The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a box door outer frame 100 of the environmental test box is a frame structure, and includes a bottom plate 101, a vertical plate 102 disposed around the bottom plate 101, and a limit table 103 formed by bending and extending the vertical plate 102 inward, wherein the box door can be fastened to the limit table 103 to close the box body. In order to increase the strength of the door outer frame 100, a reinforcing rib 104 needs to be welded to the inside of the vertical plate 102. In the welding process, the door outer frame 100 is placed on the work platform, and the operator welds the reinforcing ribs 104 along the periphery of the door outer frame 100.
However, since the welding point of the reinforcing rib 104 is easily shielded by the limiting table 103, the operator can see the welding point from the gap between the limiting table 103 and the bottom plate 101 by bending the waist and bending the neck askew, and the operator needs to weld the reinforcing rib 104 along the direction from inside to outside, so that the welding efficiency is low, the difficulty is high, and the operator can bend down for a long time to weld and also can cause burden to the body of the operator.
In the present embodiment, the to-be-welded component is described by taking the door frame 100 as an example.
In order to solve the above problems, the present embodiment provides a welding jig. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the welding jig includes a bracket 1 and a fixing mechanism 2. Support 1 includes brace table 11, and brace table 11 is the contained angle setting with ground. The fixing mechanism 2 includes a fixing member 21, the fixing member 21 is rotatably disposed on the supporting platform 11, positioning stoppers 22 are disposed around the fixing member 21, and the positioning stoppers 22 abut against the periphery of the door outer frame 100 to fix the door outer frame 100.
In the welding jig, the fixing member 21 is used for supporting the door outer frame 100, and the door outer frame 100 is fixed by the positioning stoppers 22 around the fixing member, so that the door outer frame 100 forms an included angle with the ground. At this time, one side of the box door outer frame 100 below is approximately upward in welding point with the reinforcing rib 104, so that an operator can see the welding point conveniently, the welding direction is from top to bottom, the welding is convenient, and the operator can stand to weld without burden on the body. After welding one side, the operator can sequentially complete the welding of the other sides by rotating the fixing member 21.
This welding jig can improve welding efficiency, reduces the health burden that causes operating personnel.
Wherein, the support table 11 is provided with a rotating shaft 112, and the rotating shaft 112 penetrates through the fixing member 21 so that the fixing member 21 can rotate around the rotating shaft 112.
Since the outer contour of the door outer frame 100 is rectangular, the fixing member 21 of the welding jig is provided with four positioning stoppers 22, and the four positioning stoppers 22 are respectively abutted against one side of the door outer frame 100.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing mechanism 2 includes a plurality of support rollers 23, the support rollers 23 are rotatably disposed on the fixing member 21, and the support rollers 23 are in rolling contact with the support table 11. When the fixing member 21 rotates, the supporting roller 23 can roll on the table top of the supporting table 11, so that part of the weight of the fixing member 21 and the door outer frame 100 is applied to the supporting table 11, thereby reducing the weight borne by the rotating shaft 112, preventing the rotating shaft 112 from bending due to stress deformation, enabling the fixing member 21 to rotate more easily along the rotating shaft 112, and enabling the distance between each position of the fixing member 21 and the supporting table 11 to be kept unchanged, thereby improving the stability of the welding jig in the use process and the portability of operation.
Wherein, at least one support roller 23 is provided with a braking piece, the braking piece is movably arranged on the fixing piece 21, and the braking piece can be abutted against the support roller 23 to prevent the support roller 23 from rotating. When the fixing member 21 is rotated to a desired position, the braking member can brake the supporting roller 23 so as to stabilize the fixing member 21 at a corresponding position, thereby ensuring stability during welding.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixing mechanism 2 further includes a plurality of auxiliary rollers 24, the support base 11 is provided with a circular rail 111, the plurality of auxiliary rollers 24 are rotatably provided on the fixing member 21, and the plurality of auxiliary rollers 24 are all provided inside the circular rail 111 and are in rolling contact with the inside of the circular rail 111. The auxiliary roller 24 is located on the inner side of the circular rail 111, when the operator rotates the fixing member 21, the circular rail 111 can support the fixing member 21 through the auxiliary roller 24, so that the weight borne by the rotating shaft 112 can be reduced, and the fixing member 21 can be prevented from shifting during rotation.
