Different order numbers in the order data in table 2 can correspond to different order codes in the current hospital, for example, order number 002 corresponds to 800043, and order number 003 corresponds to 821535; different order numbers can also correspond to the same current hospital order code, for example, order numbers 001 and 002 both correspond to 800043.

Before executing the step, a treatment scheme knowledge graph is configured in advance according to a treatment scheme known by a doctor, the treatment scheme knowledge graph is constructed by taking the type of the order as a root node, taking the name of the actual treatment scheme as an intermediate node, coding standard orders as leaf nodes and taking the inclusion relation between adjacent nodes as connection. Wherein, the root node is the upper node of all intermediate nodes and all leaf nodes in the treatment scheme knowledge graph; aiming at any intermediate node, the intermediate node is a superior node of a leaf node connected with the intermediate node; for any leaf node, the leaf node is a root node and the lower nodes of all intermediate nodes corresponding to the root node and the leaf node, or the root node and all intermediate nodes corresponding to the root node and the leaf node are used as the upper nodes of the leaf node.
Each order type can correspond to at least one actual treatment scheme name, namely one root node can be connected with at least one intermediate node; each actual treatment plan name may correspond to at least one standard order code, i.e., one actual treatment plan name may be connected to at least one leaf node.
It should be noted that each node of the treatment plan knowledge graph may include the number of levels where the node is located, a leaf node may further include a standard medical order name corresponding to the standard medical order code, or a leaf node may only include the standard medical order name, which is not limited herein.
In one example, three treatment regimen knowledge maps are shown in fig. 3-5:
(1) In the treatment plan knowledge graph corresponding to the type of medication shown in fig. 3, the medication is a root node; anticoagulant therapy, antihypertensive therapy, hypoglycemic therapy and anti-infection therapy are the names of 4 actual treatment schemes, which are intermediate nodes respectively;
the intermediate node of anticoagulant therapy is respectively connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp001 and the corresponding standard order name aspirin, and is connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp002 and the corresponding standard order name urea.
The middle node of the blood pressure reduction treatment is respectively connected with a leaf node consisting of a standard medical advice code yp003 and a corresponding standard medical advice name diuretic, and is connected with a leaf node consisting of a standard medical advice code yp004 and a corresponding standard medical advice name calcium channel blocker.
The intermediate node for blood sugar reduction treatment is connected with a leaf node consisting of a standard order code yp005 and corresponding standard order name insulin.
The intermediate nodes of anti-infection treatment are respectively connected with the intermediate nodes of the practical treatment scheme named antibacterial treatment and antifungal treatment; the intermediate node of antibacterial treatment is respectively connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp006 and the corresponding standard order name penicillin, and is connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp007 and the corresponding standard order name cephalosporin. The intermediate nodes of antifungal therapy are connected with the leaf nodes consisting of standard order codes yp008 and corresponding standard order names nystatin and the leaf nodes consisting of standard order codes yp009 and corresponding standard order names fluconazole respectively.
(2) As shown in fig. 4, in the treatment plan knowledge graph corresponding to the auxiliary examination type, the auxiliary examination is a root node; the actual treatment plan of the routine examination is named as an intermediate node;
the middle node of the routine examination is respectively connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp010 and the corresponding standard order name blood routine, and is connected with the leaf node consisting of the standard order code yp011 and the corresponding standard order name urine routine.
(3) In the treatment plan knowledge-graph corresponding to the treatment type shown in fig. 5, the treatment is set as a root node; the actual treatment plan of respiratory therapy is named as the intermediate node;
the respiratory therapy intermediate node is respectively connected with the standard medical advice code yp012 and the leaf node formed by the corresponding standard medical advice name high-pressure oxygen supply, and is connected with the standard medical advice code yp013 and the leaf node formed by the corresponding standard medical advice name oxygen therapy.
In the specific implementation of this step, after searching for the standard medical order codes obtained by the standard medical order dictionary, the server searches for target nodes, that is, target leaf nodes, which are matched with the obtained standard medical order codes in the treatment scheme knowledge graph, and all upper nodes of the target leaf nodes, where all the upper nodes include a root node in the treatment scheme knowledge graph and all intermediate nodes between the root node and the target leaf nodes.
For example, if the target leaf node is yp001 in fig. 3, all upper nodes searched for include an intermediate node for anticoagulation treatment and a root node for medication treatment. After the corresponding node is determined, the node information of the corresponding node is obtained, namely the medical advice type in the root node, the actual treatment scheme name in the intermediate node and the standard medical advice code of the target leaf node.
And S250, displaying node information corresponding to the treatment scheme according to the form of the hierarchical tree.
