s4, when the injection pipe 205 moves, the mounting plate 209 can be driven to move synchronously through the pair of connecting columns 208, and because the cleaning columns 210 on the mounting plate 209 are in contact with the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1, when the cleaning liquid 305 is sprayed on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1, the surfaces of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 can be cleaned through the plurality of cleaning columns 210 which move synchronously, so that dust is prevented from adhering;
s5, when the drying fan 211 runs, the drying fan 211 generates drying gas, the drying gas is sprayed out through the drying pipe 212, and when the drying fan 211 moves synchronously along with the mounting plate 209, the drying gas is used for drying the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 cleaned by the cleaning column 210, so that the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 is prevented from being wet, dust is prevented from being adhered again, and the cleaning effect of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 is greatly improved;
s6, the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 can be cleaned in a reciprocating manner by controlling the driving motor 207 to rotate forwards and backwards, and the cleaning effect of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body 1 is greatly improved;
s7, after the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel body 1 is cleaned, the driving motor 207 controls the screw 202 to rotate until the injection pipe 205 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 307 again, and the control unit turns off the driving motor 207, the drying fan 211 and the liquid pump 302 until the automatic cleaning process of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel body 1 is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A solar photovoltaic panel with a self-cleaning function is characterized by comprising:
the solar photovoltaic panel comprises a solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), wherein a control unit is installed on the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1);
the self-cleaning mechanism (2) is arranged on the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) and is used for cleaning the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) and avoiding dust adhesion;
the self-cleaning mechanism (2) comprises a pair of guide pieces (201), the guide pieces (201) are fixedly connected with the side walls of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), a screw rod (202) is connected in the guide pieces (201) in a rotating mode, a thread block (203) is connected to the screw rod (202) in a threaded mode, a connecting rod (204) is fixedly connected to the thread block (203), an injection pipe (205) is connected between the pair of connecting rods (204), a plurality of uniformly distributed spray heads (206) are connected to the injection pipe (205), one end of the screw rod (202) is connected with a driving motor (207), and the driving motor (207) is electrically connected with the control unit;
and the auxiliary mechanism (3) is fixedly connected to the upper end wall of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) and is used for accommodating the injection pipe (205) and the driving motor (207).

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfaces of the screw rod (202), the thread block (203) and the connecting rod (204) are provided with an anti-corrosion coating, the length of the injection pipe (205) is greater than the width of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), and the guide member (201) is provided with a plurality of drain holes (213).
3. The solar photovoltaic panel with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pair of connecting columns (208) are connected to the spraying pipes (205), and a mounting plate (209) is connected to the other ends of the connecting columns (208).

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mounting plate (209) is disposed in parallel with the injection pipe (205), a plurality of cleaning pillars (210) are uniformly distributed on the mounting plate (209), the cleaning pillars (210) are disposed perpendicular to the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel body (1), and the cleaning pillars (210) are made of rubber.

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 4, wherein a drying fan (211) is installed on the installation plate (209), a drying pipe (212) is connected to an air outlet end of the drying fan (211), and the drying pipe (212) is arranged in parallel with the installation plate (209).

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary mechanism (3) comprises a fixed box (301), a liquid drawing pump (302) is installed in the fixed box (301), a liquid discharge pipe (303) is connected between the liquid drawing pump (302) and the spray pipe (205), and the liquid drawing pump (302) is electrically connected with the control unit.

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 6, wherein a liquid storage tank (304) is disposed at a lower side of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), the liquid storage tank (304) is filled with cleaning liquid (305), and a liquid pumping pipe (306) is connected between the liquid storage tank (304) and the liquid pumping pump (302).
8. The solar photovoltaic panel with self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing box (301) is cut with a receiving cavity (307), and the spraying pipe (205) is disposed in the receiving cavity (307).

The solar photovoltaic panel with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 8, wherein a liquid collection cavity (308) is formed in the fixing box (301), the liquid pump (302) is installed in the liquid collection cavity (308), a groove (309) is formed in the upper side of the fixing box (301), the liquid collection cavity (308) is communicated with the groove (309) through a plurality of lower leakage holes, and a supplement pipe (310) is connected between the liquid collection cavity (308) and the liquid storage tank (304).
10. Use method of the solar photovoltaic panel with self-cleaning function according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, logic language is programmed into the control unit, the logic language comprises working frequencies of a driving motor (207), a drying fan (211) and a liquid pump (302), and self-cleaning of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is achieved by the logic language;
s2, when the driving motor (207) rotates, the driving motor (207) drives the screw rod (202) to rotate, and as the screw rod (202) is in threaded connection with the thread block (203), the thread block (203) slides in the guide piece (201) under the action of threads, and the thread block (203) drives the injection pipe (205) to synchronously move through the connecting rod (204);
s3, when the liquid pump (302) operates, the liquid pump (302) pumps the cleaning liquid (305) in the liquid storage tank (304) through the liquid pumping pipe (306), and conveys the cleaning liquid (305) into the injection pipe (205) through the liquid discharge pipe (303), the cleaning liquid (305) in the injection pipe (205) is injected through a plurality of liquid pumping pipes (306) and is used for wetting the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), and the cleaning liquid (305) can be uniformly sprayed on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) due to the fact that the injection pipe (205) moves on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1);
s4, when the injection pipe (205) moves, the mounting plate (209) can be driven to move synchronously through the pair of connecting columns (208), and because the cleaning columns (210) on the mounting plate (209) are in surface contact with the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), when the cleaning liquid (305) is sprayed on the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1), the surfaces of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) can be cleaned through the plurality of cleaning columns (210) which move synchronously, and dust adhesion is avoided;
s5, when the drying fan (211) runs, the drying fan (211) generates drying gas, the drying gas is sprayed out through the drying pipe (212), and when the drying fan (211) moves synchronously along with the mounting plate (209), the drying gas is used for drying the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) cleaned by the cleaning column (210), so that the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is prevented from being wetted, dust is prevented from being adhered again, and the cleaning effect of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is greatly improved;
s6, the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) can be cleaned in a reciprocating manner by controlling the driving motor (207) to rotate forwards and backwards, so that the cleaning effect of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is greatly improved;
s7, after the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is cleaned, the driving motor (207) controls the screw rod (202) to rotate until the injection pipe (205) is stored in the accommodating cavity (307) again, and the control unit closes the driving motor (207), the drying fan (211) and the liquid pump (302) until the automatic cleaning process of the surface of the solar photovoltaic panel main body (1) is completed.
