Abstract
The invention provides a TPE modified material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer; 30-60 parts of polypropylene; erucamide 0.05-0.25 part. The TPE modified material provided by the invention has simple formula components, improves the hardness and strength of the TPE material, effectively increases the resistance to deformation of the material under the action of external force, solves the quality problem that a medical infusion joint disinfection cap product falls off under the action of lateral force by using the TPE sealing ring produced by the TPE modified material, improves the adaptability of the medical infusion joint disinfection cap product to positive pressure joints with different specifications on the market, and makes an important contribution to the effectiveness of clinical disinfection effect.

step three, putting the material in the step two into an injection molding machine, performing injection molding, cooling and demolding to prepare a TPE modified sample;
step four, performing performance analysis on the TPE modified sample in the step three, wherein the result is shown in Table 2;
putting the TPE modified material in the step two into an injection molding machine, storing, injecting, cooling, molding and demolding to prepare a TPE sealing ring;

s1) adding SEBS and polypropylene into a high-speed mixer, mixing for 10-15 min, adding erucamide, and mixing for 5-10 min until the materials are uniformly mixed;
