the waistband sample 50 is provided with two second splicing parts 51, the two second splicing parts 51 are symmetrical about a second symmetry line 52 and are connected into a whole through the second symmetry line 52, and the second splicing part 51 is provided with an eleventh splicing line 511, a twelfth splicing line 512 and a thirteenth splicing line 513 which are connected in sequence; the eleventh splicing line 511 is adapted to be sewn with the tenth splicing line 115, the twelfth splicing line 512 is adapted to be sewn with the eighth splicing line 42, and the thirteenth splicing line 513 is adapted to be sewn with the second waist process line 29 of the semi-finished back pant 20; wherein, the included angle between the eleventh splicing line 511 and the twelfth splicing line 512 is equal to the included angle between the tenth splicing line 115 and the eighth splicing line 42.
(6) The front trouser sample, the back trouser sample, the crotch splicing sample 30, the trouser pocket splicing sample 40 and the waistband sample 50 are sewn together according to corresponding sewing lines to form the sports trousers, namely, a first inner sewing line 12 of the front trouser sample is sewn together with a second inner sewing line 22 of the back trouser sample, a first outer sewing line 11 of the front trouser sample is sewn together with a second outer sewing line 21 of the back trouser sample, a third splicing line 311 of the crotch splicing sample 30 is sewn together with a first splicing line 122 of the front trouser sample, a fourth splicing line 312 of the crotch splicing sample 30 is sewn together with a second splicing line 222 of the back trouser sample, a seventh splicing line 41 of the trouser pocket splicing sample 40 is sewn together with a fifth splicing line 114 of the front trouser sample, a ninth splicing line 43 of the trouser pocket splicing sample 40 is sewn together with a sixth splicing line 211 of the back trouser sample, the eleventh splicing line 511, the twelfth splicing line 512 and the thirteenth splicing line 513 of the waistband sample 50 are respectively sewn with the tenth splicing line 115 of the front pants sample, the eighth splicing line 42 of the pants pocket splicing piece sample 40 and the second waist process line 29 of the back pants sample, and then the sports pants can be manufactured, as shown in fig. 5-7.
In practical application, the front pants sample, the rear pants sample, the crotch splicing piece sample 30, the pants pocket splicing piece sample 40 and the waistband sample 50 can be paper patterns, or cloth patterns obtained by cutting on the fabric for preparing the sports pants, as long as the parts of the sports pants can be made by referring to the samples, and the embodiment is not limited to this.
In specific implementation, the sport pants are made of elastic fabric, wherein the content of spandex in the elastic fabric is 10% -15 wt%, the elastic elongation of the elastic fabric is 110% -130%, and the elastic recovery rate is 94% -97%. In one embodiment, the front and rear pant pieces, the pant pocket gusset and the waistband gusset of the athletic pant are made from a woven four-side stretch fabric having a spandex content of 15 wt% and an elastic elongation of 120%; the elastic recovery rate is 95 percent; the splicing piece of the crotch of the sports pants is made of weft-knitted elastic fabric, the spandex content of the fabric is 12 wt%, the elastic elongation is 125%, the elastic recovery rate is 94%, and the air permeability is 600 mm/s. In another embodiment, the front and rear pant pieces, the pant pocket gusset and the waistband gusset of the sport pant are made of a woven four-sided stretch fabric having a spandex content of 13 wt% and an elastic elongation of 100%; the elastic recovery rate is 96 percent; the crotch splicing piece of the sports pants is made of warp-knitted elastic fabric, the spandex content of the fabric is 15 wt%, the elastic elongation is 130%, the elastic recovery rate is 97%, and the air permeability is 800 mm/s. Therefore, the sports pants made of the elastic fabric have good elasticity and are comfortable to exercise, and the crotch portion of the sports pants is made of the fabric with good air permeability and is more breathable and healthy.
