Under the driving of the fourth driving member 241, the swing frame 242 can swing by ninety degrees, so that one of the folding mechanisms 243 is abutted against the end surface of the case a, and the other folding mechanism 243 performs the folding operation. The hemming mechanism 243 comprises a fifth driving member 2431 and a third brush 2432, the fifth driving member 2431 is arranged on the swinging frame 242, and the third brush 2432 is arranged at the driving end of the fifth driving member 2431.
The device can also be provided with a box feeding device on the rear side of the direct sealing module 100, and a box folding mechanism is arranged on the box feeding device.
With reference to fig. 8-17, the specific working process of the device comprises:
s1, box feeding: the box body a enters the equipment from the box inlet device, and is folded by the box folding device on the box inlet device.
S2, first box sealing: referring to fig. 3, in the direct sealing module 100, a box a is conveyed by clamping two first conveying mechanisms 112, and in the conveying process, a first rubberizing device 120 and a second rubberizing device 130 distributed up and down perform in-line box sealing on the center line position of the box a.
S3, second box sealing: in the side-seal module 200, the side-seal modules,

S3.2, combining with FIG. 10, folding the front adhesive tape a1 of the box body a by two first folding devices 220 distributed up and down; the front side of the case a has four corners, and the two first corner folding mechanisms 221 (i.e., the four first corner folding mechanisms 221) of the two first corner folding devices 220 respectively correspond to the four corners of the front side of the case a, and the first swing plate 2212 swings under the driving of the second driving member 2211, and the corners of the adhesive tape a1 are folded by the first brushes 2213 on the first swing plate 2212. (the next folding angle is ready for resetting after the completion of folding angle of the first folding angle device 220)
S3.3, combining with fig. 11-12, folding the front adhesive tape a1 of the box body a by two folding devices 240 which are distributed up and down; the fourth driving piece 241 swings the swing frame 242 by ninety degrees, the front side edge folding mechanism 243 is abutted against the end face of the box body a, and the front side edge folding mechanisms 243 of the upper and lower two edge folding devices 240 are respectively abutted against and pressed against the upper and lower end faces of the box body a; in the hemming mechanism 243 at the rear side, the fifth driving member 2431 drives the third brush 2432 to move in the direction of the case a, so that the tape a1 is attached to the case a by the tape, and the case sealing of the front side of the case a is completed. (the next folding angle is ready for resetting after the folding angle of the folding device 240 is completed)
S3.4, referring to fig. 13, under the conveyance of the first conveying device 110, a part of the box a enters the box discharging module 300, the rear side of the box a stays at the working end of the side sealing module 200,
referring to fig. 14, the rear side of the case a is taped a1 by two third taping devices 210 disposed up and down; in the third rubberizing device 210, the first driving member 211 drives the first driving assembly 212 to approach the box a, and the rubberizing mechanism 213 applies the adhesive tape a1 to the box a, and under the combined driving of the first driving member 211 and the first driving assembly 212, the rubberizing mechanism 213 applies the adhesive tape a1 in a shape of "[" to the rear side of the box a. (the next time the third rubberizing device 210 resets after rubberizing is completed, the next time the case is sealed)
S3.5, combining with FIG. 15, folding the rear side adhesive tape a1 of the box body a by two second folding devices 230 distributed up and down; four corners are arranged on the front side of the box body a, two second corner folding mechanisms 231 (namely, four second corner folding mechanisms 231) of the two second corner folding devices 230 respectively correspond to four corners on the rear side of the box body a, the second swinging plate 2311 swings under the driving of the third driving piece 2312, and the corners of the adhesive tape a1 are folded by the second hairbrushes 2313 on the second swinging plate 2311. S3.6, combining with fig. 16-17, folding the rear side adhesive tape a1 of the box body a by two folding devices 240 which are distributed up and down; the fourth driving piece 241 swings the swing frame 242 by ninety degrees, the rear side edge folding mechanism 243 is abutted against the end face of the box body a, and the edge folding mechanisms 243 at the rear sides of the upper and lower two edge folding devices 240 are respectively abutted against the upper and lower end faces of the box body a and compress and limit the box body a; in the hemming mechanism 243 on the front side, the fifth driving member 2431 drives the third brush 2432 to move in the direction of the case a, so that the tape a1 is attached to the case a by the tape, and the case sealing on the rear side of the case a is completed. (the next folding angle is ready for resetting after the folding angle of the folding device 240 is completed)
Under the operation of the side seal module 200, the side edge positions of the upper end face and the lower end face of the box body a form a II-shaped seal box;
s4, discharging from the box: in the out-of-box module 300,
after the box body a works through the direct sealing module 100 and the side sealing module 200, the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the box body a form an I-shaped sealing box; finally, the box a is output from the equipment through the cooperation of the second conveying device 310 and the third conveying device 320 of the box outlet module 300.

