The acquisition and measurement devices can be connected in series through serial ports, the connection of one computer to the acquisition and measurement devices is realized by setting the chassis number of each acquisition and measurement device, grating scales with different resolutions and measuring ranges can be connected, the acquisition and measurement devices can be connected only by setting in software, an ARM high-speed processing module is adopted, the sampling frequency is up to 20MHz, the acquisition and measurement devices are suitable for instantaneous dynamic displacement measurement and static displacement measurement, each acquisition and measurement device can be set into different sampling channels such as 8 channels, 16 channels and 32 channels, different experimental requirements are met, the acquisition and measurement devices are developed by adopting an integrated circuit board, the response speed is high, and the instantaneous displacement can be captured; the multi-path grating data acquisition and measurement device can be connected with grating scales with different precision, precision conversion can be completed through software setting, universality is greatly improved, acquisition and analysis software can complete setting of test parameters, automatic data acquisition, storage, curve display and the like, and each multi-path grating data acquisition device is divided into 8 channels, 16 channels and 32 channels according to the number of connectable grating scales.
The specific working procedure is as follows:
during operation, the high-speed photoelectric coupler is adopted to collect grating signals (the cut-off frequency is up to 20 MHz), then the collected grating signals are subjected to further shaping through the inverter, so that the grating signals before entering the high-speed data module of the ARM chip are clean and complete, the high-speed orthogonal coding collection module QEI in the ARM chip is adopted to count, judge and 4 times frequency the filtered and shaped signals, each ARM chip sends the collected and processed data to the main ARM chip through the synchronous serial interface SSI, the main ARM chip is communicated with the data collection software on the PC through the RS232 interface, and then the signals of the plurality of grating data collection boxes are subjected to data display, curve drawing, segmented data storage and printing through the collection and processing software.
