Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a testing platform, a first clamping component for clamping a flash lamp is fixed with a first displacement component, a second clamping component for clamping a flash lamp protection cover is fixed with a second displacement component, thus the alignment of the flash lamp and the flash lamp protection cover can be realized by respectively moving the first displacement component and the second displacement component, in addition, the lighting machine platform is electrically connected with the flash lamp by arranging the lighting machine platform, a third clamping component for clamping the lighting machine platform is fixed with the first displacement component, when the position of the first displacement component moves, the lighting machine platform and the flash lamp can synchronously move, when different flash lamps and different flash lamp protection covers need to be assembled and tested, the flash lamp in the first clamping component and the flash lamp protection cover in the second clamping component are replaced, and then the lighting machine platform in the third clamping component is electrically connected with the flash lamp, can satisfy the test of lighting, need not to make a design the flash lamp and flash lamp safety cover assembles the complete machine many times and carry out the test of lighting, shortened the test cycle after flash lamp and flash lamp safety cover assembly to a great extent.
The following describes a specific structure of the test platform and the test apparatus having the test platform in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a test platform 100, where the test platform 100 is used to align a flash 2525 and a flash shield 254, and the test platform 100 may include at least: the flashlight holder comprises a first displacement assembly 10, a second displacement assembly 20, a first clamping assembly 30 and a second clamping assembly 40, wherein the first clamping assembly 30 is used for clamping a flashlight 2525, the first clamping assembly 30 is fixed with the first displacement assembly 10, the second clamping assembly 40 is used for clamping a flashlight protective cover 254, and the second clamping assembly 40 is fixed with the second displacement assembly 20.
The first clamping assembly 30 for clamping the flashlight 2525 is fixed to the first displacement assembly 10, the second clamping assembly 40 for clamping the flashlight protective cover 254 is fixed to the second displacement assembly 20, so that the first clamping assembly 30 and the second clamping assembly 40 can be moved by moving the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 respectively, and then the fit clearance between the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 is adjusted, so that the fit relation between the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protective cover 254 can be synchronously adjusted, and further, the alignment of the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protective cover 254 can be realized.
As shown with continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the test platform 100 may further include: a lighting machine 50 and a third clamping assembly 60, wherein the lighting machine 50 is electrically connected to the flashlight 2525, the third clamping assembly 60 is used for clamping the lighting machine 50, and the third clamping assembly 60 is fixed to the first displacement assembly 10.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the lighting stage 50 in the third clamping assembly 60 may be electrically connected to the flashlight 2525 in the first clamping assembly 30 through a wire to enable lighting of the flashlight 2525.
By arranging the lighting machine table 50, the lighting machine table 50 is electrically connected with the flash 2525, the third clamping assembly 60 for clamping the lighting machine table 50 is fixed with the first displacement assembly 10, when the position of the first displacement assembly 10 moves, the lighting machine table 50 and the flash 2525 can synchronously move, when different flashes 2525 and different flash guards 254 need to be assembled and tested, the flash 2525 in the first clamping assembly 30 and the flash guard 254 in the second clamping assembly 40 are replaced, then the lighting machine table 50 in the third clamping assembly 60 is electrically connected with the flash 2525, the lighting test can be met, the flash 2525 and the flash guard 254 do not need to be sampled and assembled into a whole machine for lighting test for many times, and the test period after the flash 2525 and the flash guard 254 are assembled is greatly shortened.
Compared with the mode that a plurality of electronic equipment prototypes are adopted for assembling for a plurality of times and are returned to a factory for testing in the prior art, the method and the device for testing the electronic equipment prototypes can save the using number of the electronic equipment prototypes and improve the testing efficiency of the assembling of the flash lamp 2525 and the flash lamp protective cover 254.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, the first clamping assembly 30 may include: the first supporting member 301 and the first fixing member 302 are detachably connected, the first supporting member 301 is fixedly connected to the first displacement assembly 10, a first accommodating cavity 303 (see fig. 8) is formed between the first supporting member 301 and the first fixing member 302, and at least a portion of the flash lamp 2525 is located in the first accommodating cavity 303.
