Examples
Referring to fig. 1-6, the flush tank of the present invention includes a main body 1, a sealing rod 2, a driving structure 3, a cleaning structure 4, and a lever 5. The main body 1 is a hollow box body, and a drain pipe 11 is arranged on the lower surface of the inner wall of the main body 1. A sealing rod 2 is provided in the main body 1, and the sealing rod 2 serves to close the water inlet of the drain pipe 11. The driving structure 3 is arranged in the inner cavity of the main body 1, the driving structure 3 is used for driving the sealing rod 2 to move up and down, and when the sealing rod 2 moves down, the water inlet of the water drainage pipe 11 is closed; when the sealing rod 2 moves upward, the water inlet of the drain pipe 11 is opened. The cleaning structure 4 comprises a cleaning box 41 and a first cover plate 42, wherein a first liquid outlet hole 411 is formed in the lower surface of the cleaning box 41, and the first cover plate 42 is rotatably connected to the lower surface of the cleaning box 41 and used for sealing the first liquid outlet hole 411. The shift lever 5 is fixedly connected to the sealing rod 2, and the shift lever 5 moves up and down synchronously with the sealing rod 2. When the bath water tank is washed by water, the 2 upward movements of drive structure 3 drive sealing rod are in order to open drain pipe 11 and carry out the drainage, when the 2 upward movements of sealing rod, driving lever 5 also upward movement, and then driving lever 5 drives first apron 42 and rotates, first liquid hole 411 is opened after first apron 42 rotates, the washing liquid of saving in washing box 41 flows into to the cavity of the bath water tank, make the washing liquid get into when the bath water tank is washed by water, and then wash more comprehensively to toilet pipe way.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 3 may be one of linear actuators, such as one of a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder or a linear motor, and the sealing rod 2 can be driven to move up and down by the linear actuators to close or open the water discharge pipe 11.
However, because the inside of the flushing water tank is continuously accumulated with water, the inside of the water tank is in a humid environment, and devices such as a hydraulic cylinder and a linear motor which are externally connected with a circuit are not suitable. Meanwhile, if the air cylinder is used, an external air supply device is needed, the cost is high, and the structure is complex.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, a mounting hole 12 is provided at an upper portion of the main body 1, a fulcrum bar 13 is provided in an inner cavity of the main body 1, and two ends of the fulcrum bar 13 are fixedly connected to two wall surfaces opposite to the inner cavity of the main body 1, respectively. The actuation structure 3 comprises a push button 31, a pressure lever 32 and a connecting rod 33. The push button 31 is slidably connected in the mounting hole 12, the pressing rod 32 is arranged below the push button 31, the pressing rod 32 is rotatably connected with the fulcrum bar 13, and the upper surface of one side of the pressing rod 32 abuts against the lower surface of the push button 31. One end of the connecting rod 33 is rotatably connected to the pressure rod 32, and the other end is rotatably connected to the seal rod 2.
As can be seen from fig. 3-5 and 7-8, the fulcrum bar 13 is inserted into the middle of the pressing bar 32. When the button 31 moves downward in the mounting hole 12, the button 31 presses the pressing rod 32 on one side abutting against the button 31 to rotate clockwise, and at this time, the other side of the pressing rod 32 is lifted, so as to drive the connecting rod 33 rotationally connected with the pressing rod 32 to move downward. Since the connecting rod 33 is a rigid rod, the connecting rod 33 moves upward and also drives the sealing rod 2 to move upward.
Referring to fig. 7-8, when the driving lever 5 fixedly connected to the sealing rod 2 moves upward, the first cover plate 42 is driven to rotate counterclockwise, and at this time, the first cover plate 42 no longer seals the first liquid outlet 411, so that the cleaning liquid flows out of the first liquid outlet 411 into the water tank, and the cleaning liquid participates in the flushing of the toilet, so that the cleaning of the toilet pipeline is cleaner.
