A garment having a cushion, characterized by: the pad comprises a pad zone, wherein the pad zone comprises a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer and a pad body, a seamless joint zone and a hollow interlayer zone are arranged between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer, the seamless joint zone is distributed around the periphery of the hollow interlayer zone, an interlayer space and an opening which is positioned at one part of the interlayer space and used for the pad body to enter and exit the interlayer space are formed in the hollow interlayer zone, and the pad body is detachably arranged in the interlayer space; the pad area is connected to the garment portion adjacent to the pad area by the first fabric layer and/or the second fabric layer.
2. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the portion of the garment adjacent to the pad region is seamlessly woven or stitched or glued together with the first and/or second fabric layers.
3. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the glue layer of the seamless joint area is one or two of punctiform and netlike.
4. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the seamless joint area is U-shaped C-shaped O-type or ++type distribution.
5. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the pad body is of an elastic deformation structure.
6. The padded garment of claim 5, wherein: the pad body is a silica gel pad, a foam pad or a composite pad body structure formed by a wrapping layer and a filler filled in the wrapping layer.
7. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the opening is an elastic opening.
8. The padded garment of claim 1, wherein: the first fabric layer and/or the second fabric layer is/are stretch fabric.
9. The padded garment of any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that: the clothing is a bra, and the pad area is positioned at the position corresponding to the chest of the bra to form a cup part; alternatively, the garment has a lower body portion, and the pad area is located at a position corresponding to the buttocks of the lower body portion to form a crotch region and/or located at a position corresponding to the crotch of the lower body portion to form a crotch region; alternatively, the garment has an upper body portion, and the padded region is located at a position corresponding to the shoulder of the upper body portion to form a padded shoulder and/or at a position corresponding to the chest of the upper body portion to form a cup portion.

A cushion member characterized by: the novel fabric comprises a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer and a cushion body, wherein a seamless joint area and a hollow interlayer area are arranged between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer, the seamless joint area is distributed around the periphery of the hollow interlayer area, an interlayer space and an opening which is positioned at one part of the interlayer space and used for the cushion body to enter and exit the interlayer space are formed in the hollow interlayer area, and the cushion body is detachably arranged in the interlayer space; the opening is an elastic opening or the cushion body is an elastic deformation structure.