The first supporting member 301 of the first clamping assembly 30 is detachably connected to the first fixing member 302 of the first clamping assembly 30, and a first accommodating cavity 303 for accommodating the flashlight 2525 is formed between the first supporting member 301 and the first fixing member 302, so that the flashlight 2525 can be flexibly assembled by detaching and installing the first supporting member 301 and the first fixing member 302. In addition, the first support 301 is fixedly connected to the first displacement assembly 10, and the first clamping assembly 30 can be correspondingly changed in position by moving the first displacement assembly 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the flash 2525 may include: the flashlight body 2525a and a circuit board 2525b electrically connected to the flashlight body 2525a, the circuit board 2525b is located in the first receiving cavity 303 and abuts against an inner wall of the first receiving cavity 303, and at least a portion of the flashlight body 2525a is located in the first receiving cavity 303.
The circuit board 2525b of the flash 2525 is located in the first accommodating cavity 303 formed between the first support member 301 and the first fixing member 302, and the circuit board 2525b of the flash 2525 is in contact with the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity 303, so that the circuit board 2525b of the flash 2525 can be more stably limited in the first accommodating cavity, and by locating at least a portion of the flash body 2525a of the flash 2525 in the first accommodating cavity 303, the reliability and stability of the first support member 301 and the first fixing member 302 in clamping the flash 2525 can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the first accommodating cavity 303 is adapted to the shape of the flash lamp 2525. The shape of the first receiving cavity 303 is adapted to the shape of the flash lamp 2525, so that the flash lamp 2525 can be prevented from shaking or moving relative to the first receiving cavity 303, and the flash lamp 2525 can be more stably placed in the first receiving cavity 303, i.e., the stability of the first clamping assembly 30 in clamping the flash lamp 2525 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, the second clamping assembly 40 may include: the flashlight protection cover comprises a second supporting piece 401, a second fixing piece 402 and a third fixing piece 403, wherein the second fixing piece 402 is detachably connected with the third fixing piece 403, the second supporting piece 401 is detachably connected with at least one of the second fixing piece 402 and the third fixing piece 403, the second supporting piece 401 is fixedly connected with the second displacement assembly 20, a second accommodating cavity 404 (shown in fig. 8) is formed between the second fixing piece 402 and the third fixing piece 403, and at least part of the flashlight protection cover 254 is located in the second accommodating cavity 404.
The second fixing part 402 of the second clamping assembly 40 is detachably connected with the third fixing part 403 of the second clamping assembly 40, and a second accommodating cavity 404 for accommodating the flash lamp protection cover 254 is formed between the second fixing part 402 and the third fixing part 403, so that the flash lamp protection cover 254 can be flexibly assembled by detaching and installing the second fixing part 402 and the third fixing part 403. In addition, the second support 401 is fixedly connected to the second displacement assembly 20, and the second support 401 is detachably connected to at least one of the second fixing member 402 and the third fixing member 403, so that the second clamping assembly 40 can be correspondingly changed in position by moving the second displacement assembly 20.
In some embodiments, the shape of the second receiving cavity 404 may be adapted to the shape of the flash lamp protective cover 254. The shape of the second accommodating cavity 404 is matched with the shape of the flash lamp protection cover 254, so that the flash lamp protection cover 254 can be prevented from shaking or moving relative to the second accommodating cavity 404, the flash lamp protection cover 254 can be placed in the second accommodating cavity 404 more stably, and the stability of the second clamping assembly 40 in clamping the flash lamp protection cover 254 can be ensured.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the adjustment and replacement of the cavity shapes of the second receiving cavity 404 in the second displacement assembly 20 and the first receiving cavity 303 in the first clamping assembly 30 can adapt to the flash lamp test requirements in more electronic equipment items.
In an embodiment of the present application, at least a portion of the flash 2525 may extend into the flash shroud 254. By extending at least a portion of the flash 2525 into the flash protection cover 254, the assembly of the flash 2525 and the flash protection cover 254 can be more suitable for practical applications, and thus, the practical test scenario of the flash 2525 can be more satisfied.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the third clamping assembly 60 may include: the third supporting member 601 is detachably connected to the fourth fixing member 602, the third supporting member 601 is fixedly connected to the first displacement assembly 10, a first accommodating space 6021 (see fig. 6) is formed on the fourth fixing member 602, and at least a portion of the lighting apparatus 50 is located in the first accommodating space 6021.
The third supporting member 601 of the third clamping assembly 60 is detachably connected to the fourth fixing member 602 of the third clamping assembly 60, and the fourth fixing member 602 is formed with a first accommodating space 6021 for accommodating the lighting machine table 50, so that the lighting machine table 50 can be flexibly assembled by detaching and installing the fourth fixing member 602. In addition, the third supporting member 601 is fixedly connected to the first displacement assembly 10, and the first displacement assembly is moved to correspondingly change the position of the third clamping assembly 60.
