it should be noted that the meditation targets include at least a first meditation target for improving concentration and/or creativity and a second meditation target for adjusting emotion, the light color directly affects meditation effect, and the specific yellow color can assist meditation for enhancing intelligence, creativity and attention; both blue and green colors help to calm, protect, clean or get a powerful, aggressive meditation, pink colors for love, pleasure or romantic meditation, in specific embodiments meditation targets including but not limited to a first meditation target and a second meditation target, and light colors including but not limited to green, blue, yellow, red, and therefore, the present application proposes meditation methods that can change the color of candles according to meditation conditions, superior to traditional candle meditation ideas.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the signal processing module includes a first processing module and a second processing module. The first processing module is used for processing the brain wave signals to obtain meditation evaluation parameters; the second processing module is used for calculating a meditation evaluation index according to the meditation parameters and the meditation targets.
Specifically, the first processing module includes: the first recognition module is used for recognizing the frequency of the noise signal exceeding a preset value in the first brain wave signal and recording the frequency change as a motion frequency; the second identification module is used for eliminating the abnormal data to obtain a second brain wave signal; and converting the second brain wave signal into a frequency domain signal to obtain a brain wave frequency band, specifically converting the second brain wave signal into a time domain signal, converting the time domain signal into the frequency domain signal through Fourier transformation, and finally obtaining the brain wave frequency band.
The noise signal exceeding the preset value is generally a signal generated by movement, such as an electric eye signal (blink), and the concentration of the user can be primarily determined by identifying the noise signal generated by movement, and therefore, the movement frequency is used as a meditation evaluation parameter.
Neuroscience and psychology show that 5 frequency bands such as delta frequency band (1-4 Hz), theta frequency band (4-8 Hz), alpha frequency band (8-13 Hz), beta frequency band (13-30 Hz) and gamma frequency band (36-44 Hz) have close relations with various physiological and psychological activities of people, so when the brain electricity frequency domain characteristics are extracted, firstly, the brain electricity signals are mapped to the 5 frequency bands, the frequency domain characteristics corresponding to the frequency bands are extracted, and finally, the brain electricity frequency bands are used as meditation evaluation parameters.
Further, the second processing module includes: a parameter module for acquiring a target meditation evaluation parameter from meditation evaluation parameters according to meditation targets; and the evaluation module is used for evaluating according to the target evaluation parameters to obtain the meditation evaluation index.
In some embodiments, when the meditation target is a first meditation target, that is, when the current meditation target is used to improve creativity or attention, a parameter for evaluating concentration is selected from meditation evaluation indexes, concentration is evaluated by the sum of the negative parameter motion frequency and the absolute value of the positive parameter a-wave 8hz frequency band, 13hz intensity difference, and meditation evaluation indexes when the meditation target is the first meditation target are described by concentration.
In other embodiments, when the meditation target is the second meditation target, that is, the current meditation target is used to adjust the emotion, a parameter for evaluating the degree of pitch is selected from meditation evaluation indexes, the degree of pitch is evaluated by subtracting an average value of absolute values of intensity differences of bands at both ends of the a wave by an absolute value of intensity differences of bands at both ends of the β wave, the δ wave, or the θ wave, and the meditation evaluation index when the meditation target is the first meditation target is described by the degree of pitch.
And a light control module for determining a light control strategy corresponding to the meditation target and the meditation evaluation index according to the meditation target and the meditation evaluation index, the light control strategy being used for controlling the light state of the electronic candle lamp.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the light control module includes: a first determining module for determining a light color according to the meditation target; and the second determining module is used for determining the light brightness according to the meditation evaluation index.
In some embodiments, the light color is determined to be yellow and bright yellow when the meditation target is the first meditation target, i.e. the current meditation target is used to improve creativity or attention; the meditation evaluation index is calculated by the concentration parameter among the meditation evaluation parameters, and as the meditation evaluation index increases, the light color changes from bright yellow to pale yellow, and when the meditation evaluation index reaches the optimum value, the light color changes to warm white.
In other embodiments, when the meditation target is the second meditation target, that is, the current meditation target is used to adjust emotion, at which time it is determined that the initial light color is blue and deep blue, the meditation evaluation index is calculated by the meditation parameters among the meditation evaluation parameters, the light color is changed from deep green to light green as the meditation evaluation index is increased, and the light color is changed to warm white when the meditation evaluation index reaches the optimal value.
In a specific embodiment, when the meditation evaluation index reaches the optimal value, the light color changes to the specified color, and the light color can be the warm white or other colors, and the user is required to set the most comfortable color to be the specified color.
