when the ATM background server identifies that the user is the old person according to the information of the user, the card swallowing notification message is sent to the old person end through a 5G message center according to the mobile phone number of the user;
when the old receives an auxiliary card fetching instruction input by the old according to the card swallowing notification message at the 5G message center, the old generates a first verification code, sends the first verification code to a pre-authorized parent end through the 5G message center, and sends feedback information of authorized card handling and fetching to an ATM background server through the 5G message center;
the ATM background server generates a second verification code when receiving the feedback information of authorized card handling, and sends the second verification code to the parent end through the 5G message center;
the parent terminal receives the first verification code and the second verification code;
the ATM terminal of the position information acquires a second verification code which is input by the assistant and received through the parent terminal to carry out parent terminal verification processing when receiving a card taking request of the assistant, acquires a first verification code which is input by the assistant and received through the parent terminal to carry out authorization verification processing when the parent terminal passes the verification, and finishes card taking operation when the authorization verification passes.
2. The card-swallowing processing method based on the 5G message of claim 1, wherein the user's information further includes: account information of the user;