In specific implementation, the server determines the number of the hierarchical trees corresponding to the treatment scheme based on the type of the Chinese medicine advice type of the node information, determines the display sequence of each piece of information in the node information on each hierarchical tree, and sends the display sequence to the terminal, and the terminal displays the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme based on the display sequence.
Wherein, the display sequence may be: and for each hierarchical tree, displaying a corresponding medical order type at the first layer of the hierarchical tree, displaying at least one actual treatment scheme name corresponding to the medical order type at the second layer of the hierarchical tree, and displaying a standard medical order name of a standard medical order code corresponding to the at least one actual treatment scheme name at the third layer of the hierarchical tree. It is understood that only standard order names may be displayed at the third level of the hierarchical tree.
In one example, taking the order type as the medication type, the actual treatment regimen named as anticoagulant therapy, and the standard order codes yp001 and yp002 as examples, as shown in fig. 6, medication is displayed at the first level of the hierarchical tree, anticoagulant therapy is displayed at the second level of the hierarchical tree, and standard order code yp001 and standard order code yp002 are displayed at the third level of the hierarchical tree.
It should be noted that, the hierarchical tree form in the embodiment of the present application may be the hierarchical tree shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, or may be other forms of hierarchical trees, and the present application is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, in order to better understand the actual treatment condition of the patient, the order execution condition (such as the number of times of the order and the execution time) of the patient can also be displayed in the treatment plan, so that the doctor is prevented from separately viewing the order execution condition, and the efficiency of viewing the treatment plan by the doctor is further improved.
If the medical advice type is the auxiliary examination type, grouping the standard medical advice codes, and calculating the number of the same standard medical advice code, namely calculating the number of the same standard medical advice code; and determining the number as the opening times of the same standard order code. Specifically, after determining to be an auxiliary examination type medical advice according to the type of the medical advice; and (3) grouping the standard medical advice codes, namely grouping the same standard medical advice codes into a group, calculating the number of the standard medical advice codes in the group aiming at each group of standard medical advice codes, and taking the number as the opening times of the group of standard medical advice codes.
Because the same standard medical advice code is used for only once for each time of prescribing the medical advice data, the number of the standard medical advice codes can be determined as the prescribing times of the corresponding standard medical advice codes; and then, according to the form of the hierarchical tree, displaying node information corresponding to the treatment scheme, and simultaneously displaying the opening times of corresponding standard medical advice codes.
If the medical advice type is a drug treatment type or a treatment type, acquiring medical advice execution time corresponding to each current hospital medical advice code in medical advice execution data corresponding to the medical advice serial number;
aiming at any current hospital order code, based on the order execution time corresponding to the current hospital order code, the execution days of the standard order code corresponding to the current hospital order code are calculated.
Specifically, the execution time is truncated into a date portion. Grouping the order codes in the current hospital, removing duplication of execution dates in the order code group in the same hospital, calculating the number of dates, generating execution days corresponding to the order codes in the current hospital, converting the order codes in the current hospital into standard order codes, grouping the converted standard order codes again, and accumulating the execution days of the same standard order code to obtain the execution days of each standard order code. And then, according to the form of a hierarchical tree, displaying node information corresponding to the treatment scheme, and simultaneously displaying the number of days for executing the medical orders of the corresponding standard medical order codes.
It can be understood that, if the order types include an auxiliary examination type, and a medication type or a treatment type, the node information corresponding to the treatment plan may be displayed in the form of a hierarchical tree, and at the same time, the order execution days and the number of times of setups coded by the corresponding standard order may be displayed.
In one example, as shown in fig. 7, the treatment protocol includes two more hierarchical trees, with medication being displayed at the first level of the hierarchical tree in the first hierarchical tree, anticoagulation being displayed at the second level of the hierarchical tree, standard order names aspirin corresponding to standard order codes yp001 and heparin corresponding to standard order codes yp002 and corresponding days of medication (i.e., days of order execution) being displayed at the third level of the hierarchical tree. In the second hierarchical tree, the auxiliary examinations are displayed at the first level of the hierarchical tree, the general examinations are displayed at the second level of the hierarchical tree, and the standard order name chest exams corresponding to the standard order codes yp001 and the corresponding examination times (i.e., the opening times) are displayed at the third level of the hierarchical tree.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the doctor to quickly know whether the currently viewed treatment plan can treat the target disease, i.e., to know the treatment effect of the treatment plan, the terminal may display the return visit record of the target patient in response to the received return visit record viewing request of the target patient after the target visit record. Specifically, the terminal can receive a return-diagnosis record viewing request of the target patient after the target visit record is viewed by the doctor and send the return-diagnosis record viewing request to the server, and the server sends the return-diagnosis record of the target patient to the terminal based on the return-diagnosis record viewing request, so that the terminal displays the return-diagnosis record of the target patient.
