before feeding in the morning, randomly selecting 10 sheep (or 10 cattle or 10 camels) as a test animal group, extending the oral immune 'spicy strips' of the embodiment 1-3 to the front of the mouth of the corresponding test animal group for about 5cm, and calculating the number of animals in the to-be-tested animal group which is actively fed; repeating the three times of examination, wherein the number of the animals to be detected in each group actively feed is not less than 8; the oral immune spicy strips obtained in the embodiments 1-3 have good palatability, so that animals can realize active feeding; if the number of the healthy sheep (or cattle or camel) is less than 8, randomly selecting 10 (or heads) again to test, and if the number of the healthy sheep (or cattle or camel) is not less than 8 (or heads), judging that the palatability is in accordance with the specification, if the number of the healthy sheep (or cattle or camel) is still less than 8 (or heads), judging that the palatability is not in accordance with the specification;
test example 4 oral immunoprotective potential test
The oral immunization of the live vaccine of brucellosis obtained in example 1, example 2 and example 3 is used for carrying out the experiment of the spicy strip;
firstly, checking that the external package of the oral immunization spicy strip of the brucellosis live vaccine is not damaged, the internal package of the oral immunization spicy strip is free from foreign matters, the length of the oral immunization spicy strip accords with the designed length, and the external wrapping layer covers the whole spicy strip;
diluting the live Brucella vaccine into 1 part/0.5 ml by using phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 7.2, 0.02mol/l) containing 0.01% phenol red, injecting the diluted live Brucella vaccine into the middle part of a spicy strip from one end of the spicy strip by using a sterile injector, placing the spicy strip at room temperature (25 +/-2 ℃) for 2 hours, cutting the middle part of the spicy strip, taking out the red dyed part, adding the red dyed part into 1ml PBS to be fully and uniformly smashed, counting live bacteria, taking live bacteria counting of each part of live bacteria counting of the live Brucella vaccine as a control, and testing that the live bacteria count in the spicy strip is not less than 90% of the live bacteria count in a control sample; the oral administration immunity hot strip of the brucellosis live vaccine obtained in the embodiment can be used for ensuring the effectiveness of the brucellosis live vaccine injected into the oral administration immunity hot strip, so that the immunity effectiveness is not reduced, and the oral administration immunity requirement of animals is met;
test example 5 test for protective ability of drug administration
The oral immune "spicy strip" obtained in example 1, example 2 and example 3 was used for the administration protection ability test;
firstly, checking that the external package of the spicy strips is not damaged and the internal package of the spicy strips is free from foreign matters, wherein the length of the spicy strips conforms to the designed length, and the external wrapping layer covers the whole spicy strips;
diluting levamisole hydrochloride for expelling parasites for cattle into 1 part/ml by using normal saline containing 0.01 percent of phenol red, injecting the levamisole hydrochloride into the middle part of a spicy strip from one end of the spicy strip by using a sterile injector, placing the spicy strip at room temperature (25 +/-2 ℃) for 2 hours, cutting the middle part of the spicy strip, taking out a part impregnated by a medicament, adding the part into the normal saline, fully and uniformly mashing the mixture, carrying out medicament detection, and detecting that the total amount of levamisole hydrochloride in the spicy strip has no obvious change and the effective medicament content is higher than 90 percent of that in an original medicament preparation; the 'spicy strips' obtained in the embodiment can effectively protect the levamisole hydrochloride injected into the spicy strips, so that the drug effect is not reduced, and the treatment and administration requirements of animals are met.
Application examples 6,
The sheep were immunized orally with live vaccine of brucellosis (S2 strain) using the oral immunization "peppers" obtained in example 1:
diluting the brucellosis live vaccine (S2 strain) to 1.2 parts per 0.5ml by using normal saline; the possible loss or injection error is considered, and the immune dose of each sheep is ensured to reach 1 head;
sucking the diluted live vaccine of the brucellosis of the sheep by using an injector, directly penetrating through an outer package, pricking into the middle part of the spicy strip from the central position of one end of the spicy strip, and injecting 0.5ml of vaccine into the spicy strip, so that the preparation of all the spicy strips is completed repeatedly according to the number of sheep to be immunized;
opening the packaging bags of the spicy strips containing the vaccines one by one, feeding the spicy strips to the sheep to be stocked (to be fed) one by one, and ensuring that the vaccine oral immunization of each sheep is completed.
Through practical use, when the oral immune spicy strips of the example 1 are adopted to carry out oral immune on sheep; the operator only needs to stretch the opened oral immune spicy strips which are injected with the vaccine to the position near the mouth of the sheep, and the sheep actively takes food to complete the immune work; the feeding time of each sheep is less than 0.5 minute, and the time and the labor of operators are saved.
Comparative examples 7,
Dividing the cattle into 2 groups, each group having 10 heads; one group of cattle is subjected to brucellosis live vaccine oral immunization by adopting the oral immunization 'spicy strips' of the embodiment 2 by adopting the operation of the application example 6; the other group adopts the prior conventional method to carry out artificial drenching immunization of the live vaccine of the brucellosis;
the oral immune spicy strips in the embodiment 2 are adopted to carry out the oral immune cattle group, the cattle are fed actively one by one quietly and orderly, and the whole immune operation is completed by one operator in 5 minutes;
manually drenching the immunized cattle group by a conventional method, wherein 2 cattle are subjected to baoding, and 1 cattle are drenched; cattle have obvious struggle and howl; the whole immunization operation of the whole group of 10 cattle is completed by 3 persons within 30 minutes; wherein, the cattle hurt the cattle, and the liquid medicine leaks in the process of filling.
The comparative example description and analysis shows that compared with the conventional drenching immunization, the oral immunization 'spicy strip' of the embodiment 2 is adopted to carry out immunization operation on the cattle, and the animal immunization mode is changed from forced animal retention and forced drenching into the active animal feeding, so that the stress reaction of the animals is reduced, the safety of the breeders is improved, the immunization operation period is shortened, the immunization operation personnel are reduced, and the labor intensity of the operators is greatly reduced;
the oral immune 'spicy strip' obtained by other embodiments of the invention has similar beneficial effects as above;
oral immunization or administration of "peppers" according to other embodiments of the present invention have similar beneficial effects as described above.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
