The reusable section of the endoscope handle, and the endoscope provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 7, by way of specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present application discloses a reusable section of an endoscope, the reusable section includes a first housing 100, a driving mechanism 200, a first push rod 310 and an elastic member 320, the first housing 100 is a base member of the reusable section and can provide a mounting base for the driving mechanism 200, the first push rod 310 and the elastic member 320, that is, the driving mechanism 200, the first push rod 310 and the elastic member 320 are all disposed on the first housing 100.
The driving mechanism 200 includes a driving member 210 and a first gear 220, the first housing 100 is provided with a first accommodating space, the first gear 220 is rotatably disposed in the first housing 100, the driving member 210 is connected to the first gear 220, and the driving member 210 can drive the first gear 220 to rotate; in the embodiment of the present application, the first gear 220 may be driven to rotate manually, for example, the driving element 210 may be a shift lever, a knob, or the like, or the first gear 220 may be driven to rotate electrically, for example, the driving element 210 may be a motor, a steering engine, or the like, and the present application does not limit the specific form of the driving element 210 as long as the driving element 210 can drive the first gear 220 to rotate.
The first push rod 310 is movably disposed in the first housing 100, and in the embodiment of the present application, the driving mechanism 200 drives the first push rod 310 to move relative to the first housing 100. Specifically, the first push rod 310 is provided with a first toothed section, which is engaged with the first gear 220, and when the first gear 220 is driven by the driver 210 to rotate, the first push rod 310 moves relative to the first housing 100.
In the embodiment of the present application, the two first push rods 310 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first gear 220, and in this layout, when the first gear 220 rotates, the two first push rods 310 move synchronously and in opposite directions, so as to realize that the active bending section of the endoscope bends in a preset direction; when the first gear 220 is driven to rotate reversely, the bending direction of the active complete section of the endoscope is changed, and the change of the bending direction can be reverse bending.
The elastic member 320 connects the first housing 100 and the first push rod 310, and under the elastic action of the elastic member 320, the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 abut against each other and form an abutting portion for abutting against the proximal end of the disposable segment, and when the reusable segment abuts against the disposable segment, the two first push rods 310 are separated, and the elastic member 320 is pressed to deform.
When the driving member 210 is operated to drive the first gear 220 to rotate, the two first push rods 310 synchronously move in opposite directions, in a further technical scheme, the first push rods 310 are provided with guide grooves 312, the guide grooves 312 extend along the axial direction of the first push rods 310, the elastic member 320 is provided with guide protrusions 321, and the guide protrusions 321 are in sliding fit with the guide grooves 312; under such a configuration, the guide slot 312 has a predetermined guide track relative to the first housing 100, and the first push rod 310 moves along the extending direction of the guide slot 312, so that the characteristics of stable movement and high precision can be achieved, and the first push rod 310 can be prevented from uncontrollably moving.
In an alternative embodiment, the elastic member 320 may be a spring, the guide protrusion 321 may be a spherical protrusion disposed at an end of the elastic member 320, the guide groove 312 matches with a profile of the spherical protrusion, when the spherical protrusion is slidably engaged with the guide groove 312, at least a portion of the spherical protrusion is located in the guide groove 312, and the spherical protrusion is engaged with the arc-shaped guide groove 312, so that the assembly efficiency of the first push rod 310 and the elastic member 320 can be improved, and meanwhile, the occurrence of a jamming phenomenon can be avoided.
In another alternative embodiment, the elastic member 320 may also be an elastic cover disposed at the distal end of the first casing 100, the elastic cover may be an annular cover body, an outer circumferential portion of the elastic cover is connected to the distal end of the first casing 100, a third through hole is disposed in the middle of the elastic cover, and the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 in the abutting state pass through the third through hole; when the two first push rods 310 are butted, the far ends of the two first push rods are separated, and the elastic cover is elastically deformed; after the reusable section and the disposable section are separated, the elastic cover is deformed again, so that the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 are pressed against each other again to form a butt joint part, and the disposable section can be conveniently butted for use with the next disposable section.