It will be appreciated that a stop is typically provided in the tank around the sealing rod 2 to ensure that the sealing rod 2 moves vertically. Since this structure is widely used in various types of water tanks, the structure is not shown in the drawings.
After the flush of the flush tank is completed, the sealing rod 2 begins to fall back due to its own weight to close the outlet of the drain pipe 11 again. When the sealing rod 2 moves downwards, the sealing rod 2 pulls the connecting rod 33 to move downwards, so that the pressing rod 32 is driven to rotate anticlockwise around the fulcrum rod 13, and the fulcrum rod 13 drives the key 31 to reset.
At this time, the first cover 42 is in an inclined state as shown in fig. 8, and in order to enable the first cover 42 to automatically reset, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first cover 42 is preferably divided into a left part and a right part by taking the rotating shaft 66 as a boundary, wherein the right part is a first part 421, and the left part is a second part 422. The first portion 421 is far away from the cleaning box 41, and the second portion 422 is located below the cleaning box 41 and used for closing the first liquid outlet 411. And the weight of the first portion 421 is greater than the weight of the second portion 422.
When the shift lever 5 moves downward, the first cover plate 42 is no longer restrained. At this time, under the action of gravity, the first portion 421 of the first cover plate 42 rotates clockwise under the driving of the gravity applied to the first portion 421 because the weight of the first portion 421 is greater than that of the second portion 422, so that the second portion 422 of the first cover plate 42 is attached to the lower surface of the cleaning box 41, and the first liquid outlet hole 411 is closed again.
It will be appreciated that the upper surface of the second portion 422 of the first cover plate 42 is generally provided with a sealing ring to enable the first cover plate 42 to better conform to the lower surface of the cleaning cartridge 41 to prevent the cleaning solution from flowing out when the water is not being flushed.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a spherical protrusion is generally disposed under the key 31 (the key 31 is rotated in fig. 2) to reduce friction between the key 31 and the pressing rod 32.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the pressing rod 32 is generally provided with a sliding groove matched with the spherical protrusion, so that the pressing rod 32 can rotate stably.
In combination with fig. 2-3, preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the addition of the cleaning solution, a cleaning box cover 412 rotatably connected to the main body 1 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first cleaning box 41 on the upper surface of the main body 1. As illustrated, the cleaning cartridge 41 cover is opened when the cleaning liquid needs to be added, so that the cleaning liquid addition is convenient.
Although the cleaning liquid enters the drain pipe 11 to clean the toilet when flushing, because the cleaning liquid directly enters the chamber of the flush water tank, after the flush water tank is flushed, part of the cleaning liquid may still remain in the tank and corrode other parts in the tank.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the cleaning liquid from directly entering the flush water tank and entering the toilet bowl when the flush water tank is flushed, the flush water tank further includes a blocking structure 6, and the blocking structure 6 is used for separating the cleaning liquid falling in the cleaning box 41 from the inner cavity of the main body 1.
The blocking structure 6 comprises a separation cylinder 61, the separation cylinder 61 is a straight cylinder with an upper opening, the opening of the separation cylinder 61 is positioned right below the first liquid outlet 411, and when the cleaning liquid in the cleaning box 41 falls down, the cleaning liquid directly enters the separation cylinder 61 and is separated from the main body 1. In order to enable the cleaning liquid in the isolation cylinder 61 to flow out, a second liquid outlet hole 611 is arranged at the lower part of the isolation cylinder 61, the second liquid outlet hole 611 is communicated with the drain pipe 11, and the communication position of the second liquid outlet hole 611 and the drain pipe 11 is positioned below the sealing rod 2, so that the cleaning liquid is directly discharged from the drain pipe 11 and does not enter the inner cavity of the main body 1.
It can be understood that, even if the water in the main body 1 overflows into the isolation cylinder 61, since the second liquid outlet hole 611 is directly communicated with the drain pipe 11, the cleaning liquid does not enter into the main body 1 and corrode other parts.
