The urinary surgical bladder-urethra anastomotic device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing needle is fixed by: preparing a die, and manufacturing a group of three dies according to the arrangement mode of the fixing pins; adding 3-10g of drug microsphere powder after selecting 40% PLLA and 60% PCL solution by weight, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold, placing the mold in liquid nitrogen for quick freezing, then carrying out freeze drying, taking down the mold, and finishing the preparation.
