Abstract
本发明提供了一种川芎精油护肤品及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。本发明川芎精油护肤品是由如下重量百分比的原辅料制备而成:川芎挥发油0.1‑0.5%、荷荷巴油1‑5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1‑3%,硬脂酸1‑3%,液体石蜡5‑60%,白凡士林1‑5%,氢氧化钙0.01‑0.6%,蜂蜡3‑10%,尼泊金甲酯0.1‑0.4%,丁二醇2‑10%,黄原胶0.1‑0.5%,橙花醇0.1‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明川芎精油护肤品安全无毒副作用,保湿效果良好,补水能力强,将精油与护肤品的优点结合,解决精油的应用难题,充分发挥精油的护肤和渗透作用,制成可长期养肤的川芎精华护肤品,使用方便,安全有效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种川芎精油护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,社会经济水平不断提高,人们对于美的追求越来越强烈,此外,高速的现代化社会生活压力下,长期不规律的作息、不健康的饮食、紫外线辐射增强以及电脑手机的辐射不断威胁人们的皮肤健康。因此,护肤品已经成为了一类基础消耗品。护肤品,即保护皮肤的产品,其功效主要是对皮肤进行有效的补水及锁水、阻挡空气中的有害物质、修复肌肤细纹、深层活化肌肤等。目前,化学类护肤品占据主流市场,但这些化学类护肤品掺杂太多化学成分,易产生激素脸、过敏脸,甚至重金属沉淀,长久使用容易毁坏肌肤表层角质与底层细胞。比如在市面上流行的护肤品中,美白类和激素类成分能够显著改善皮肤状态,但是一旦停用此类产品,皮肤状态就会崩溃,反而出现各种皮肤问题,适得其反。此外,研究表明,皮肤表面存在着厚厚的角质层,作为一类重要的生物屏障,它在保护人体内环境的同时也阻挡了许多养护类物质的吸收,导致虽然用了诸多营养皮肤的产品,但是效果甚微。并且,不能吸收的营养成分还会给皮肤造成负担。皮肤表面化妆品营养成分过剩,正是造成“皮肤氧化”的重要原因之一,会使皮肤出现过早老化,代谢功能退化,皮肤变得干燥、敏感、皱纹、色斑、暗疮等。而且,大量不被吸收的营养物质会被皮肤表面的细菌所利用,成为寄生细菌生长繁殖的温床,进而导致皮肤感染。
目前,天然、健康护肤产品成为拓宽市场的武器。一种成分天然、对皮肤刺激小、美容养颜功效好、易吸收、不易在皮肤表面堆积的护肤品有巨大的市场应用前景。以中医药理论为基础的中药护肤品,具有明显的美容养颜功效,将中药有效成分加入化妆品中,借助中药经皮释放的缓慢释药特性,基于中药自然环保、安全有效的特性,避免护肤品中大量功能性化学成分的使用,提高化妆品的安全性,是中药化妆品的魅力所在。中国本土“相宜本草”和“佰草集”品牌的成功案例与它的中草药健康护肤的理念有着极大的联系。通过提取植物精华,日积月累的达到护肤效果,不追求速度,而是追求长期的真实自然的效果。
精油是从植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中提取的挥发油,这种活性成分常添加于护肤品中,具有美白、保湿、抗衰老等皮肤护理作用。精油有无香精、不含化学色素、不含防腐剂、不含矿物油脂、无引起过敏的化学成分、不良化学成分等特点,同时具有快速渗透,高速挥发等优势。中药精油从具有功效的中药中提取挥发油,具有透皮促渗效果好,安全性高,药效协同三大优势,顺应现今流行的精油护肤理念的同时,赋予了护肤品一定的功能性。
川芎是一种常见的中药,始载于《神农本草经》,为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticumchuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎,其性温味辛,善走窜,可上行头目,下调经水,中开郁结,为血中气药,有活血行气、祛风止痛、行气开郁之功效,川芎主要化学成分为挥发油、生物碱、阿魏酸等。其中,川芎挥发油被认为是川芎药效的重要物质基础,能够改善血液微循环、抗炎、抗菌、减少黑色素的形成等,可从多个角度改善皮肤状态。
但是精油直接作为护肤品使用时也有它的弊端:1.使用感受不如护肤品,精油是油脂质地,在使用时会有油腻感。2.使用不如护肤品方便,精油在使用时需要通常需要搭配按摩,并且需要清洗。3.精油具有极高的纯度,直接接触皮肤还是会有一定的刺激性,使用不便。选择合适辅料将挥发油制备成护肤品,既有效,又安全,对皮肤刺激小,成为化妆品领域研究的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种川芎精油护肤品及其制备方法。