It can be known that, with the present technical solution, the first cutting line 14 and the second cutting line 15 are drawn on the front piece semi-finished product 10, the first cutting line 14, the second cutting line 15 and the second line segment 112 form an isosceles triangle, the first cutting line 14 and the second cutting line 15 are sewn together to form a first sewing line 01, that is, the isosceles triangle formed by the first cutting line 14, the second cutting line 15 and the second line segment 112 is hidden and becomes the first sewing line 01, because the isosceles triangle is located above the first calf surrounding process line 13, the isosceles triangle will form a bulge at the knee after becoming the first sewing line 01, thereby providing enough allowance for the movement of the knee joint, meanwhile, the included angle of the first line segment 111 and the second line segment 112 is an obtuse angle, the included angle of the second line segment 112 and the third line segment 113 is an obtuse angle, so that the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle is smaller, and the influence on the whole front piece is not great, the first sewing thread 01 is basically distributed along the rectus femoris and the extrafemoral muscles, and the cutting design is more suitable for the leg shape and more body shaping, so that enough movement allowance can be provided for a user without making the sports pants larger, and the sports pants are more attractive; in addition, the manufacturing method of the front trousers piece is simple; wherein, the first cutting line 14 and the first line segment 111 are positioned on the same straight line, and the front piece of trousers has a stereoscopic effect in vision after being made into the sports trousers, and is more beautiful; a third cutting line 24 and a fourth cutting line 25 are drawn on the rear trouser leg half-finished product 20, the rear trouser leg half-finished product 20 is cut along the third cutting line 24 and the fourth cutting line 25, and then the third cutting line 24 and the fourth cutting line 25 are sewn together to form a second sewing line 02, so that the second sewing line 02 is positioned above a process line 23 on the second shank, the second sewing line 02 corresponds to the position of a knee fossa and is more in line with the human body configuration, and the second sewing line 02 is matched with the first sewing line 01 to be more beneficial to forming a bulge on the front side of the knee, so that a margin is provided for the movement of the knee joint, and the design of the second sewing line 02 is more attractive; the crotch splicing sheets are distributed along the long adductor muscle of the thigh of a human body, so that the activity of hip joints can be greatly increased, and the movement comfort of the crotch is improved; after the trousers pocket splicing piece is spliced with the front trousers piece and the rear trousers piece, the ninth splicing line 43 and the first line section 111 are positioned on the same straight line, and the eighth splicing line 42 and the waist line of the semi-finished product 20 of the rear trousers piece are positioned on the same straight line, so that the trousers pocket splicing piece is more stereoscopic visually and more attractive; the preparation of waistband makes sports pants form T shape structure in the rear side after making, more accords with human physiology curve and has reserved sufficient activity space for the buttock, when guaranteeing that the trouser legs is three-dimensional to have the type, has promoted the motion travelling comfort of buttock.
The invention also provides sports pants which are prepared by the method, as shown in figures 5-7, the side surfaces of the sports pants are X-shaped by the seventh splicing line 41, the ninth splicing line 43, the first line segment 111, the first sewing line 01 and the third line segment 113, the crotch part of the sports pants is U-shaped, and the back part of the sports pants is T-shaped.

Claims (9)

1. A method for manufacturing sports pants is characterized by comprising the steps of manufacturing a front pants piece sample, wherein the step of manufacturing the front pants piece sample comprises the following steps:
cutting a front trouser piece semi-finished product (10) from a fabric, wherein the front trouser piece semi-finished product (10) is provided with a first outer sewing line (11), the first outer sewing line (11) is provided with a first line segment (111), a second line segment (112) and a third line segment (113) which are sequentially connected, the first line segment (111) is inclined inwards from top to bottom, the second line segment (112) is inclined outwards from top to bottom, the third line segment (113) is inclined outwards from top to bottom, an included angle between the first line segment (111) and the second line segment (112) is an obtuse angle, and an included angle between the second line segment (112) and the third line segment (113) is an obtuse angle;
drawing a first calf-enclosed process line (13) on the front trouser leg semi-finished product (10), wherein the first line segment (111), the second line segment (112) and the third line segment (113) are all positioned above the calf-enclosed process line;
drawing a first cutting line (14) and a second cutting line which are equal in length on a front trouser piece semi-finished product (10), wherein the first cutting line (14), the second cutting line (15) and a second line segment (112) form an isosceles triangle, and the intersection point of the first cutting line (14) and the second cutting line (15) is 3-5cm above a first shank upper enclosing process line (13);
the first cut line (14) and the second cut line (15) are sewn together to form a first sewn line (01) and obtain a front panel sample.
2. A method of making training pants as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said first cut (14) is aligned with said first line segment (111).
3. The method of making athletic pants of claim 2 including the step of making a back panel sample, said back panel sample comprising the steps of:
cutting a semi-finished product (20) of the rear piece of trousers on the fabric, wherein the semi-finished product (20) of the rear piece of trousers is provided with a second inner sewing line (22) and a second outer sewing line (21);
drawing a second shank enclosing process line (23) on the rear trouser leg semi-finished product (20);
drawing a third cutting line (24) and a fourth cutting line (25) which are equal in length and arc-shaped above the process line on the second shank circumference, wherein two ends of the third cutting line (24) and the fourth cutting line (25) are intersected with a second inner suture line (22) and a second outer suture line (21), and the third cutting line (24) and the fourth cutting line (25) are in mirror symmetry;
and cutting the semi-finished product (20) of the back trouser piece along the third cutting line (24) and the fourth cutting line (25), and sewing the third cutting line (24) and the fourth cutting line (25) together to form a second sewing line (02) and obtain a back trouser piece sample.
