Description

Biogas slurry drip irrigation pretreatment technology and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biogas slurry drip irrigation, in particular to a biogas slurry drip irrigation pretreatment technology and application thereof.

Biogas slurry is a high-efficiency organic liquid fertilizer, the integration of biogas slurry, water and fertilizer is an important technical means for solving the problem of returning and utilizing biogas slurry by means of a biogas slurry drip irrigation technology, and the key for ensuring the stable and high-efficiency operation of a drip irrigation system is to adopt a pretreatment technology before the biogas slurry enters the drip irrigation system. Pretreatment measures such as flocculation, sedimentation and filtration are common technical means for treating sewage at present, but part of nutrient substances in the biogas slurry can be lost in the flocculation treatment, and the sedimentation and filtration treatment period is too long, so that the measures are not beneficial to the efficient returning treatment of the biogas slurry. The acidification treatment of the biogas slurry is beneficial to maintaining the nutrient components in the biogas slurry, and the oxidation technology has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, no secondary pollution and the like in the aspect of water treatment, so that the reasonable oxidation treatment mode and treatment parameters selected under the acidic condition of the biogas slurry have important significance for improving the pretreatment effect of the biogas slurry.

In addition, the existing biogas slurry pretreatment measures have the defect that the filling is carried out by means of an external acid liquid tank and an external acid liquid pump during the pH adjustment period, but the acid liquid tank is communicated with the biogas slurry barrel through a pipeline, so that the filling stop time is the time when a pH meter in the acid liquid tank displays a target value, but a certain amount of acid liquid always remains in an acid liquid filling pipeline at the time, the subsequent result is inaccurate, and even the direct backflow of the strong acid liquid can cause the damage of a next-stage treatment device.
Therefore, a flowing biogas slurry pretreatment measure is urgently needed to be provided so as to ensure efficient biogas slurry returning and safe and long-term operation of a biogas slurry drip irrigation system.