And determining the treatment effect of the treatment scheme in the target visit record based on the treatment result information of the treatment scheme in the return visit record. The treatment result information may be symptom change information of the target disease, for example, if the treatment result information of a certain disease is that cough symptoms are reduced or expectoration is not performed any more, it indicates that the treatment effect is effective; if the treatment result information of a certain disease is that the fever is still persistent, the treatment effect is invalid.
In some embodiments, the symptoms of the same disease may differ from person to person due to differences in body constitution, which may result in a different treatment regimen for different persons under the same disease, which may lead to the appearance of a new treatment regimen; alternatively, as the living environment of people changes, people may develop new diseases, and thus new treatment schemes or new treatment experiences may also appear. Therefore, in order to allow the doctor to view the entire treatment plan, the treatment plan knowledge map needs to be updated.
Specifically, a new treatment plan is obtained, which may include a target order type, a corresponding actual treatment plan name, and a standard order code;
and if the treatment scheme knowledge graph matched with the target medical order type exists in the stored treatment scheme knowledge graph, updating the matched treatment scheme knowledge graph based on the target medical order type, the corresponding actual treatment scheme name and the standard medical order code in the new treatment scheme.
And if the treatment scheme knowledge graph matched with the target order type does not exist in the stored treatment scheme knowledge graph, creating a treatment scheme knowledge graph corresponding to the target order type based on the target order type in the new treatment scheme, the corresponding actual treatment scheme name and the standard order code.
It can be understood that the method for displaying the treatment plan in the embodiment of the present application may also be applied to the terminal only, and if the method is applied to the terminal only, the terminal needs to store the standard medical order dictionary and the treatment plan knowledge graph to search for the treatment plan to be viewed, and the specific implementation process is not described herein again.
In accordance with the above method, an embodiment of the present application further provides a display device of a treatment plan, as shown in fig. 8, the device includes:
a display unit 810 for displaying at least one visit record of a target patient having a target disease in response to a treatment plan view request for the target patient;
an obtaining unit 820, configured to obtain order data of a treatment plan in the target visit record in response to a selection operation on the target visit record in the at least one visit record, where the order data includes at least one current hospital order code and an order type;
the searching unit 830 is configured to search the stored correspondence between the standard medical order codes and the in-hospital medical order codes in the standard medical order dictionary to obtain the standard medical order codes corresponding to the in-hospital medical order codes; searching a target node matched with each obtained standard medical advice code and all superior nodes of the target node in a stored treatment scheme knowledge graph to obtain node information of corresponding nodes, wherein the node information comprises the medical advice type, at least one actual treatment scheme name and the corresponding standard medical advice code; the treatment scheme knowledge graph is constructed by taking an advice type as a root node, taking an actual treatment scheme name as an intermediate node, coding standard advice as a leaf node and taking an inclusion relationship between adjacent nodes as connection;
the display unit 810 is further configured to display the node information corresponding to the treatment plan in a hierarchical tree form.
The functions of the functional units of the display device of the treatment plan provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented by the method steps described above, and therefore, detailed working processes and beneficial effects of the units in the display device of the treatment plan provided by the embodiment of the present application are not repeated herein.
An electronic device is further provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, and includes a processor 910, a communication interface 920, a memory 930, and a communication bus 940, where the processor 910, the communication interface 920, and the memory 930 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 940.
A memory 930 for storing a computer program;
the processor 910 is configured to implement the following steps when executing the program stored in the memory 930:
in response to a treatment regimen review request for a target patient having a target disease, displaying at least one visit record for the target patient;

and displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme in a hierarchical tree form.
The aforementioned communication bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.

In yet another embodiment provided herein, a computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to execute the method for displaying a treatment plan as described in any of the above embodiments is also provided.