Preferably, the positioning stopper 22 is slidably provided to the fixing member 21 to be close to or far from the rotation center of the fixing member 21. The positioning stopper 22 can adjust the distance between the positioning stopper 22 and the opposite positioning stopper by sliding, so as to be suitable for fixing the door outer frames 100 with different sizes.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the fixing mechanism 2 further includes a locking screw 25 and a nut 26, the fixing member 21 is provided with a through groove 211, and the locking screw 25 sequentially passes through a positioning stopper 22 and the through groove 211 and is in threaded connection with the nut 26. The positioning stopper 22 and the locking screw 25 can slide together in the direction of the through-groove 211, and the locking screw 25 and the nut 26 are tightened in place to fix the positioning stopper 22. It can be understood that more than two through grooves 211 can be disposed on the same side of the fixing member 21, and each through groove 211 corresponds to one locking screw 25 passing through the positioning block 22, so as to prevent the positioning block 22 from rotating and improve the positioning accuracy of the positioning block 22.
As shown in fig. 2, the positioning stopper 22 includes a fixing portion 221 and an abutting portion 222, the fixing portion 221 is vertically connected to the abutting portion 222, the locking screw 25 sequentially passes through the fixing portion 221 and the through groove 211 and is screwed to the nut 26, and the abutting portion 222 abuts against the outer periphery of the door outer frame 100. The fixing portion 221 and the abutting portion 222 are designed to be L-shaped structures perpendicular to each other, so that the weight of the positioning stopper 22 can be reduced while the contact area between the positioning stopper 22 and the door outer frame 100 is increased, and the fixing portion 221 is thin, so that an operator can fasten the positioning stopper 22 through the locking screw 25 and the nut 26 conveniently.
Preferably, the fixing member 21 is provided with scale lines along the extending direction of the through groove 211. An operator can quickly adjust the position of the positioning stop 22 according to the scale marks, so that the door outer frame 100 can be positioned before welding. Specifically, the fixing member 21 is provided with corresponding scale lines at each of the four positioning stoppers 22.
As shown in fig. 3, the bracket 1 further includes a base 12 and a supporting member 13, the supporting platform 11 is pivotally connected to the base 12, the base 12 is provided with a plurality of slots 121 at intervals along a direction away from the supporting platform 11, one end of the supporting member 13 is pivotally connected to the supporting platform 11, and the other end of the supporting member 13 is selectively inserted into one of the slots 121. The operating personnel can choose to insert different draw-in grooves 121 with support piece 13 and adjust the contained angle between support piece 13 and the ground to adjust a suitable welded angle with chamber door frame 100, improve the comfort level of operating personnel when welding, improve welding efficiency.
Specifically, the included angle between the support platform 11 and the ground is 60-75 degrees. It can be understood that too large an included angle between the support platform 11 and the ground may cause the door outer frame 100 to be too upright, and in order to prevent the bottom plate 101 of the door outer frame 100 from being collided during the welding process, an operator needs to incline in a direction away from the door outer frame 100, which is inconvenient to weld and the door outer frame 100 is unstable; however, too small an included angle between the support platform 11 and the ground may cause the outer frame 100 of the box door to lie too flat, which makes it difficult for the operator to observe the welding point and increases the burden on the body caused by the welding posture. The included angle between the support table 11 and the ground can be 63 °, 66 °, 69 °, and 72 °.
Preferably, the bracket 1 of the welding jig stands on the ground, and in order to keep stability during the welding process, the bracket 1 and the ground can be fixedly connected together so as to bear a heavy test box door outer frame 100. In particular, metal nails may be fixed on the ground, the bracket 1 and the metal nails being fixed by welding or by other means. For example, the upper end of the metal nail is made into an external thread, the joint of the bracket 1 and the metal nail is made into an external thread, and then the bracket 1 and the metal nail are fixedly connected together through a nut 26.
Specifically, the height of the bracket 1 also determines the working height of the operator during welding, and in order to facilitate the operation of the welder and meet the human engineering as much as possible, the height of the bracket 1 needs to be adjusted, so that after the fixing member 21 fixes the door outer frame 100, the height of the lowest edge of the door outer frame 100 from the ground is between 30cm and 50 cm.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, the present invention should not be limited by the description of the present invention, which should be interpreted as a limitation.