4. A method of making training pants as claimed in claim 3, comprising the steps of making a crotch panel sample (30); the front piece semi-finished product (10) is provided with a first inner sewing line (12), the first inner sewing line (12) is provided with a front crotch arc line (121) and a first splicing line (122) intersected with the front crotch arc line (121), and the first splicing line (122) is positioned above a first lower leg surrounding process line (13); the second inner seam line (22) is provided with a back crotch arc line (221) and a second splicing line (222) intersected with the back crotch arc line (221), and the second splicing line (222) is positioned above the second calf-encircling process line (23);
the making of the crotch splice sheet sample (30) comprises the steps of:
a crotch splicing piece sample (30) is cut out from a fabric, the crotch splicing piece sample (30) is provided with two first splicing parts (31), the two first splicing parts (31) are connected into a whole through a first symmetrical line (32) and are symmetrical about the first symmetrical line (32), the first splicing part (31) is provided with a third splicing line (311) and a fourth splicing line (312), one end of the third splicing line (311) and one end of the fourth splicing line (312) are respectively intersected with two ends of the first symmetrical line (32), and the other end of the third splicing line (311) is intersected with the other end of the fourth splicing line (312); the third splicing line (311) is suitable for being sewn with the first splicing line (122), and the fourth splicing line (312) is suitable for being sewn with the second splicing line (222).
5. A method of making sports pants as claimed in claim 4, including the preparation of a pants pocket gusset sample (40);
the first outer stitching (11) is provided with a fifth splicing line (114) positioned between the waist part and the thigh periphery, the fifth splicing line (114) is positioned above the first line segment (111) and intersects with the first line segment (111), and the second outer stitching (21) is provided with a sixth splicing line (211) positioned between the waist part and the thigh periphery; the semi-finished product (20) of the back piece also has a second waist technical line (29);
the production of the trousers pocket splicing piece sample (40) comprises the following steps;
cutting a trousers pocket splicing piece sample (40) on the fabric, wherein the trousers pocket splicing piece sample (40) is provided with a seventh splicing line (41), an eighth splicing line (42) and a ninth splicing line (43) which are connected end to end, the seventh splicing line (41) is suitable for being sewn with a fifth splicing line (114), and the ninth splicing line (43) is suitable for being sewn with a sixth splicing line (211); when the seventh splicing line (41) and the fifth splicing line (114) are sewn and the ninth splicing line (43) and the sixth splicing line (211) are sewn, the ninth splicing line (43) and the first line segment (111) are positioned on the same straight line, and the eighth splicing line (42) and the second waist technical line (29) of the semi-finished product (20) of the rear piece of pants are positioned on the same straight line.
6. The method of making athletic pants as claimed in claim 5, further comprising the steps of making a waistband sample (50);
the first outer seam (11) is provided with a tenth splicing line (115) positioned above a fifth splicing line (114), and two ends of the tenth splicing line (115) are respectively connected with the waist line and the fifth splicing line (114) of the front piece semi-finished product (10);
the preparation of the waistband sample (50) comprises the following steps:
cutting a waistband sample (50) on the fabric, wherein the waistband sample (50) is provided with two second splicing parts (51), the two second splicing parts (51) are symmetrical about a second symmetrical line (52) and are connected into a whole through the second symmetrical line (52), and the second splicing parts (51) are provided with an eleventh splicing line (511), a twelfth splicing line (512) and a thirteenth splicing line (513) which are sequentially connected; the eleventh splicing line (511) is suitable for being sewn with the tenth splicing line (115), the twelfth splicing line (512) is suitable for being sewn with the eighth splicing line (42), and the thirteenth splicing line (513) is suitable for being sewn with the second waist technical line (29) of the semi-finished product (20) of the back piece; wherein, the included angle between the eleventh splicing line (511) and the twelfth splicing line (512) is equal to the included angle between the tenth splicing line (115) and the eighth splicing line (42).
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the front and rear pant samples, the pocket patch sample (40), the crotch patch sample (30) and the waistband sample (50) are sewn together according to corresponding sewing lines to obtain the sport pants.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the pair of athletic pants is made from a stretch fabric having a spandex content of 10% to 15% by weight; the elastic elongation of the elastic fabric is 110-130%, and the elastic recovery rate is 94-97%.
9. Sports pants, characterized in that it is made by the method of making sports pants according to claim 7 or 8.