In the embodiment of the present application, the third clamping assembly 60 may further include: the fifth fixing element 603, the fifth fixing element 603 and the fourth fixing element 602 are detachably connected, and the fifth fixing element 603 is further detachably connected with the third supporting element 601.
By providing the fifth fixing member 603, the fifth fixing member 603 is located between the third supporting member 601 and the fourth fixing member 602, and the fifth fixing member 603 is detachably connected to the third supporting member 601 and the fourth fixing member 602, respectively, the assembling performance of the third clamping assembly 60 can be further increased.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5 or fig. 6, the test platform 100 may further include: laser locator 70 and fourth centre gripping subassembly 80, fourth centre gripping subassembly 80 are used for centre gripping laser locator 70, and fourth centre gripping subassembly 80 is fixed mutually with second displacement assembly 20. Through the fact that the fourth clamping assembly 80 used for clamping the laser positioning instrument 70 is fixedly connected with the second displacement assembly 20, the fourth clamping assembly 80 can be correspondingly changed in position by moving the second displacement assembly 20, and therefore the laser positioning instrument 70 and the flash lamp protection cover 254 can be guaranteed to be synchronously changed in position correspondingly.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present application, the fourth clamping assembly 80 may include: the fourth supporting element 801 and the sixth fixing element 802 are detachably connected, the fourth supporting element 801 and the sixth fixing element 802 are fixedly connected, the fourth supporting element 801 is fixedly connected with the second displacement assembly 20, a second accommodating space 803 (see fig. 5) is formed between the fourth supporting element 801 and the sixth fixing element 802, and at least a portion of the laser positioning instrument 70 is located in the second accommodating space 803.
In addition, referring to fig. 9, in the embodiment of the present application, the test platform 100 may further include: the carrier 90, the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 are movably connected to the carrier 90. By providing the supporting member 90, the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 are movably connected to the supporting member 90, the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 can be changed in position relative to the supporting member 90, and the supporting member 90 can support and provide stability.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the structure of the carrier 90 may include, but is not limited to, the following two possible implementations:
one possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 5, the carrier 90 includes a carrier table 901, the carrier table 901 may have a first surface 9011 and a second surface 9012 opposite to the first surface 9011, wherein the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 may be movably connected to the first surface 9011 of the carrier table 901. In practical application scenarios, the second surface 9012 of the carrier 901 may be disposed on the ground or a desktop.
Another possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 9, the carrier 90 may include a carrier 901 and a chassis 902 connected to the carrier 901, wherein the carrier 901 may have a first surface 9011 and a second surface 9012 opposite to the first surface 9011, wherein the first and second displacement assemblies 10 and 20 may be movably connected to the first surface 9011 of the carrier 901, and the second surface 9012 of the carrier 901 is connected to the chassis 902. In practical application scenarios, the end of the chassis 902 facing away from the plummer 901 may be disposed on the ground or on a desktop.
In the present embodiment, the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20 may be three-axis displacement tables. The three-axis displacement platform can realize the position movement in the three directions of X axle, Y axle and Z axle, and the dependable performance and stability are high.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10, taking the first displacement assembly 10 as a three-axis displacement table as an example, the first displacement assembly 10 may include an X-axis 101, a Y-axis 102, and a Z-axis 103, and the first displacement assembly 10 may move along the X-axis 101, the Y-axis 102, and the Z-axis 103 at any position. Therefore, by adjusting the three-axis displacement table, application scenes in various assembly tolerances in three-coordinate directions can be covered, different installation conditions of a test production line are met, and the consistency of the photographing effect of the flash lamp 2505 can be ensured.
In the embodiments of the present application, the precision value of the three-axis translation stage may be 0.1 μm to 10 μm. Illustratively, the precision of the three-axis displacement stage may be 0.3 μm, 0.4 μm, 0.5 μm, 0.6 μm, 0.7 μm, etc., which is not limited by the embodiments of the present application. The high precision of the three-axis translation stage ensures a more accurate and reliable fit between the flash 2525 and the flash shroud 254.
Moreover, by adjusting the three-axis displacement table and the laser positioning instrument 70, accurate eccentric calibration can be performed in the assembling process, and the concentricity is obviously improved.
