The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a block assembly according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a bending part of the clamping assembly according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a mounting plate of the engaging assembly of embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, embodiment 1 of the present invention relates to a fastening assembly 100, which includes a housing 1, a first fastening member 2 and a second fastening member 3. The housing 1 includes a main body portion and a mounting through groove 17, a first elastic piece 111, and a second elastic piece 112 formed on the main body portion. The first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 are both slidably arranged in the mounting through groove 17, and the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 can move oppositely when external force is applied. When the first engaging member 2 and the second engaging member 3 lose the external force, the first engaging member 2 can be extended from one end portion of the mounting through groove 17 by the elastic force of the first elastic piece 111. The second engaging member 3 can be extended from the other end portion of the mounting through groove 17 by the elastic force of the second elastic piece 112. The first engaging piece 2 and the second engaging piece 3 are adapted to engage with the wire groove when the first engaging piece 2 protrudes from one end portion of the mounting through groove 17 and the second engaging piece 3 protrudes from the other end portion of the mounting through groove 17. The fastening assembly 100 is optionally connected to the lamp body 200 by a fastener, or alternatively is bonded or fastened to the lamp body 200, preferably, in this embodiment, the fastening assembly is connected to the lamp body by a bolt.
As can be seen from the above-mentioned technical solution, the housing 1 of the fastening assembly 100 of the present embodiment is integrally formed with the first elastic piece 111 and the second elastic piece 112, and the first fastening member 2 and the second fastening member 3 can be driven to protrude from the mounting through slot 17 of the housing 1 through the first elastic piece 111 and the second elastic piece 112, so that the first fastening member and the second fastening member can be fastened with the wire slot. Therefore, when the lamp body is buckled on the wire slot, the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 can move oppositely, so that the lamp body smoothly enters the inner side of the wire slot and is allowed to be buckled with the wire slot, and then the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 can lose the action of external force and move reversely, respectively extend out of two ends of the mounting through slot 17 and are clamped with the wire slot. Compared with the clamping assembly 100 in the prior art, the clamping assembly 100 omits a spring, has a more compact structure, and can overcome the defects that the spring is easy to misplace or fall off from an installation groove due to the installation of the spring. In addition, the locking assembly 100 of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, safe and reliable use and convenient popularization and application.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first engaging member 2 further includes a first pressing portion 21 and a first bending portion 22. The first pressing portion 21 is adapted to be pressed against the first elastic sheet and located at one side of the first elastic sheet, and the first bending portion 22 extends from one side of the first pressing portion 21 toward the first elastic sheet and bends to the other side of the first elastic sheet. The first pressing portion 21 can enable the first engaging member 2 to be partially exposed from the mounting through groove 17 under the pressing force of the first elastic piece, and the first bending portion 22 can prevent the first engaging member 2 from moving continuously when the first elastic piece presses against, so that the first engaging member 2 is prevented from being separated from the first bending portion 22.
The second clamping piece 3 comprises a second pressing portion 31 and a second bending portion 32, the second pressing portion 31 is suitable for being abutted against the second elastic piece and located on one side of the second elastic piece, and the second bending portion 32 extends from one side of the second pressing portion 31 towards the second elastic piece and is bent to the other side of the second elastic piece. The second pressing portion 31 can partially expose the second engaging element 3 from the mounting through groove 17 under the pressing force of the second elastic piece. The second bending part 32 can prevent the second clamping piece 3 from moving continuously when the second elastic piece abuts against, so that the second clamping piece 3 is prevented from falling out of the second bending part 32.
The first catch 2 further comprises a first righting riser 24. The first pressing portion 21 and the first bending portion 22 are both formed on the first righting vertical wall 24. The second engaging member 3 includes a second righting vertical wall 34 in surface contact with the first righting vertical wall 24, and the second pressing portion 31 and the second bending portion 32 are both formed on the second righting vertical wall 34. When the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 move in the mounting through groove 17 in opposite directions or move in opposite directions, the first righting vertical wall 24 and the second righting vertical wall 34 can always abut against each other and prevent the first clamping piece 2 or the second clamping piece 3 from toppling.
The movable end of the first spring piece 111 may be disposed to be inclined directly toward the inside of the mounting through groove 17. Preferably, in the present embodiment, in the direction extending along the direction of the first elastic sheet 111, the first elastic sheet 111 is configured to protrude from the mounting through groove 17 and then extend into the mounting through groove 17, so that fatigue failure of the first elastic sheet 111 can be prevented. The movable end of the second elastic piece 112 may be disposed to be inclined directly toward the inside of the mounting through groove 17, preferably, in this embodiment, the second elastic piece 112 is disposed to protrude from the mounting through groove 17 and then extend into the mounting through groove 17 in the extending direction of the second elastic piece 112, so that fatigue failure of the second elastic piece 112 can be prevented.
The first and second spring plates may alternatively be provided on two opposite side walls of the housing 1, respectively, preferably in this embodiment the first spring plate is formed on the top surface of the body portion. The second elastic piece is formed on the top surface of the main body part. When the first elastic sheet is arranged on the top surface of the shell 1, the first elastic sheet can be arranged longer because the space in the shell 1 along the up-down direction is larger, so that the shell has better elasticity, in addition, the jacking direction of the first elastic sheet can be always in the running track of the first clamping piece 2, and the first elastic sheet is not easy to separate from the first clamping piece 2 or press the first clamping piece 2, so that the shell has better jacking effect. When the second elastic sheet is arranged on the top surface of the shell 1, the second elastic sheet can be arranged longer because the space in the shell 1 along the up-down direction is larger, so that the second elastic sheet has better elasticity, in addition, the jacking direction of the second elastic sheet can be always in the running track of the second clamping piece 3, the second clamping piece 3 is not easy to separate or the second clamping piece 3 is biased, and the better jacking effect is achieved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the housing 1 is adapted to be disposed on the base 201 of the lamp main body 200. The snap assembly 100 further comprises a first pressing handle 4 and a second pressing handle 5. The first pressing handle 4 penetrates through the side wall of the base 201 to be connected with the first clamping piece 2, and the second pressing handle 5 penetrates through the base 201 of the lamp to be connected with the second clamping piece 3. When the lamp body 200 needs to be detached from the wire slot, an operator can pinch the first pressing handle 4 and the second pressing handle 5, so that the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 are retracted into the mounting through slot 17, and the clamping relationship between the first clamping piece 2 and the second clamping piece 3 and the wire slot is released, so that the lamp body 200 is detached from the wire slot.
The first pressing handle and the first clamping piece 2 can be arranged in an integrated mode.
