Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用溶剂交换气体的系统和方法,涉及使所述溶剂载有所述气体和对载有气体的溶剂的所述气体进行汽提二者,所述气体包括CO2和H2S。
背景技术
为了清楚起见,提及CO2还将应用于H2S和其他酸性气体,除非该应用会使得这样的扩展不可行。
膜筒的使用涉及将气体可渗透/液体不可渗透的中空膜放置在圆筒内并将高温气体例如蒸汽通入膜中。将溶剂注入到筒中以填充膜周围的间隙空间,由此蒸汽从溶剂中汽提酸性气体,所述酸性气体随后进入膜中并与浓缩的蒸汽一起离开筒。然后除去了酸性气体的溶剂被从筒中移出用于随后的下游使用。
应当理解,该过程是可逆的,由此将酸性气体通入筒中,同时将溶剂注入膜周围。酸性气体然后渗透通过膜被溶剂吸收,所述溶剂随后离开筒。
对于其中气体和溶剂的体积超过合理筒尺寸的那些应用,该过程的难点在于可扩展性。典型的筒直径可以为9英寸,并且布置成处理每秒0.8千克至1千克量级的溶剂质量流量。将该过程扩展例如一个数量级将涉及10倍数量的筒,其中筒的重量接近10吨。
或者,可以将若干个膜放置在单个模块中,并因此减轻各个筒的钢壳的重量。然而,由于可以有效地使用与从入口到出口溶剂的流动路径一致的膜,多筒布置的效率显著降低。然而,流动路径外部的膜可能受到低流动或无流动条件的影响,因此由于缺乏纤维周围的溶剂补充而不能充分被利用以接收高气体转移。
发明内容
在第一方面,本发明提供了一种气体交换系统,所述系统包括:多个筒,各自具有壳,所述壳具有邻近第一端的筒入口和邻近相反的第二端的筒出口;每个壳均具有腔,其中放置有气体可渗透的液体不可渗透的中空膜;每个中空膜均具有布置成接收来自入口室的气体的膜入口和用于排出所述气体的膜出口;每个筒入口均与富集区连通并且布置成接收来自所述富集区的溶剂,以使所述溶剂通过所述筒出口离开;其中所述腔布置成使所述溶剂邻近所述中空膜流动,以允许气体通过所述气体可渗透的液体不可渗透的膜交换。
因此,通过提供与溶剂出口分离的用于接收溶剂的富集区,溶剂的流动路径被限制为靠近膜,从而保持有效的气体转移。这可以导致显著改善的可扩展性,而对再生工厂的规模没有明确的限制。

具体实施方式
一般而言,本发明涉及设置与多个筒的入口流体连通的富集区,所述筒在筒的腔内具有中空膜用于传输气体。中空膜是气体可渗透但液体不可渗透的。通过使溶剂通过筒的腔以靠近膜的外表面,将发生更有效的气体交换。然后气体从膜中排出,并且溶剂流出筒。
图1A至图1D以及图2A和图2B示出了根据本发明的一个实施方案的溶剂再生模块5。应当理解,虽然提及模块用于再生,但它同样适用于通过其将新的溶剂与酸性气体一起注入的逆过程。因此,虽然以下描述参照再生,但本发明不限于关于再生过程的用途,而是也适用于气体注入过程。
图1A示出了模块5的正视图,所述模块5具有拥有端盖15、端盖20的外罩10。端盖15、端盖20分别包括气体入口25和气体出口30。此外,外罩10包括用于接收液体溶剂的入口35和用于使所述液体溶剂离开的出口40。
图1B和图1C示出了平行组合并通过支撑板67、支撑板75固定就位的多个筒55。入口端盖15和入口支撑板67限定了入口室,气体通过入口25注入到所述入口室中。每个筒55包括开口端57,其允许来自入口室的气体进入到筒55中并且特别地通过中空纵向膜77。取决于所需的流量和膜的最佳尺寸,每个筒可以具有位于其中的一个或更多个膜。
筒55还包括用于接收溶剂的在筒的腔内的间隙空间59,如以下将讨论。然后将整个筒55通过壳53围绕外周密封。允许气体排出51到由出口支撑板75和出口端盖20限定的出口室中,出口室将气体进给直至出口30。
溶剂通过入口35进入外罩10,其允许液体溶剂在间隙空间80内在筒55周围流动。然而,筒壳53防止间隙空间80内的溶剂与膜77之间的直接接触。根据本发明,进入外罩10的溶剂45被引导流动至进入孔65中,以在间隙空间59内流动通过筒55,并因此在通过进入孔70离开筒55之前与膜77接触。