In one possible implementation, the offset between the center of the flash 2525 and the center of the flash shroud 254 may be less than ± 0.01 mm. For example, the offset between the center of the flash 2525 and the center of the flash cover 254 may be ± 0.002mm, ± 0.004mm, ± 0.006mm, ± 0.008mm, etc., which is not limited by the embodiments of the present application, and is not limited to the above example. Controlling the offset between the center of the flash 2525 and the center of the flash cover 254 can prevent a large error in the fitting between the flash 2525 and the flash cover 254, and can prevent the fitting between the flash 2525 and the flash cover 254 from being invalid and thus cannot be applied to the fitting conditions of the flash 2525 and the flash cover 254 in a practical use scene.
It should be noted that the numerical values and numerical ranges referred to in this application are approximate values, and there may be some error due to the manufacturing process, and the error may be considered to be negligible by those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 11, in the embodiment of the present application, the third clamping assembly 60 can also be used for clamping the electronic device model 300 with the flashlight 2525. When the third clamping assembly 60 clamps the electronic device model 300 with the flash 2525, the position of the flash protective cover 254 can be conveniently calibrated, so that the assembly between the flash 2525 and the flash 2525 is more suitable for the application scenario when the electronic device model 300 with the flash 2525 is assembled with the flash protective cover 254.
The operation principle and the operation steps of the test platform 100 are described herein.
First, the test platform 100 is initially positioned. In the initial positioning state, the mounting state of the test platform 100 is shown in fig. 11. In comparison with the installation state shown in fig. 5, the testing platform 100 in fig. 11 removes the first clamping assembly 30, and then rotates the third clamping assembly 60 by 180 degrees, so that the third clamping assembly 60, the second clamping assembly 40, and the fourth clamping assembly 80 are in the installation state shown in fig. 11. At this time, the laser positioning instrument 70 is provided with an aligned center line, the electronic device model 300 with the flash lamp 2525 is positioned in the third clamping assembly 60, and the center of the flash lamp 2525 of the electronic device model 300 is aligned with the center line by adjusting the position of the electronic device model 300, so that the flash lamp 2525 and the flash lamp protective cover 254 which are independent in the later period can be consistent with the electronic device model 300 during testing, and the initial positioning only needs to be performed once.
After the initial positioning is completed, the second displacement assembly 20, and the second clamping assembly 40 and the fourth clamping assembly 80 fixed to the second displacement assembly 20 are kept still, the electronic device prototype 300 is detached from the third clamping assembly 60, and after the third clamping assembly 60 is rotated 180 degrees to the state shown in fig. 5, the lighting machine 50 is assembled on the third clamping assembly 60, and at the same time, the first clamping assembly 30 provided with the separate flash 2525 is also installed on the first displacement assembly 10. Then, the positions of the first and second displacement assemblies 10 and 20 are adjusted so that the sides of the first and second clamp assemblies 30 and 40 are aligned to ensure the center alignment of the flash 2525 and the flash protective cover 254.
Then, the flashlight 2525 is electrically connected to the lighting machine 50, and after the lighting machine 50 lights the flashlight 2525, the assembly conditions of the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protective cover 254 are actually tested, specifically, the flashlight 2525 of a plurality of different manufacturers or different specifications and the flashlight protective cover 254 of a plurality of different manufacturers or different specifications may be traversed respectively, and the test effect under the condition of different assembly tolerances may be achieved by adjusting the positions of the first displacement assembly 10 and the second displacement assembly 20.
In addition, an embodiment of the present application further provides a testing apparatus, which may include at least: the testing machine is used for testing the assembling condition of the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protective cover 254 installed on the testing platform 100.
The testing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present application may at least include a testing machine and a testing platform 100, wherein the testing machine is used for testing the assembling condition of the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protective cover 254 mounted on the testing platform 100, the testing platform 100 fixes the first clamping component 30 for clamping the flashlight 2525 and the first displacement component 10 and fixes the second clamping component 40 for clamping the flashlight protective cover 254 and the second displacement component 20, so that the alignment between the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight 2525 can be realized by moving the first displacement component 10 and the second displacement component 20 respectively, in addition, by arranging the lighting machine 50, the lighting machine 50 is electrically connected with the flashlight 2525, and the third clamping component 60 for clamping the lighting machine 50 is fixed with the first displacement component 10, when the position of the first displacement component 10 moves, the lighting machine 50 and the flashlight 2525 move synchronously, when different flashlights 2525 and different flashlight protection covers 254 need to be assembled and tested, the flashlight 2525 in the first clamping assembly 30 and the flashlight protection cover 254 in the second clamping assembly 40 are replaced, and then the lighting machine 50 in the third clamping assembly 60 is electrically connected with the flashlight 2525, so that the lighting test can be met, the flashlights 2525 and the flashlight protection covers 254 do not need to be assembled into a whole machine for lighting test for multiple times, and the test period after the flashlight 2525 and the flashlight protection covers 254 are assembled is greatly shortened.