本发明提供了一种川芎精油护肤品组合物,它是由如下重量百分比的原辅料制备而成:川芎挥发油0.1-0.5%、荷荷巴油1-5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3%,硬脂酸1-3%,液体石蜡5-60%,白凡士林1-5%,氢氧化钙0.01-0.6%,蜂蜡3-10%,尼泊金甲酯0.1-0.4%,丁二醇2-10%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%,橙花醇0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
进一步地,前述的组合物是由如下重量百分比的原辅料制备而成:川芎挥发油0.2%、荷荷巴油1-5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-3%,硬脂酸1-3%,液体石蜡5-60%,白凡士林1-5%,氢氧化钙0.01-0.6%,蜂蜡3-10%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,丁二醇2-10%,黄原胶0.1-0.5%,橙花醇0.2%,余量为水。
进一步地,前述的组合物是由如下重量百分比的原辅料制备而成:川芎挥发油0.2%、荷荷巴油5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.90%,硬脂酸2.13%,液体石蜡12.38%,白凡士林3.83%,氢氧化钙0.01%,蜂蜡3.19%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,丁二醇6.60%,黄原胶0.30%,橙花醇0.2%,余量为水。
进一步地,所述川芎挥发油是采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取的川芎挥发油;
优选地,所述川芎挥发油的提取方法包括如下步骤:
取川芎粉末,加入10~12倍量蒸馏水浸泡1~5h,浸泡后开始加热,保持微沸,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取川芎挥发油,提取时间为1~5h,用石油醚萃取流出液中的油状物,收集有机相,干燥,减压蒸馏,即得。
进一步地,所述川芎挥发油的提取方法包括如下步骤:
取川芎粉末,加入10倍量蒸馏水浸泡2h,浸泡后开始加热,保持微沸,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取川芎挥发油,提取时间为4h,用石油醚萃取流出液中的油状物,收集有机相,干燥,减压蒸馏,即得。

本发明还提供了一种制备前述的组合物的方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原辅料;
(2)取单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、液体石蜡、白凡士林、蜂蜡、荷荷巴油加热至40-80℃,并搅拌至各成分完全溶解,持续保温搅拌,得油相;
(3)取氢氧化钙、丁二醇、黄原胶、尼泊金甲酯,加入水中搅拌均匀后加热至与步骤(2)相同温度,并搅拌至各成分完全溶解,持续保温搅拌,得水相;
(4)将水相加入油相中,搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃以下,加入川芎挥发油和橙花醇,继续搅拌至最终呈乳白色半固体状,即可。
本发明还提供了前述的组合物在制备护肤品中的用途。
本发明还提供了一种护肤品,所述护肤品由前述的组合物制备而成;
优选地,所述护肤品为乳或霜。
本发明还提供了前述的组合物在制备护肤品中的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势为:
1、本发明提供的是一种以天然中药植物精油为核心成分的天然护肤品,从有效成分配方上而言能够改善血液微循环、抗炎、抗菌、减少黑色素的形成,达到抗瘢痕、美白、抗氧化等多种功效而多方面护理。同时,可以实现有效成分的透皮递释,在增加自身吸收的同时增加后续养护产品如面霜等的吸收,有效解决现今护肤品难以吸收的关键问题。
2、本发明以天然中药植物精油为核心成分,选择特定种类特定用量的辅料,能够有效解决精油的使用问题,在保持功效的同时,降低因精油纯度过高产生的刺激性,提高精油的使用便携性。
3、本发明的成品,性状稳定,为白色有一定黏度的半固体状,60℃加热放置6小时性质稳定不分层,室温及4℃放置半年性质稳定不分层。产品整体细腻,无颗粒状不溶物析出,在皮肤上极易铺展涂匀,薄涂后数分钟内几乎可以完全吸收,有来自植物提取物的特有气味。轻薄透气不粘腻,又可发挥有效护肤作用。
综上,本发明提供了一种川芎精油护肤品及其制备方法,制备川芎精华护肤品的组方配比科学,具有离心稳定性、pH适宜、细腻的特点。本发明川芎精油护肤品安全无毒副作用,保湿效果良好,补水能力强,将精油与护肤品的优点结合,解决精油的应用难题,充分发挥精油的护肤和渗透作用,制成可长期养肤的川芎精华护肤品,使用方便,安全有效。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
