As an example, a water squeezing mechanism is arranged at the top of the sponge layer, the water squeezing mechanism includes a connecting rod 405 and a water squeezing plate 404 arranged along the length direction of the sponge roller 4023, the bottom of the water squeezing plate 404 is arc-shaped and tangent to the sponge roller 4023, the connecting rod 405 is arranged at the top of the water squeezing plate 404, extends towards one side of the control cabinet 800, and is connected with a telescopic driving assembly inside the control cabinet 800, the telescopic driving assembly includes an electric telescopic rod 806, and the electric telescopic rod 806 is connected with the controller 805.
It should be noted that the sponge roller 4023 absorbs hydrogen peroxide on the packaging film and then expands after a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide remains, and the water absorption after expansion is reduced, so that the sponge roller 4023 squeezes water through the water squeezing plate 404 arranged above, the water absorption of the sponge roller 4023 is always maintained, specifically, the water squeezing plate 404 with the arc-shaped bottom is tangent to the sponge roller 4023, when the sponge roller 4023 absorbs water and rotates to the water squeezing plate 404, the absorbed hydrogen peroxide is squeezed out by the squeezing of the water squeezing plate 404, and the height of the water squeezing plate 404 can be adjusted according to actual conditions through the electric telescopic rod 806, so that the squeezing pressure degree is adjusted.
Further, a water receiving tank 403 is arranged below the water wiping mechanism 400, and the water receiving tank 403 is used for receiving hydrogen peroxide extruded from the sponge roller 4023.
In one embodiment of this embodiment, the control assembly further includes a driving motor 802, one end of the seven water scraping rollers 402 is provided with a transmission gear, the transmission gears are driven to rotate by a transmission chain wheel 803, the transmission chain wheel 803 is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 802, and the driving motor 802 is connected with a controller 805. Specifically, the controller 805 controls the driving motor 802 to operate, and the driving motor 802 drives the driving sprocket 803 to drive the driving gear to rotate, so as to simultaneously drive the seven water scraping rollers 402 to rotate for scraping water.
In one embodiment of this embodiment, the control assembly includes a pre-discharge machine 801, the pre-discharge machine 801 drives the first film guide roller 301, the second film guide roller 401, the third film guide roller 501, the drop roller on the drop-in groove roller support 600, and the squeeze roller on the squeeze roller support 700 to rotate through transmission members, and the pre-discharge machine 801 is connected to a controller 805, and the controller 805 controls the pre-discharge machine to operate.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, the control assembly further includes a power source 804, and the power source 804 is respectively connected to the pre-discharge machine 801, the driving motor 802 and the controller 805 for supplying power to the structures.

An aseptic processing device of a packaging film is characterized by comprising an aseptic processing chamber, wherein the side wall of the aseptic processing chamber is provided with an aseptic air inlet and an aseptic air outlet, the aperture of the sterile air outlet is smaller than that of the sterile air inlet, a hydrogen peroxide tank, a water scraping mechanism and a drying mechanism are sequentially arranged in the sterile processing chamber from one side to the other side, three first film guide rollers are arranged in the hydrogen peroxide tank, a tank-entering falling roller bracket is arranged at the top of the hydrogen peroxide tank, the water scraping mechanism comprises six second film guide rollers which are arranged in a vertically staggered manner, the drying mechanism comprises eight third film guide rollers which are arranged in a vertically staggered manner, a film pressing roller support is arranged behind the conveying of the drying mechanism, and a packaging film is connected with the film pressing roller support along the groove entering drop roller support, the first film guide roller, the second film guide roller and the third film guide roller in sequence;
the water wiping mechanism further comprises a water wiping component, the water wiping component comprises seven water wiping rollers, and the seven water wiping rollers are respectively arranged among the six film guide rollers in parallel and are tangent to the packaging film;
the drying mechanism also comprises a drying assembly, the drying assembly comprises hot air holes which are formed in two opposite sides of the sterile treatment chamber, and sterile hot air is blown out of the hot air holes;
the device comprises a sterile processing chamber, and is characterized in that a control cabinet is arranged outside the sterile processing chamber, a control assembly is arranged in the control cabinet, and the control assembly is respectively used for controlling the operation of each mechanism in the sterile processing chamber.

The apparatus for sterile processing of a packaging film according to claim 1, wherein the seven wiper rollers include two brush rollers, three elastic rubber rollers and two sponge rollers in this order, the outer sides of the brush rollers are provided with dense bristles, the outer sides of the elastic rubber rollers are covered with an elastic rubber layer, and the outer sides of the sponge rollers are covered with a sponge layer.

The sterile processing device for the packaging film according to claim 2, wherein a wringing mechanism is arranged at the top of each of the two sponge layers, the wringing mechanism comprises a connecting rod and a wringing plate arranged along the length direction of the sponge roller, the bottom of the wringing plate is arc-shaped and tangent to the sponge roller, and the connecting rod is arranged at the top of the wringing plate, extends towards one side of the control cabinet and is connected with a telescopic driving component inside the control cabinet.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the drying assembly further comprises a plurality of UV lamps disposed on opposite sides of the sterile processing chamber, the plurality of UV lamps being spaced apart from each other on opposite sides of an inner sidewall of the sterile processing chamber.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the side wall of the sterile processing chamber has a double-layer structure, and a sterile hot air channel is formed in the side wall and is communicated with the sterile hot air hole, and the sterile hot air channel is communicated with an external sterile hot air generating device.

The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the control assembly comprises a pre-discharge machine, and the pre-discharge machine drives the first film guide roller, the second film guide roller, the third film guide roller, the drop roller on the drop-in groove roller support and the squeeze roller on the squeeze roller support to rotate through transmission members.
7. The apparatus for sterile processing of packaging film according to claim 6, wherein the control assembly further comprises a driving motor, one end of each of the seven water scraping rollers is provided with a transmission gear, a plurality of the transmission gears are driven to rotate by a transmission chain wheel, and the transmission chain wheel is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor.

The apparatus for sterile processing of packaging film of claim 7, wherein the control assembly further comprises a controller and a power source, the power source being connected to the pre-discharge machine, the drive motor and the controller, respectively, the controller being connected to the pre-discharge machine, the drive motor and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, respectively.
9. The apparatus for sterile processing of packaging film of claim 8, wherein the telescopic drive assembly comprises an electrically powered telescopic rod, the electrically powered telescopic rod being connected to the controller.
10. An apparatus for aseptic processing of packaging film as defined in claim 1, wherein a water receiving tank is provided below said water scraping mechanism.