In the above solution, the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 abut against each other, so that the distal end surfaces of the two first push rods 310 are relatively deflected with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the first housing 100, when the reusable section and the disposable section are abutted against each other, the distal end surface of the first push rod 310 can play a guiding role, so that the abutment component in the disposable section can slide between the distal end surfaces of the two first push rods 310 and separate the two first push rods 310; however, the deflection angle of the distal end surface of the first push rod 310 is small due to the limitation of the size of the space, so that the frictional resistance to the relative movement of the reusable section and the disposable section is large during the docking, and there is a problem that the docking is inconvenient.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the distal end of the first push rod 310 is provided with a first guiding surface 311, the first guiding surface 311 is disposed obliquely with respect to the axis of the first push rod 310, and when the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 are abutted, the two first guiding surfaces 311 form an attaching mouth 330, and the attaching mouth 330 is used for abutting against the proximal end of the disposable segment; with such a configuration, when the reusable section and the disposable section are connected, the connection component of the disposable section can slide to a position between the two first push rods 310 relative to the first guide surface 311 more easily, and the friction resistance caused by the relative movement of the reusable section and the disposable section is smaller, so that the connection process is smoother.
The first guide surface 311 may be a distal end surface of the first push rod 310, however, in this case, the sectional area of the distal end portion of the first push rod 310 is gradually reduced, and if the load is too large, the front end of the first push rod 310 is easily broken, so that the first push rod 310 cannot be always in the abutting state with the second push rod 510 after being abutted, and the stability of transmission is affected; therefore, in a further technical solution, the distal end of the first push rod 310 is provided with an abutment surface 313, the abutment surface 313 is perpendicular to the axis of the first push rod 310, the abutment surface 313 and the aforementioned first guide surface 311 together constitute a distal end surface of the first push rod 310; after the reusable section and the disposable section are butted, the two first push rods 310 can be in a parallel state, and the butting surface 313 can ensure that the first push rod 310 and the second push rod 510 have a larger contact area, so that the axial thrust can be stably transmitted, the situation that the front end surface of the first push rod 310 is completely formed by the first guide surface 311 and is easy to break is avoided, and the stability of transmission between the first push rod 310 and the second push rod 510 is improved. Of course, the aforementioned abutment surface 313 is a preferred embodiment, and it is within the scope of the present application that the first guiding surface 311 is a distal end surface of the first push rod 310.
In the reusable section of the endoscope handle disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, under the elastic action of the elastic member 320, the distal ends of the two first push rods 310 abut against each other to form a butt joint portion with the guiding nozzle 330, and when the reusable section is in butt joint with the disposable section, the butt joint portion is only required to be in butt joint with the proximal end of the disposable section, that is, the two first push rods 310 are in butt joint with the disposable section at the same position; compared with the traditional mode that two force transmission components of the reusable section are respectively butted with the disposable section, the quantity of butt joint parts needing butt joint is reduced, the butt joint accuracy is improved, the butt joint difficulty in the butt joint process of the reusable section and the disposable section is reduced, and the butt joint workload is reduced.
The application also provides an endoscope handle, the endoscope handle comprises a disposable section and the aforementioned reusable section, the disposable section and the reusable section can be detachably connected, in the embodiment of the application, the disposable section and the reusable section can be detachably connected in a threaded connection piece, a clamping connection and the like, and the application does not limit the specific connection mode of the disposable section and the reusable section.