本发明具体实施方式中使用的原料、设备均为已知产品,通过购买市售产品获得。
实施例1、本发明川芎精华面霜的制备
1.原辅料配方
川芎挥发油0.2g、荷荷巴油5g、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.9g,硬脂酸2.13g,液体石蜡12.38g,白凡士林3.83g,氢氧化钙0.01g,蜂蜡3.19g,尼泊金甲酯0.2g,丁二醇6.60g,黄原胶0.30g,橙花醇0.2g,水64.06g。
川芎挥发油(川芎精油)的制备:以水蒸气蒸馏法提取川芎挥发油,具体方法为:取川芎中粉(指能全部通过四号筛,但混有能通过五号筛不超过60%的粉末)40g置圆底烧瓶中,加入10倍蒸馏水,浸泡2h后开始加热,保持溶液微沸,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,提取时间为4h。用石油醚萃取流出液中的油状物,重复萃取3次,集中有机相。再加入无水Na2SO4干燥。将干燥后的有机相转于减压蒸馏装置进行减压蒸馏浓缩,回收石油醚,得到的纯净的川芎挥发油。
2、制备方法
本发明川芎精华面霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、液体石蜡、白凡士林、蜂蜡、荷荷巴油,加热至40-80℃,100-600r/min磁力搅拌或搅拌桨搅拌至各成分完全溶解;持续保温搅拌10-30分钟,得到油相。
(2)取氢氧化钙、丁二醇、黄原胶、尼泊金甲酯加入水中搅匀,加热至与步骤(1)中油相的同一温度,100-600r/min磁力搅拌或搅拌桨搅拌至各成分完全溶解;持续保温搅拌10-30分钟,得到水相。
(3)缓慢的将水相加入油相中,搅拌桨搅拌或高速剪切迅速搅拌混匀,搅拌均匀后取出,充分缓慢搅拌,防止贴壁物料快速成膏。川芎挥发油和橙花醇在40℃以下加入,继续搅拌至最终呈乳白色半固体状,即得川芎精华面霜。
以下通过具体试验例证明本发明的有益效果。
试验例1、本发明川芎精华面霜配方的筛选
1、实验设计
面霜总量以50g计算,面霜中防腐剂尼泊金甲酯的重量百分比为0.2%,川芎精油的重量百分比为0.2%,橙花醇的重量百分比为0.2%,改变其他辅料用量,具体选择如表2所示,按照实施例1所述方法制备川芎精华面霜。以外观评价、肤感评价和性质评价为指标,采用综合评分法对各面霜进行质量评价。总分以100分计,总分越高,面霜性能越好。
2、效果评价指标
(1)外观评价:所制备面霜需均匀细腻柔软,颜色气味感官良好。外观评价共5项指标(面霜均匀度、细腻度、颜色、气味和质地),共10分。每项指标评分被分为3档,分数越高外观评价越好,评价标准如表1所示。

(2)肤感评价:肤感是面霜的核心指标,包括拾取度、细腻性、涂展性、清爽度、光泽度、滋润效果、接受度7项,共35分。每项指标评分被分为5档,各项分为5分(面霜在此方面非常优秀,完全符合护肤品在此方面的要求)、4分(面霜在此方面优秀,比较符合护肤品在此方面的要求)、3分(面霜在此方面合格,勉强符合护肤品在此方面的要求)、2分(面霜在此方面一般,不太符合护肤品在此方面的要求)、1分(面霜在此方面难以符合护肤品在此方面的要求)、0分(面霜表示完全不符合此项要求)。此评分由30名志愿者(随机选取,不限年龄、不限性别、不限肤质)试用、感受、评分综合评价,取平均值。各项评分指标具体内容如下:
①拾取度是指面霜使用时,用手指从容器中挑起膏体的难易程度。
②细腻性是指面霜在涂抹时是否柔滑,还是会感受到明显粗糙的颗粒感。
③涂展性是指面霜在涂抹过程中是否容易铺展,还是会出现不易溶、产生白条或搓泥现象。
④清爽度是指面霜使用时,是否清润舒适,还是有明显油腻感。
⑤光泽度是指面霜使用时,是否有光亮、健康的感觉。
⑥滋润效果是指面霜使用时,是否能赋予皮肤滋润感。
⑦接受度是指面霜使用时和使用后,是否能接受其颜色、触感、气味等,还是会造成明显不舒适。
(3)性质评价:面霜的pH值及稳定性是面霜重要的性质评价指标,pH值总分30分,稳定性总分为25分,具体评分方案如下:
①pH值:健康皮肤pH值在4.5~6.5之间,属弱酸性,故面霜pH也以弱酸性为佳,本实验规定该范围内为合格。结果,合格占该项分数的100%,不合格计为0。
②稳定性:
离心稳定性:取样品于离心管内注入样品约三分之二高度并装实,用盖子盖好。然后放入预先调节到38±1℃的电热恒温干燥箱内,保温1h后,立即移入离心机调整到4000r/min的离心速度,旋转30min取出观察。总分15分,结果,无明显变化占该项分数的100%,基质变粗占该项分数的50%,分层或液体渗出为0。
长期稳定性:取三批样品在温度25℃±2℃、湿度60%±10%下进行试验,每1个月取一次样进行性质考察。总分10分,结果,无明显变化占该项分数的100%,基质变粗占该项分数的50%,分层或液体渗出为0。
3、评价结果
评价结果如表2所示。