1. A test platform for aligning a flash lamp with a flash lamp protective cover, the test platform comprising at least:
the device comprises a first displacement assembly, a second displacement assembly, a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly;
the first clamping assembly is used for clamping the flash lamp and is fixed with the first displacement assembly;
the second clamping assembly is used for clamping the flash lamp protection cover and is fixed with the second displacement assembly;
further comprising: lightening the machine table and the third clamping assembly; the lighting machine platform is electrically connected with the flash lamp;
the third clamping assembly is used for clamping the lighting machine table, and the third clamping assembly is fixed with the first displacement assembly.
2. The test platform of claim 1, wherein the first clamping assembly comprises: a first supporting member and a first fixing member;
the first supporting piece is detachably connected with the first fixing piece;
the first supporting piece is fixedly connected with the first displacement assembly, a first accommodating cavity is formed between the first supporting piece and the first fixing piece, and at least part of the flashlight is located in the first accommodating cavity.
3. The test platform of claim 2, wherein the flash comprises: the flashlight comprises a flashlight body and a circuit board electrically connected with the flashlight body;
the circuit board is positioned in the first accommodating cavity and is abutted against the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity;
at least part of the flashlight body is located in the first accommodating cavity.
4. The test platform of claim 2 or 3, wherein the shape of the first receiving cavity is adapted to the shape of the flash lamp.
5. The test platform of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the second clamping assembly comprises: the second supporting piece, the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece;
the second fixing piece is detachably connected with the third fixing piece, and the second supporting piece is detachably connected with at least one of the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece;
the second supporting piece is fixedly connected with the second displacement assembly, a second accommodating cavity is formed between the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece, and at least part of the flashlight protection cover is located in the second accommodating cavity.
6. The test platform of claim 5, wherein the shape of the second receiving cavity is adapted to the shape of the flash lamp protection cover.
7. The test platform of any one of claims 1-6, wherein at least a portion of the flash lamp extends into the flash lamp protective cover.
8. The test platform of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the third clamping assembly comprises: a third support member and a fourth fixing member;
the third supporting piece is detachably connected with the fourth fixing piece;
the third supporting piece is fixedly connected with the first displacement assembly, a first accommodating space is formed in the fourth fixing piece, and at least part of the lighting machine table is located in the first accommodating space.
9. The test platform of claim 8, wherein the third clamping assembly further comprises: a fifth fixing member;
the fifth fixing piece is detachably connected with the fourth fixing piece, and the fifth fixing piece is also detachably connected with the third supporting piece.
10. The test platform of claim 8 or 9, wherein the third clamping assembly is further configured to clamp a prototype of an electronic device having the flash lamp.
11. The test platform of any one of claims 1-10, further comprising: the laser positioning instrument and the fourth clamping assembly;
the fourth clamping component is used for clamping the laser positioning instrument, and the fourth clamping component is fixed with the second displacement component.
12. The test platform of claim 11, wherein the fourth clamping assembly comprises: a fourth supporting member and a sixth fixing member;
the fourth supporting piece is detachably connected with the sixth fixing piece;
the fourth supporting piece is fixedly connected with the second displacement assembly, a second accommodating space is formed between the fourth supporting piece and the sixth fixing piece, and at least part of the laser positioning instrument is located in the second accommodating space.
13. The test platform of any one of claims 1-12, further comprising: a carrier; the first displacement assembly and the second displacement assembly are movably connected with the bearing piece.
14. The test platform of any one of claims 1-13, wherein the first displacement assembly and the second displacement assembly are three-axis displacement tables.
15. The test platform of claim 14, wherein the three-axis translation stage has a precision value of 0.1 μ ι η to 10 μ ι η.
16. The test platform of any one of claims 1-15, wherein an offset between a center of the flash and a center of the flash shield is less than ± 0.01 mm.
17. A test device, comprising at least: a test machine and a test platform according to any one of claims 1 to 16;
the test machine is used for testing the assembling conditions of the flash lamp and the flash lamp protection cover which are installed on the test platform.
