Description

Flushing device for low water tank toilet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bathroom, in particular to a flushing device of a low-water-tank closestool.
Background
Low tank toilets typically locate the tank at the rear of the toilet slightly below the seat of the toilet. When the water tank is sunk to the bottom of the water tank below the upper edge of the brush ring, the flushing of the pan surface of the toilet can not be realized obviously by adopting a traditional gravity drainage mode. The solution of the prior art is to adopt a brush ring injector with a negative pressure principle, suck the water of a water tank to a brush ring with higher level by means of the water inlet pressure of tap water and then flow the water into a pan surface, thereby realizing the flushing of the pan surface.
In the prior art, the patent application with the Chinese publication number of CN103104014A discloses a lip face water supply conversion device of a low-water tank toilet bowl, which is realized by adopting a brush ring ejector based on a negative pressure principle, and the device is characterized in that a cleaning water supply pipe (namely the brush ring ejector), a water supply conversion part, a water level regulating part, a floating ball, a floater, a pipe body and the like are arranged, so that flushing water from a water inlet valve is led to the lip part (namely the brush ring) of the toilet bowl during the water tank drainage process to flush the pan face of the toilet bowl, thereby overcoming the defect that the low-water tank toilet bowl in the prior art cannot meet the flushing requirement of the pan face of the toilet bowl. However, the technical solution disclosed in this patent application has the following drawbacks: when the water inlet valve is used for feeding water, suction force is provided for water in the pipe body, and the water in the pipe body is directly pumped to the closestool, so that when the water inlet valve is used, the water level in the pipe body is slightly influenced by the water level of the water tank, and is greatly influenced by the suction force of the water inlet valve, and the floats in the pipe body are used for sensing the water level in the pipe body to realize up-and-down floating without directly sensing the water level of the water tank. Therefore, the change of the water inlet pressure of the water inlet valve and the fluctuation of the suction capacity directly influence the height of the water level in the pipe body, and further influence the switching of the opening and closing of the water supply switching part, namely, when the water supply switching device is used together with the same group of water inlet valve and water outlet valve in different working pressures, the water supply quantity of the cleaning water supply pipe is different, when the pot surface is cleaned, the water supply quantity of the cleaning water supply pipe is easily caused to be insufficient, the flushing effect is poor, and when the water supply quantity is large, the waste of water resources is caused, so that the switching of the water supply switching device is not stable enough and is greatly influenced by the water inlet pressure. In addition, the technical scheme has the defects of more parts, complex structure and the like.

When the pull-up member 122 of the present invention is pulled up, as shown in fig. 13 to 14, the flap 134 is rotated to open the drain port 111 of the drain valve 1, the drain valve 1 is in an open state, and water in the tank flows out from the drain port 111; meanwhile, the limiting piece 233 also rotates along with the flap 134, the limiting piece 233 presses the pressed part 2341 of the driving rod 234 to enable the switching floater 232 to be located at a high position continuously, and the switching baffle 231 is limited to keep the waterway of the brush ring tube 21 open; after the lifting piece 122 is lifted, the flap 134 does not fall down to block the water outlet 111 due to buoyancy, and the limiting piece 233 connected to the flap 134 continues to press the driving rod 234, so that the limiting piece 233 continues to be in a state of pressing the pressed portion 2341 of the driving rod 234, and the switching baffle 231 is still limited to keep the water path of the brush ring tube 21 open; when the water inlet valve 3 is used for water inlet, the water flow of the water inlet valve 3 directly flows into the jet pipe 22, the water flow of the jet pipe 22 is accelerated by the nozzle 221 to form high-speed water flow which is sprayed to the drainage port 210 of the brush ring pipe 21, and the high-speed water flow enables the brush ring pipe 21 to generate negative pressure so as to pump water of a water tank into the brush ring pipe 21 to increase the flow of the brush ring pipe 21, so that the pan surface of the toilet bowl is better flushed;
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, as the water in the water tank continuously flows out of the water outlet 111 and the brush ring injector, the water level of the water tank continuously drops, and when the water level in the water tank drops to a certain water level line, the flap 134 drops to close the water outlet 111 of the drain valve 1; meanwhile, the limiting piece 233 does not press the driving rod 234 any more, the switching baffle 231 is not limited any more, and the switching floater 232 gradually drives the switching baffle 231 to close the waterway of the brush ring pipe 21 along with the falling of the water level of the water tank, so that water flow from the injection pipe 22 does not enter the brush ring pipe 21 any more, but flows into the water tank to store water after impacting the switching baffle 231, and the water tank is in a water storage state;
After the water storage is finished, the water inlet valve 3 is closed, the water stop baffle 21 is not impacted any more, the switching floater 232 returns to the high position due to buoyancy so as to drive the switching baffle 231 to open the waterway of the brush ring pipe 21, and the invention is restored to the initial state.
As can be seen from the above two embodiments, the water path opening and closing of the brush ring pipe 21 of the present invention is controlled by the switching damper 231, the switching damper 231 is controlled by the switching float 232 and the water stop assembly 13, and the switching float 232 and the water stop assembly 13 are controlled by the water level in the water tank, so that the water path opening and closing of the brush ring pipe 21 of the present invention is actually controlled by the water level in the water tank, and the water inlet pressure of the water inlet valve 3 is small, and thus the water path opening and closing of the brush ring pipe 21 of the present invention is more stable.
The above examples and drawings are not intended to limit the form or form of the present invention, and any suitable variations or modifications thereof by those skilled in the art should be construed as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