The cleaning liquid is a generally viscous liquid, and cannot be diluted uniformly after the water flow which directly enters the isolation cylinder 61 and then is discharged through the drain pipe 11 and flows down along the drain pipe 11 in the main body 1 impacts as described above, i.e. the cleaning effect of the toilet when the cleaning liquid is flushed is not ideal.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the cleaning solution diluted uniformly in the isolation cylinder 61, the blocking structure 6 further includes a second cover plate 62 and a string 63. The middle part of the isolation cylinder 61 is provided with a water inlet pipe 612, and the water inlet pipe 612 is used for guiding the water in the main body 1 into the inner cavity of the isolation cylinder 61. The second cover plate 62 is rotatably connected to the isolation cylinder 61, and the second cover plate 62 is used to close the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612. One end of the rope 63 is fixedly connected with the second cover plate 62, the other end of the rope 63 is fixedly connected with the sealing rod 2, and the sealing rod 2 moves upwards to drive the rope 63 to move upwards so as to pull the second cover plate 62 to rotate and open the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612.
It is understood that the diameters of the first outlet 411 and the inlet 612 at the washing box 41 are determined according to the cleaning test effect or actual requirement.
As can be seen from fig. 3 to 5, when the sealing rod 2 closes the outlet of the drainage pipe 11, the second cover plate 62 closes the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, and when the sealing rod 2 moves downward, the second cover plate 62 rotates to open the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, so that the water in the main body 1 enters the isolation cylinder 61 and impacts the cleaning liquid in the isolation cylinder 61, and the cleaning liquid is uniformly mixed.
When the sealing rod 2 moves upwards, the driving rope 63 drives the second cover plate 62 to rotate so as to open the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, and when the sealing rod 2 moves downwards, the second cover plate 62 rotates under the action of self gravity and resets to the initial position.
It will be appreciated that the second cover plate 62 has a center of gravity located on a first side of the axis of rotation 66 of the second cover plate 62 prior to rotation, and that the second cover plate 62 has a center of gravity located on the first side of the axis of rotation 66 of the second cover plate 62 after rotation, so that the second cover plate 62 can be repositioned by its own weight.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the second cover plate 62 to better seal the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, the second cover plate 62 is provided with a first magnetic stripe, the water inlet pipe 612 is provided with a second magnetic stripe, and when the second cover plate 62 seals the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, the first magnetic stripe is adsorbed on the second magnetic stripe. First magnetic stripe and second magnetic stripe not only make sealed effect better when adsorbing each other with the second magnetic stripe, have still guaranteed second apron 62 and have located accurate position and avoided second apron 62 not to shelter from the entry of inlet tube 612 completely.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the cleaning liquid in the isolation cylinder 61 to be mixed more uniformly, the blocking structure 6 further includes an impeller 64 and a stirring rod 65. The impeller 64 and the stirring rod 65 are both rotatably connected to the inner cavity of the isolation cylinder 61, the impeller 64 is arranged below the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 612, the stirring rod 65 is arranged below the impeller 64, the impeller 64 and the stirring rod 65 are fixedly connected to the same rotating shaft 66, and the rotating shaft 66 is rotatably connected with the isolation cylinder 61.
With reference to fig. 4-5 and fig. 9, when the water flow at the water inlet pipe 612 rushes into the isolation cylinder 61, under the impact of the water flow, the impeller 64 fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 66 starts to rotate, and further drives the stirring rod 65 fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 66 to rotate, at this time, the fluid in the isolation cylinder 61 is fully stirred by the stirring rod 65, so that the cleaning solution and the water are fully mixed.
It can be understood that, in order to make the liquid level in the isolation cylinder 61 higher than the height of the stirring rod 65, the water inlet amount is larger than the liquid outlet amount of the second liquid outlet hole 611, so that the water flow can be accumulated in the isolation cylinder 61, and the cleaning liquid and the water flow are sufficiently stirred by the stirring rod 65, so that the cleaning effect of the toilet bowl is better.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the mixed cleaning solution in the isolation cylinder 61 to sufficiently flow into the drain pipe 11, the bottom surface of the isolation cylinder 61 is disposed obliquely, and the second liquid outlet hole 611 is disposed at a lower side of the inclined surface, so that the mixed solution in the isolation cylinder 61 is discharged from the drain pipe 11 along the inclined surface under the action of its own gravity, and completely enters the toilet without accumulation.
