Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the friction mechanism 9 capable of increasing resistance is further included, the friction mechanism 9 includes a first pressing plate 91, a friction block 92, a second pressing plate 93, a second connecting rod 94 and a second elastic member 95, the first pressing plate 91 is welded on the rear side of the top of the upper clamping plate 54, the second connecting rod 94 is slidably disposed on the lower portion of the baffle 813, the second pressing plate 93 is connected to the rear side of the second connecting rod 94, the friction blocks 92 are connected to one side, close to the first pressing plate 91, of the second pressing plate 93, the two friction blocks 92 are in contact with the second rotating shaft 812, the second connecting rod 94 is sleeved with the second elastic member 95, one end of the second elastic member 95 is connected with the baffle 813, and the other end of the second elastic member 95 is connected with the second connecting rod 94.
When the burrs of the hardware component are removed, the second pressing plate 93 presses the second rotating shaft 812, the second elastic piece 95 deforms, the two friction blocks 92 increase resistance to the second rotating shaft 812, the hairbrush 43 is prevented from driving the hardware component to rotate together, when the gear 811 stops rotating, the second pressing plate 93 stops pressing the second rotating shaft 812, the second elastic piece 95 resets, and therefore resistance to the second rotating shaft 812 is increased through the second pressing plate 93 and the friction blocks 92.

Claims (3)

1. Miniature hardware component burring equipment, characterized by: comprising the following steps:
the bottom plate (1), the top of the bottom plate (1) is connected with a connecting pipe (2);
a turntable (3), wherein the turntable (3) is rotatably arranged at the top of the connecting pipe (2);
the cleaning mechanism (4) is arranged in the connecting pipe (2), and the cleaning mechanism (4) capable of removing burrs is arranged in the connecting pipe;
the top of the turntable (3) is provided with at least two clamping mechanisms (5) capable of fixing hardware elements;
the protection mechanism (6) is arranged on the turntable (3), and the protection mechanism (6) capable of preventing fragments from flying in disorder is arranged on the turntable;
the cleaning mechanism (4) comprises:
a first cylinder (41), wherein the first cylinder (41) is connected to the connecting pipe (2);
a rotating motor (42), wherein the top end of the telescopic rod of the first cylinder (41) is connected with the rotating motor (42);
a brush (43), wherein an output shaft of the rotating motor (42) is connected with the brush (43) through a coupling;
the clamping mechanism (5) comprises:
the top of the turntable (3) is provided with six sliding blocks (51) in a sliding and rotating mode, six first sliding grooves (58) are uniformly formed in the top of the turntable (3) at intervals, and the sliding blocks (51) slide in the first sliding grooves (58);
the top of the sliding block (51) is connected with a second cylinder (52);
the top of the second air cylinder (52) is connected with the lower clamping plate (53), and a telescopic rod of the second air cylinder (52) penetrates through the lower clamping plate (53) in a sliding mode;
an upper clamping plate (54), wherein the top of the telescopic rod of the second air cylinder (52) is connected with the upper clamping plate (54);
the lower clamping plate (53) and the upper clamping plate (54) are respectively provided with a first rotating shaft (55) in a rotating way;
a rubber pad (56), wherein the rubber pad (56) is connected to the first rotating shaft (55);
the front side of the sliding block (51) is provided with a holding rod (57), positioning grooves (59) are uniformly spaced in the first sliding groove (58), the holding rod (57) moves upwards to be separated from the positioning grooves (59), positioning holes (510) are uniformly spaced at the top of the turntable (3), and the holding rod (57) moves downwards to be in contact with the positioning holes (510) after rotating;
the protection mechanism (6) comprises:
six fixing rods (61) are uniformly connected to the outer side of the bottom plate (1) at intervals;
the fixing rings (62) are connected between the outer sides of the six fixing rods (61), and a second sliding groove (63) is formed in the fixing rings (62);
the top of the fixed ring (62) is connected with the shield (64);
the box door (65), the guard shield (64) is connected with the box door (65) in a rotating way, and the box door (65) slides in the second sliding groove (63);
a pull rod (66), and a pull rod (66) is connected to the box door (65);
also included is a scraping mechanism (7) capable of removing burrs in the shroud (64), the scraping mechanism (7) including:
the annular collecting frame (71), the outer side of the turntable (3) is connected with the annular collecting frame (71);
the scraper (72) is connected with the scraper (72) in the annular collecting frame (71), the scraper (72) is contacted with the inside of the shield (64), and a collecting groove (73) is formed in the top of the scraper (72);
still including rotating mechanism (8) that can assist hardware component rotation position, rotating mechanism (8) include:
a connecting column (81), wherein the connecting column (81) is connected to the shield (64);
the guide rails (82) are uniformly connected with six guide rails (82) at intervals on the connecting column (81);
the connecting block (84), the connecting block (84) is slidably arranged in the guide rail (82);
the first connecting rod (83), the first connecting rod (83) is slidably arranged in the connecting block (84);
the first elastic piece (85) is sleeved on the first connecting rod (83), one end of the first elastic piece (85) is connected with the top of the connecting block (84), and one end of the first elastic piece (85) is connected with the first connecting rod (83);
the fixing plate (86) is connected with one side, far away from each other, of the tops of the six guide rails (82);

the second elastic piece (95) is sleeved on the second connecting rod (94), one end of the second elastic piece (95) is connected with the baffle plate (813), and the other end of the second elastic piece (95) is connected with the second connecting rod (94).