In the embodiment of the present application, the disposable segment includes a second housing 400, a second push rod 510 and a turntable 520, the second push rod 510 is movably disposed in the second housing 400 along an axial direction thereof, the turntable 520 is rotatably disposed in the second housing 400, and a pull string 600 connected to the active bending section of the endoscope is connected to the turntable 520. Under the condition that the reusable section is butted with the disposable section, the second push rod 510 is butted with the first push rod 310, the first push rod 310 can push the second push rod 510 to move, so as to drive the turntable 520 to rotate, so that the traction rope 600 can pull the active bending section of the endoscope to move along the preset direction, and when the rotation direction of the turntable 520 changes, the bending direction of the active bending section of the endoscope changes.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second push rod 510 is provided with a second toothed segment, the turntable 520 includes a second gear 521 and a pulley 522 which are coaxially connected, the second push rod 510 is meshed with the turntable 520 through the meshing of the second toothed segment and the second gear 521, and the traction rope 600 connected with the active bending segment of the endoscope is wound on the pulley 522; when the first push rod 310 pushes one of the second push rods 510 to move, the second push rod 510 drives the rotary table 520 to rotate, the other second push rod 510 synchronously and reversely moves, and the reel 522 rotates to pull the pull rope 600, so that the active bending section of the endoscope bends along a preset direction.
In the scheme, the traction rope 600 is wound on the wire wheel 522, so that the active bending section of the endoscope is pulled. Of course, besides the aforementioned way that the traction rope 600 is connected with the reel 522, in another alternative embodiment, the traction rope 600 may include a first traction section and a second traction section, the first traction section and the second traction section may be respectively connected with the two second push rods 510, and the movement of the second push rods 510 is linear movement, in this case, the traction on the active bending section of the endoscope can also be realized; the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific connection manner of the traction rope 600 in the second housing 400, as long as the traction rope 600 can be pulled to bend the active bending section in two directions by the reciprocating motion of the two second push rods 510.
The disposable segment further includes a guiding element 530, two second push rods 510 are distributed on two sides of the guiding element 530, when the reusable segment and the disposable segment are butted, the aforementioned butting component of the disposable segment may be the guiding element 530, the front end surface of the first shell 100 is provided with a first through hole 110, the proximal end surface of the second shell 400 is provided with a second through hole 410, and the first through hole 110 and the second through hole 410 are adapted, so that the butting portion of the reusable segment and the guiding element 530 of the disposable segment are butted at the two through holes.
Specifically, the proximal end of the guide 530 is provided with a guide portion 531, and the cross-sectional area of the guide portion 531 is gradually increased in the direction of the abutment of the reusable section. In the present embodiment, the guiding portion 531 is matched with the connection nozzle 330, for example, the guiding portion 531 is a wedge-shaped structure matched with the connection nozzle 330, and the guiding portion 531 has two second guiding surfaces inclined axially with respect to the guiding member 530; with this arrangement, during the process of abutting the reusable segment and the disposable segment, the guiding nozzle 330 will contact the guiding portion 531 first, and the two first push rods 310 in the abutting state are guided by the second guiding surface and slide to the positions abutting against the two second push rods 510, so that the two first push rods 310 are separated, and the second push rods 510 can be pushed by the first push rods 310 to move.
In a further technical scheme, the proximal end of the guide part 531 is provided with an arc-shaped third guide surface 5311, when the guide part 531 is in contact with the guide nozzle 330, the arc-shaped third guide surface 5311 firstly abuts against the groove bottom of the guide nozzle 330, and the first guide surface 311 slides relative to the third guide surface 5311, so that the two first push rods 310 are easily separated, and the conditions of large butt resistance and easy clamping caused by slight dislocation in the initial butt joint stage are avoided.
In the embodiment of the present application, the disposable segment further includes a mounting plate 540 disposed in the second housing 400, the mounting plate 540 may provide a mounting base for the guiding element 530 and the two second push rods 510, the guiding element 530 may be fixedly connected to the mounting plate 540, for example, in an integral manner, the two second push rods 510 are slidably disposed on the mounting plate 540, and in particular, the mounting plate 540 is provided with push rod mounting holes penetrating through the mounting plate 540, and the two second push rods 510 are slidably engaged with the push rod mounting holes.
The embodiment of the application also discloses an endoscope, which comprises the endoscope handle.