Similarly, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning cartridge 41 can sufficiently flow into the isolation cylinder 61 without remaining in the cleaning cartridge 41. Wash box 41 inner wall bottom surface slope setting to first play liquid hole 411 sets up in the lower one side of inclined plane, and the washing liquid is because the effect of gravity, assembles and makes the washing liquid can flow out fully towards the lower side of inclined plane.
When key 31 drive sealing rod 2 upward movement, sealing rod 2 drives fixed connection in sealing rod 2's driving lever 5 and rope 63 upward movement simultaneously, driving lever 5 drives first apron 42 and rotates this moment, the washing liquid is along putting under first play liquid hole 411 in the isolation cylinder 61, rope 63 drives second apron 62 and rotates, rivers wash into to the isolation cylinder 61 in from inlet tube 612, when the washing liquid is diluted in the water impact, rivers drive impeller 64 and rotate and drive the (mixing) shaft and rotate and make washing liquid and rivers mix more evenly. The upward action of the sealing rod 2 simultaneously enables the cleaning liquid and the water flow to enter the isolation cylinder 61, so that the cleaning effect of the closestool is better while the cleaning liquid is prevented from corroding parts in the main body 1.
When the sealing rod 2 falls along with gravity, the shifting rod 5 still has restraint on the first cover plate 42, the first cover plate 42 is slowly reset along with the falling of the shifting rod 5, the rope 63 still has restraint on the second cover plate 62, and the second cover plate 62 is slowly reset along with the falling of the rope 63.
When the first cover plate 42 and the second cover plate 62 are reset, because the water inlet pipe 612 is arranged in the middle of the isolation cylinder 61, after the liquid level in the main body 1 drops to the inlet of the water inlet pipe 612, the water inlet pipe 612 stops water inlet, and at this time, because the water outlet pipe 11 still outputs water, namely, the sealing rod 2 is still located above the water outlet pipe 11, at this time, the deflector rod 5 still abuts against the first cover plate 42, and the cleaning liquid continues to drop into the isolation cylinder 61.
Since the first liquid outlet 411 is disposed above the isolation cylinder 61, the water inlet pipe 612 is disposed in the middle of the isolation cylinder 61, and the flowing speed of the cleaning liquid is slow, the water flow enters the isolation cylinder 61 earlier than the cleaning liquid.
During the first washing, the water flow firstly enters the isolation cylinder 61, when the liquid level above the water inlet pipe 612 drops by a part, the cleaning liquid enters the isolation cylinder 61, and because the water flow of the mixed cleaning liquid is insufficient, the cleaning liquid entering the water outlet pipe 11 is less.
The cleaning liquid which continuously falls after the water inlet pipe 612 stops feeding water is gathered in the isolation cylinder 61, such as being attached to the stirring rod 65 and the impeller 64, and during subsequent flushing, because the cleaning liquid still exists in the isolation cylinder 61, the water flow entering the water inlet pipe 612 impacts the cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning liquid is available for cleaning the toilet at the initial stage of the flushing process, and the cleaning effect is ensured.
It will be appreciated that in order to allow sufficient water in the flush tank to flow into the drain pipe 11, the lowering speed of the sealing rod 2 needs to be delayed, and a float 21 is generally provided at the center of the sealing rod 2 so that the sealing rod 2 falls at a slower speed. Buoy 21 is a common means in the art and will not be described in further detail herein.
The invention also discloses a closestool which comprises the flushing water tank and a closestool main body 1, wherein the drain pipe 11 is communicated with the closestool main body 1 to clean the closestool. The toilet has all the advantages of a flush tank.
It should be understood that equivalents and modifications of the technical solution and inventive concept thereof may occur to those skilled in the art, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
