restarts, and directly starts the drainage pump to drain the water.
And if the second time length is greater than or equal to the second time threshold, resetting the second time length and starting the drainage pump. And after a preset time interval, closing the drainage pump, timing for a second time, circularly executing to obtain the water level of the base of the clothes dryer again, circularly judging the state of the float switch, and controlling the drainage pump to be started or closed.
If the first time period is greater than or equal to the first time threshold, the first time period T1 is cleared, and at the moment, the drainage pump and the electric three-way regulating valve (called an electric three-way for short) are in a closed state. And starting timing by using a third timer to obtain a third time length T3. If T3 is greater than or equal to Ls and the float switch is in the open state, the drainage pump and the electric three-way regulating valve are opened to clean the heat exchanger. And after the heat exchanger is cleaned, closing the drainage pump and the electric three-way regulating valve. After the drainage pump and the electric tee joint are closed, the drainage pump is started, and the cleaned water is drained into the water collecting box.
Like this, the clothes dryer program operation begins to carry out water level monitoring, and until the water level is in the within range of requirement, start fan, assist heat, heat pump system etc. effective low water level can prevent that the water of clothes dryer base from passing through the negative pressure that the fan rotation produced, with the water intake in the clothes dryer barrel or on the electricity assists the thermoelectric device, lead to clothing stoving effect not good or electricity assist the damage of thermoelectric device etc.. In addition, in the operation process of the clothes dryer, the flock on the fabric flows to the evaporator along with the wind, the heat exchanger is blocked due to long-term accumulation, and the evaporator is washed through the control logic of the draining pump, so that the cleaning function of the evaporator is realized. And thirdly, the drainage pump drains the condensed water into the water box through the control logic to collect the condensed water, in order to prevent the overflow of the water box after the water is full, the drainage pump judges that the water box is full through the control logic, the clothes dryer stops working, and meanwhile, the drainage pump prompts water pouring and continues working after pressing the start-stop button.
It should be noted that although the steps of the methods in this application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in this particular order or that all of the depicted steps must be performed to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