In yet another embodiment provided herein, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of displaying a treatment protocol as described in any of the above embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A method of displaying a treatment plan, the method comprising:
in response to a treatment regimen review request for a target patient having a target disease, displaying at least one visit record for the target patient;
in response to the selection operation of the target visit record in the at least one visit record, acquiring order data of a treatment scheme in the target visit record, wherein the order data comprises at least one current hospital order code and an order type;
searching the corresponding relation between the stored standard medical advice codes and the standard medical advice codes in the zhongzhong of the standard medical advice dictionary to obtain the standard medical advice codes corresponding to the current hospital medical advice codes;
searching a target node matched with each obtained standard medical advice code and all superior nodes of the target node in a stored treatment scheme knowledge graph to obtain node information of corresponding nodes, wherein the node information comprises the medical advice type, at least one actual treatment scheme name and the corresponding standard medical advice code; the treatment scheme knowledge graph is constructed by taking an advice type as a root node, taking an actual treatment scheme name as an intermediate node, coding standard advice as a leaf node and taking an inclusion relationship between adjacent nodes as connection;
displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme in a hierarchical tree form, including:
determining the number of the hierarchical trees corresponding to the treatment scheme based on the type of the Chinese medical advice type of the node information;
for each hierarchical tree, displaying a corresponding medical order type on a first layer of the hierarchical tree, displaying at least one actual treatment scheme name corresponding to the medical order type on a second layer of the hierarchical tree, and displaying a standard medical order name of a standard medical order code corresponding to the at least one actual treatment scheme name on a third layer of the hierarchical tree.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the standard order code corresponding to each current in-hospital order code, the method further comprises:
if the medical advice type is the auxiliary examination type, calculating the number of the same standard medical advice codes in the obtained standard medical advice codes; determining the number of the same standard medical advice code as the opening times of the corresponding standard medical advice code;
displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme in a hierarchical tree form, including:
and displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme and the opening times of the corresponding standard medical advice codes according to a hierarchical tree form.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the order data further comprises an order serial number; before searching all superior nodes of the target node and the target node which are matched with the obtained standard medical advice codes in the stored treatment scheme knowledge graph and obtaining node information of the corresponding node, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the type of the medical advice is a drug treatment type or a treatment type, acquiring medical advice execution time corresponding to medical advice codes in each current hospital in medical advice execution data corresponding to the medical advice serial numbers;
aiming at any current hospital order code, calculating the execution days of a standard order code corresponding to the current hospital order code based on the order execution time corresponding to the current hospital order code;
displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme in a hierarchical tree form, including:
and displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment scheme and the execution days of the corresponding standard medical advice codes according to the form of a hierarchical tree.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the stored standard order dictionary further comprises a hospital order name corresponding to the hospital order code, a standard order name corresponding to the standard order code, and a correspondence of the hospital order name and the standard order name;
wherein the same standard order code corresponds to a different in-hospital order code.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after displaying the node information corresponding to the treatment plan in a hierarchical tree form, the method further comprises:
displaying a return visit record of the target patient in response to the received return visit record viewing request of the target patient after the target visit record;
and determining the treatment effect of the treatment scheme in the target visit record based on the treatment result information of the treatment scheme in the return visit record.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before searching the stored treatment plan knowledge graph for a target node matching each obtained standard order code, all superior nodes of the target node, and obtaining node information of the corresponding node, the method further comprises:
acquiring a new treatment scheme, wherein the new treatment scheme comprises a target order type, a corresponding actual treatment scheme name and a standard order code;
if the treatment scheme knowledge graph matched with the target medical advice type exists in the stored treatment scheme knowledge graph, updating the matched treatment scheme knowledge graph based on the target medical advice type, the corresponding actual treatment scheme name and the standard medical advice code in the new treatment scheme;
and if the treatment scheme knowledge graph matched with the target medical advice type does not exist in the stored treatment scheme knowledge graph, creating a treatment scheme knowledge graph corresponding to the target medical advice type based on the target medical advice type in the new treatment scheme, the corresponding actual treatment scheme name and the standard medical advice code.
7. A device for displaying a treatment plan, the device comprising:
a display unit for displaying at least one visit record of a target patient suffering from a target disease in response to a treatment plan view request for the target patient;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain order data of a treatment plan in the target visit record in response to a selection operation on the target visit record in the at least one visit record, where the order data includes at least one current hospital order code and an order type;
the searching unit is used for searching the corresponding relation between the stored standard medical advice dictionary mediumly medical advice codes and the standard medical advice codes to obtain the standard medical advice codes corresponding to the current hospital medical advice codes;
searching all superior nodes of target nodes and target nodes matched with the obtained standard medical advice codes in a stored treatment scheme knowledge graph to obtain node information of corresponding nodes, wherein the node information comprises the type of the medical advice, at least one actual treatment scheme name and the corresponding standard medical advice codes; the treatment scheme knowledge graph is constructed by taking an advice type as a root node, taking an actual treatment scheme name as an intermediate node, coding standard advice as a leaf node and taking an inclusion relationship between adjacent nodes as connection;
the display unit is further configured to display the node information corresponding to the treatment plan in a hierarchical tree form; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: determining the number of the hierarchical trees corresponding to the treatment scheme based on the type of the Chinese medical advice type of the node information;
and for each hierarchical tree, displaying a corresponding medical order type on a first layer of the hierarchical tree, displaying at least one actual treatment scheme name corresponding to the medical order type on a second layer of the hierarchical tree, and displaying a standard medical order name of a standard medical order code corresponding to the at least one actual treatment scheme name on a third layer of the hierarchical tree.
8. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any of claims 1-6 when executing a program stored on a memory.