a third taping device (210) configured to tape (a 1) the side of the case (a);
a first corner folding device (220) positioned at one side of the third rubberizing device (210) and configured to fold the adhesive tape (a 1);
a hemming device (240) located between the third rubberizing device (210) and the first corner folding device (220) and configured to hem the adhesive tape (a 1);
the first corner folding device (220) comprises two symmetrically distributed first corner folding mechanisms (221), and the two first corner folding mechanisms (221) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the box body (a); the first corner folding mechanism (221) comprises a second driving piece (2211), a first swinging plate (2212) and a first hairbrush (2213), one end of the second driving piece (2211) can be arranged in a swinging mode, one end of the first swinging plate (2212) can be arranged in a swinging mode, the first hairbrush (2213) is arranged at the other end of the first swinging plate (2212), and the other end of the second driving piece (2211) is hinged to the middle of the first swinging plate (2212);
the edge folding device (240) comprises a fourth driving piece (241), a swinging frame (242) and two edge folding mechanisms (243), one end of the fourth driving piece (241) can swing, one end of the swinging frame (242) can swing, the other end of the fourth driving piece (241) is hinged with the swinging frame (242), the two edge folding mechanisms (243) are all arranged on the swinging frame (242), and the two edge folding mechanisms (243) are distributed in parallel front and back;
under the drive of the fourth driving piece (241), the swing frame (242) can swing by ninety degrees, so that one edge folding mechanism (243) is in contact with the end face of the box body (a), and the other edge folding mechanism (243) performs edge folding operation;
the flanging mechanism (243) comprises a fifth driving piece (2431) and a third brush (2432), the fifth driving piece (2431) is arranged on the swinging frame (242), and the third brush (2432) is arranged at the driving end of the fifth driving piece (2431).

The side seal module for a carton according to claim 1, further comprising a second corner device (230), the first corner device (220) being disposed in tandem; the first corner folding device (220) is configured to fold a front side adhesive tape (a 1) of the box body (a); the second corner folding device (230) is configured to fold a rear side adhesive tape (a 1) of the case (a).

A side seal module for a carton according to claim 3, wherein the second corner device (230) comprises two symmetrically distributed second corner mechanisms (231), the two second corner mechanisms (231) being located on the left and right sides of the carton (a), respectively; the second corner folding mechanism (231) comprises a third driving piece (2312), a second swinging plate (2311) and a second hairbrush (2313), two ends of the third driving piece (2312) can swing, one end of the second swinging plate (2311) can swing, the second hairbrush (2313) is arranged at the other end of the second swinging plate (2311), and the other end of the third driving piece (2312) is hinged to the middle of the second swinging plate (2311).

A side seal module for a carton according to claim 3, wherein two third rubberizing devices (210), two first corner folding devices (220), two second corner folding devices (230) and two edge folding devices (240) are respectively arranged, the two third rubberizing devices (210) are distributed vertically, the two first corner folding devices (220) are distributed vertically, the two second corner folding devices (230) are distributed vertically, and the two edge folding devices (240) are distributed vertically.
6. The i-shaped box sealing equipment is characterized by comprising the side sealing module (200) for the paper box according to any one of claims 1-5, and further comprising a frame (000) and the following components arranged on the frame (000):
a direct sealing module (100) configured to seal a center line of the case (a);