根据上述筛选结果可知:辅料的选择对制备得到的川芎精油面霜性质有很大影响。本发明川芎精油面霜最优原辅料配比为:川芎精油重量百分比为0.2%,荷荷巴油5%,单硬脂酸甘油酯1.90%,硬脂酸2.13%,液体石蜡12.38%,白凡士林3.83%,氢氧化钙0.01%,蜂蜡3.19%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,丁二醇6.60%,黄原胶0.30%,橙花醇0.2%,余量为水。
4、验证实验
按照最优配方和实施例1制备方法重新制备川芎精油面霜,对上述最优配方进行验证实验,结果如下:
外观:如图1所示,所得川芎精华面霜呈白色乳状,质地细腻,拾取度好,有淡淡的川芎挥发油香气。
性质:取适量样品按1:1000用水稀释后测其pH值和平均粒径,结果见表3。

说明本发明制备得到的川芎精华面霜pH值合格,稳定性好,外观和质地好。
试验例2、本发明川芎精华面霜的功效评价
1、体外保湿实验
实验中选用在小型玻璃板上贴上一层已用透气胶带来制作模拟装置。实验室温度保持在25℃,称取一定量实施例1制备的川芎精华面霜涂布于模拟装置表面,重量记为M1,放置在25℃的恒温鼓风的烘箱中,于5min、10min、15min、20min、30min称重记为M2,以下式计算保湿率。实验重复进行5次,结果取平均值。
保湿率(100%)=M2/M1×100%
式中:M1与M2的单位为g。
2、皮肤水分含量测定
分别测试试用者(随机选取7人)使用本发明实施例1制备的川芎精华面霜前以及使用后(即时、0.5h、1h)的皮肤水分值,以水分值的差值大小评测产品保湿性(温度25℃,相对湿度40-60%)。使用产品前后皮肤水分值差别反映产品的即时补水能力,1h后的皮肤水分值反映川芎精华面霜的持续保湿能力。
3、实验结果
体外保湿实验结果(见表4)表明:在25℃时的5个时间段(5、10、15、20、30min)的保湿率分别为92.53%、86.20%、80.73%、76.39%、70.00%,平均保湿率达81.17%,保湿效果良好。
使用前、后以及使用后30min及60min皮肤水分值试验、组间方差分析结果(表5和表6)显示:使用前后皮肤水分率变化明显,使用前皮肤含水量平均为29.29%,使用后皮肤含水量平均为51.14%,平均增长率为21.85%,使用后(即时、30min和60min)相对于使用前皮肤水分含量明显提升,组间差异显著(P<0.01),具有极显著性差异,说明本发明面霜的补水能力强。使用后30、60min的水分率分别为38.14%,36.71%,水分率无明显变化,说明该保湿霜持续补水能力较强,保湿性能良好。

综上,本发明提供了一种川芎精油护肤品及其制备方法,制备川芎精华护肤品的组方配比科学,具有离心稳定性、pH适宜、细腻的特点。本发明川芎精油护肤品安全无毒副作用,保湿效果良好,补水能力强,将精油与护肤品的优点结合,解决精油的应用难题,充分发挥精油的护肤和渗透作用,制成可长期养肤的川芎精华护肤品,使用方便,安全有效。

1.一种川芎精油护肤品,其特征在于:它是由如下重量百分比的原辅料制备而成:川芎挥发油0.2%、荷荷巴油5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.90%,硬脂酸2.13%,液体石蜡12.38%,白凡士林3.83%,氢氧化钙0.01%,蜂蜡3.19%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,丁二醇6.60%,黄原胶0.30%,橙花醇0.2%,余量为水;
所述川芎挥发油是采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取的川芎挥发油;
所述川芎挥发油的提取方法包括如下步骤:
取川芎粉末,加入10倍量蒸馏水浸泡2h,浸泡后开始加热,保持微沸,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取川芎挥发油,提取时间为4h,用石油醚萃取流出液中的油状物,收集有机相,干燥,减压蒸馏,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的川芎精油护肤品,其特征在于:所述护肤品为乳或霜。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的川芎精油护肤品的方法,其特征在于:它包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原辅料;
(2)取单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、液体石蜡、白凡士林、蜂蜡、荷荷巴油加热至40-80℃,并搅拌至各成分完全溶解,持续保温搅拌,得油相;
(3)取氢氧化钙、丁二醇、黄原胶、尼泊金甲酯,加入水中搅拌均匀后加热至与步骤(2)相同温度,并搅拌至各成分完全溶解,持续保温搅拌,得水相;
(4)将水相加入油相中,搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃以下,加入川芎挥发油和橙花醇,继续搅拌至最终呈乳白色半固体状,即可。
