Under the condition that an order is not determined, a board factory can only be developed inside the board factory or be developed by matching with the intention of a customer, and the purchase of vertical equipment of a special production type carrier board or an MSAP process is undoubtedly a very huge investment, so that a great burden is also caused to the operation of the board factory. Therefore, in this development stage, even without large-scale orders, it is desirable to save the operation cost, and when the fine circuit board is required to be produced, the horizontal development line production is generally used.
However, after the production of the horizontal developing device, when the thin plate is transported in the related device, the thin plate is easy to contact with the roller of the related device, so that scratches are caused, and in addition, the liquid medicine on the thin plate cannot be discharged in time, so that a large pool effect is formed on the plate surface, and the plate surface is marked.

In addition, the supporting structure further comprises a supporting strip 5, the four rectangular plates 1 comprise two groups of rectangular plates 1 which are parallel to each other, and the supporting strip 5 is connected with one group of rectangular plates 1 which are parallel to each other. The support strip 5 is matched with the support plate 4, so that the bearing effect is better.
It should be noted that the positions of the film patterns corresponding to the support plate 4 and the support bars 5 are designed as the substrate surface, that is, when the patterns are exposed in a transfer manner, the positions are exposed areas.
Because the PCB plate 8 is thin, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the non-edge position of the PCB plate 8 sags due to the action of gravity, the supporting structure further comprises a plurality of groups of fish wire holes 6, each group of fish wire holes 6 comprises two fish wire holes 6, the two fish wire holes 6 in each group of fish wire holes 6 are respectively arranged on the two rectangular plates 1 which are parallel to each other, the supporting structure further comprises fish wires 7 which sequentially penetrate through the fish wire holes 6, and the fish wires 7 are used for assisting in supporting the PCB plate 8. Specifically, in two groups of rectangular plates 1 which are parallel to each other, a group of rectangular plates is provided with a fish line hole 6 and a fish line 7, and the other group of rectangular plates is provided with a supporting strip 5.
It should be noted that the position of the fish-line hole 6 can be flexibly set on the rectangular plate 1, and the fish-line 7 can be inserted and supported by the PCB manufacturing plate 8.
In addition, in the invention, the rectangular frame is an integrally formed structure which is formed by routing a flat plate through a routing machine. In other embodiments, the rectangular frame may also be a split structure formed by splicing four rectangular plates.
