Furthermore, the fireproof layer 3 is a glass fiber cloth layer, the flame retardant effect of the glass fiber cloth is good, the combustion speed of the shaving board can be reduced, the waterproof layer 4 is a phenolic resin coating, and the wear-resistant layer 5 is an existing wear-resistant material.
A method of making a functional shaving board comprising any one of the above, further comprising the steps of:
s1: preparing raw materials: selecting wood processing residues as raw materials of the substrate 1 and the insect-proof layer 2, and planing by using a flaker to obtain corresponding shavings; preferably, the rotation speed of the flaker is 20-40 rpm; the sharpening angle of the knife is 20-40 degrees. The invention can avoid the cutter abrasion in the slicing process through reasonable cutter parameter setting.
S2: drying the wood shavings: putting the wood shavings into a dryer for drying, wherein the water content of the dried wood shavings is 1.5-3%; specifically, the drying temperature is preferably 160 ℃ or lower, and more preferably 90 to 110 ℃.
S3: wood shaving and glue applying: gluing the substrate 1, the insect-proof layer 2, the fireproof layer 3, the waterproof layer 4 and the wear-resistant layer 5, and gluing the outer surface of the reinforcing rib 7; preferably, the sizing is performed by a modified urea formaldehyde resin foaming adhesive with the solid content of 58 percent.
S4: molding: the bottoms of the reinforcing ribs 7 are paved on the substrate 1, and the glued plates are paved on two sides of the substrate 1 according to the sequence of the insect-proof layer 2, the fireproof layer 3, the waterproof layer 3 and the wear-resistant layer 5 to form a plate blank and are pre-pressed; specifically speaking, the gluing agent on the surface of the reinforcing rib 7 can contact with each plate in the prepressing process, and the modified urea-formaldehyde resin foaming gluing agent can be filled in the wave groove 6 in the prepressing process, so that the connecting strength between the plate layers can be improved. Preferably, the wood shavings used for the substrate 1 are fir, and the air-dried density of the wood is 0.25-0.5 g/cm 3.
S5: hot pressing: heating an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate of a multifunctional hot press to a required hot pressing temperature of 130-160 ℃, putting the pre-pressed plate blank on the pressing plates in a pressure control mode, quickly closing, quickly pressurizing to 2.0-3.0 MPa within 2s, after 2-3 min of pressure maintaining, releasing the pressure to 0.5-1.0 MPa within 5s, releasing the pressure to ensure that the foaming adhesive is decomposed to generate gas, so that the foaming adhesive is quickly foamed, maintaining the pressure for 0.5-1 min, then re-pressurizing to 1.5-2.0 MPa within 2s, compressing the plate blank to a target thickness, maintaining the pressure for 1.5-2.5 min, finally releasing the pressure to 0MPa within 5s, and opening the hot press to prepare the functional shaving board; by adopting the hot pressing process of pressurization-pressure relief-pressure maintaining-pressurization-pressure maintaining-pressure relief, the foaming adhesive is decomposed to generate gas, so that the fluidity of the adhesive system is increased, the foaming adhesive system is rapidly foamed and filled in gaps among the board layers, the wood shavings are firmly and fixedly combined together, good contact is formed among the board layers, the adhesive and the board layers, and a uniform pore structure is formed in the shaving board, so that the necessary bonding strength of the shaving board is ensured.
S6: and (3) post-processing: and cooling the functional shaving board in the step S5, sanding, packaging and storing.

7. A method of making, characterized by: a functional shaving board comprising the functional shaving board according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising the steps of:
s1: preparing raw materials: selecting wood processing residues as raw materials of the substrate (1) and the insect-proof layer (2), and planing by using a flaker to obtain corresponding shavings;

s6: and (3) post-processing: and cooling the functional shaving board in the S6, sanding, and packaging and storing.
