Abstract

本发明公开了一种骨‑假体界面相对位移装置,该装置通过3D打印的方式制备,包括带有螺纹的旋入装置、微动杆柄、不锈钢固定装置、柔性铰、骨小梁结构的假体。将该装置旋入骨髓腔,通过使微动杆柄的上部发生相对移动,可以使骨小梁结构的假体有一个位移微移动。通过控制位移微移动的大小,来验证植入物的微位移对骨整合的影响。

骨-假体界面相对位移装置
技术领域
本发明专利是一种测试骨整合时,植入物与骨之间的微移动对骨整影响的装置。涉及医疗器械关节假体领域。
背景技术
关节置换术是通过手术的方式用人工假体替代病变恶化的关节,进而恢复人体关节的正常运动功能,是目前临床药物治疗失效后解决人体关节坏死的唯一方法,植入体植入一定时间就会发生松动,需要进行翻修。
关节置换假体松动是长久以来临床急需解决的难题,尽管医学、生物学和材料学进步迅速,但松动治疗仍不理想。导致假体与骨界面长不上、长不好和长不久的主要原因在于缺少力学微环境对假体与骨界面组织分化、损伤、修复和整合影响的研究。
3D打印技术是一种以物理模型和数字模型为基础,通过逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术。通过3D打印技术,可以获得任意形状的假体,可以制造出传统加工方法制造不出来的假体,通过调整孔隙率、空隙尺寸和形状,可以或得与正常骨质接近的强度和弹性模型的假体,可以在一定程度上降低应力遮挡效应,提高假体长期生存率。3D打印多孔钛合金假体具有一定的骨长入能力,能够与骨质紧密结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种测试假体植入骨内进行骨整合时,微移动对骨整合的影响的装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种骨-假体界面相对位移装置。包括:带有螺纹的旋入装置、柔性铰、微动杆柄、不锈钢固定装置、骨小梁结构的植入体;结构特征在于:带有螺纹的旋入装置通过柔性铰链接在一起,微动杆柄的上部分与不锈钢固定装置固定连接,微动杆柄下部分与骨小梁结构的植入体连接。
为了使旋入装置能够旋入骨髓腔并保持固定,旋入装置设有外螺纹。
为了使不锈钢固定装置能够旋入骨髓腔并保持固定,不锈钢固定装置下端设有外螺纹。
柔性铰通过3D钛合金打印制造,柔性铰与旋入装置和微动杆柄之间通过过盈配合固定。
旋入装置的轴心与不锈钢固定装置带有外螺纹的左端轴心的距离为50mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的实施例,本发明所述的骨-假体界面相对位移装置,包括带有螺纹的旋入装置1、柔性铰2、微动杆柄3、不锈钢固定装置4、骨小梁结构的假体5。
如图1所示,先将不锈钢固定装置4旋入羊大腿骨的骨髓腔,使不锈钢固定装置4上部分与骨的轴向平行。将带有螺纹的旋入装置1旋入羊大腿骨的骨髓腔,使骨小梁结构假体5与羊大腿骨的骨髓腔内膜接触,将不锈钢固定装置4与微动杆柄3上部固定。
羊在走路的时,脚与地面一接触大腿骨受力就会发生应变,不锈钢固定装置4和带有螺纹的旋入装置1之间的骨会发生变形,导致骨小梁结构的假体产生微位移。

Claims (5)

1.一种可以研究假体与骨之间微位移对骨整合影响的装置。带有螺纹的旋入装置(1)通过柔性铰(2)与微动杆柄(3)与连接。微动杆柄(3)的上部通过不锈钢固定装置(4)固定连接,微动杆柄(3)的下部与骨小梁结构的假体(5)连接。根据杠杆原理,微动杆柄的上部发生相对移动,骨小梁结构的假体会有一个位移微移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面相对位移装置,其特征在于,该带有螺纹的旋入装置(1)有外螺纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面相对位移装置,其特征在于,该柔性铰(2)通过3D钛合金打印。
4.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面相对位移装置,其特征在于,骨小梁结构的假体(5)通过3D钛合金打印。
5.如权利要求1所述的骨-假体界面相对位移装置,其特征在于,不锈钢固定装置(4)下端有外螺纹。