这种布置为溶剂提供了将溶剂紧靠膜安置的流体路径,因此解决了具有用于有效气体转移的足够流动的问题。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明提供了限定了富集区的挡板60。
参照图2A和图2B,挡板60限定了将入口附近的间隙空间90分隔开的富集区85,从而确保全部溶剂流动95至入口孔65中,而溶剂不会通过出口40直接逸出。因此,挡板60的使用限定了与出口40分离的富集区85,确保了溶剂的紧靠膜的流动路径,因此充分利用了筒组内的每个膜。一旦溶剂已经流动通过筒55的长度时,其从进入孔70离开,流动100至靠近出口40的间隙空间95中。
应当理解,虽然图1B示出了挡板60在模块5的长度的大约三分之二处的位置,但实际上该位置将是进入模块5中的流量45,孔65、孔70的尺寸以及在筒内气体转移期间期望的气体流量的函数。因此,富集区的尺寸可以因不同应用而变化,取决于基于渗透率、流量等的各种设计参数。
此外,在图1B中,挡板60还充当中间支撑板。本发明不受中间支撑板的数量限制,并且只有那些限定了富集区的中间支撑板可以被认为是挡板。
Claims (10)
1.一种气体交换系统,所述系统包括:
多个筒,各自具有壳,所述壳具有邻近第一端的筒入口和邻近相反的第二端的筒出口;
每个壳均具有腔,其中放置有气体可渗透的液体不可渗透的中空膜;
每个中空膜均具有布置成接收来自入口室的气体的膜入口和用于排出所述气体的膜出口;
每个筒入口均与富集区连通并且布置成接收来自所述富集区的溶剂,以使所述溶剂通过所述筒出口离开;
其中所述腔布置成使所述溶剂邻近所述中空膜流动,以允许气体通过所述气体可渗透的液体不可渗透的膜交换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体交换系统,还包括其中定位有所述筒的外罩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气体交换系统,其中所述富集区位于所述筒之间以及所述筒与所述外罩的内壁之间的间隙空间中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气体交换系统,还包括所述外罩内的挡板,所述挡板将靠近所述筒入口的间隙空间与所述间隙空间的剩余部分分开,靠近入口的所述间隙空间限定所述富集区。
5.根据权利要求4所述的气体交换系统,其中所述外罩包括与所述富集区连通的溶剂入口。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的气体交换系统,其中所述外罩包括与所述筒出口流体连通的溶剂出口。
7.根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的气体交换系统,其中所述外罩包括与所述入口室流体连通的气体入口。
8.根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的气体交换系统,其中所述外罩包括出口室和用于使所述气体从所述出口室排出的气体出口,所述出口室与所述膜出口流体连通。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的气体交换系统,其中所述膜入口布置成接收高温气体并且所述富集区布置成接收载有CO2的溶剂,所述系统布置成从所述筒内的所述载有CO2的溶剂中汽提CO2并通过所述膜出口排出所述气体和CO2,所述CO2经汽提的溶剂布置成通过所述筒出口离开所述系统。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的气体交换系统,其中所述膜入口布置成接收CO2并且所述富集区布置成接收溶剂,所述系统布置成通过所述膜将CO2交换至所述筒内的所述溶剂,所述载有CO2的溶剂布置成通过所述筒出口离开所述系统。
