and S100, judging whether the infrared probe is shielded.
Specifically, infrared probe's transmitter transmission infrared light, when infrared probe was sheltered from, can reflect infrared light to infrared probe's receiver to can detect infrared probe and sheltered from. If the reflected infrared light is not received, the infrared probe is not shielded.
Specifically, because infrared probe is corresponding to the region outside the protruding portion on the electrode strip, when intelligent head-mounted sleep aiding device wears the head at user, the electrode on the protruding portion is attached to user's forehead, and the distance between infrared probe and the forehead is less, then the time difference between transmission infrared light and the receipt infrared light is less, can confirm through the time difference between transmission infrared light and the receipt infrared light that infrared probe is sheltered from under the wearing state, and is not sheltered from by other article under the not wearing state.
The transmitter of the infrared probe emits infrared light in a manner that the infrared light is emitted at intervals, for example, at intervals when the control stimulation element is activated.
