Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a scan list display part according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The scan list display portion 321 is used to display the scanning device identification information 311 stored in the scanning device information storage portion 31 through a list 322, as shown in fig. 6, the list 322 of the present embodiment displays only the scanning device identification information 311 of the scanning devices 11 in an online state, and these scanning device identification information 311 are displayed in order from high to low according to the number of uses of the respective scanning devices 11 used by the user in the past, thereby enabling the user to conveniently select a commonly used scanning device 11 for use. For ease of description, the scanning apparatus 11 selected by the user will be referred to hereinafter as the current scanning apparatus 11 (the scanning apparatus SMY-3 is selected by the user as the current scanning apparatus in fig. 6).
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a parameter display setting portion according to a first embodiment of the invention.
Once the user selects the current scanning apparatus 11 through the scan list display section 321, the scan setting screen further displays the parameter display setting section 323. As shown in fig. 7, in the parameter display setting section 323, the attribute display box 324 displays the scan parameter attribute corresponding to the current scanner 11 stored in the scanner information storage section 31, so that the user selects the scan parameter to be set, such as setting of scan resolution, necessity of double-sided scanning, scan image format, necessary gradation, and the like, in the input box 325 based on the scan parameter attribute.
The scan image display screen is used for displaying when the user selects an image viewing operation, and displays the scan image stored in the scan image storage unit 41 on the screen to allow the user to confirm the current scan result of the scanner 11.
The input display unit 33 is used for displaying the above-mentioned screens, so that the user can complete the corresponding human-computer interaction through the screens.
The scan history information storage unit 34 stores user identification information of the user, and scanner identification information and the number of uses of the scanner 11 used by the user. In the present embodiment, the user identification information is identification information such as the employee number and name of the user, and the number of times of use is the number of times the scanner 11 has been used by the user in the past.
The scan processing device 12 stores therein user identification information input by the user at the time of login as login information, and the use number acquiring unit 35 specifies the current user based on the login information and acquires the corresponding scan device identification information and the number of uses from the scan history information storing unit 34. The input display portion 33 displays the scan list display portion 321, and displays the scanner identification information of the corresponding scanner 11 in order according to the number of uses acquired by the number-of-uses acquisition portion 35.
The use count counting unit 36 counts the number of times the user uses the current scanning device 11 as the number of uses after the user designates the current scanning device 11 to scan through the scan setting screen, and updates and stores the number of uses in the scan history information storage unit 34 based on the scanning device identification information of the current scanning device 11.
The parameter attribute determining unit 37 is configured to determine whether the scan parameter input by the user corresponds to the scan parameter attribute of the current scanning apparatus 11, for example, determine whether the resolution parameter input by the user is within a maximum resolution range supported by the current scanning apparatus 11, if the resolution parameter exceeds the maximum resolution range, the parameter attribute determining unit 37 determines that the scan parameter does not correspond to the scan parameter attribute, and display a setting error prompt on the scan setting screen through the input display unit 33, so as to prompt the user to reset the scan parameter.
When the user selects the current scanning device 11 through the scan setting screen and the parameter attribute determination unit 37 determines that the scan parameter input by the user corresponds to the scan parameter attribute, the scan job generation unit 38 generates scan job information based on the scan parameter. In this embodiment, the scan task information is an XML file conforming to the eSCL protocol, and the scanning device 11 can identify the scan parameters in the XML file and execute the scan task.
After the scan Job generating unit 38 generates the scan Job information, the processing and communicating unit 42 transmits a "ScanJobs" command to the current scanning device 11 via the http/https protocol according to the address information, so that the scanning unit 22 of the current scanning device 11 puts the scan Job information into the queue to be executed, generates Job identification information (Job ID), and transmits the Job identification information (Job ID) back to the scan processing device 12 via the http/https protocol.
When the processing and communication unit 42 receives the job identification information returned from the current scanning apparatus 11, the scan job information temporary storage unit 39 temporarily stores the job identification information in association with the scanning apparatus identification information and address information of the current scanning apparatus 11 and the scan job information generated by the scan job generation unit 38.
Next, after the scanning unit 22 of the current scanning device 11 executes the scanning job information and completes scanning of the document to be scanned, and the scanned image temporary storage unit 24 temporarily stores the scanned image converted by the scanned image conversion unit 23, the scanning control unit 26 sends a scanning completion message to the scanning processing device 12. Upon receiving the scan completion message, the processing communication unit 42 acquires the scan image corresponding to the document to be scanned from the scan image temporary storage unit 24 of the current scanning device according to the task identification information, the scanning device identification information, and the address information temporarily stored in the scan task information temporary storage unit 39.
In the present embodiment, the scanned image acquiring unit 40 acquires the scanned image temporarily stored in the current scanning device by using the http/https protocol via the processing communication unit 42 by using the Job ID and adding the pointing portrait data command "NextDocument" conforming to the eSCL protocol.
The scanned image storage unit 41 stores the scanned image acquired by the scanned image acquisition unit 40.
In this embodiment, when the user needs to confirm the scanning result, the user can confirm, view, and use the scanned image stored in the scanned image storage unit 41 through the scanned image display screen displayed on the input display unit 33.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a scanning process performed by the scanning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, when the user starts the scan processing apparatus 12, the flow of the scan processing procedure of the scan processing apparatus 12 includes the following steps:
step S1-1, the processing communication unit 42 performs multicast in the communication network 13 via mDNS to acquire scanning device identification information and address information of all online scanning devices 11, and then proceeds to step S1-2;
step S1-2, the input display unit 33 displays a scan setting screen, and displays the scanning device identification information of all the scanning devices 11 acquired in step S1-1 on the screen, so that the user can select at least one scanning device 11 as the current scanning device 11, and then the process proceeds to step S1-3;
step S1-3, the input display part 33 further displays the scanning attribute parameters corresponding to the current scanning device 11 on the scanning setting screen for the user to view, thereby allowing the user to set the required scanning parameters, and then the process goes to step S1-4;
step S1-4, the parameter attribute determining part 37 determines whether the scan parameter inputted by the user corresponds to the scan parameter attribute of the current scanning device 11, if yes, step S1-5 is proceeded, otherwise, step S1-3 is returned to let the user reset;
step S1-5, the scan job generating part 38 generates scan job information conforming to the eSCL protocol based on the scan parameters set in step S1-3, and then proceeds to step S1-6;
at step S1-6, the processing communication part 42 transmits the scanning job information generated at step S1-5 to the corresponding current scanning apparatus 11 based on the address information, receives the job identification information transmitted back from the scanning part 22 of the current scanning apparatus 11, and then proceeds to step S1-7;
step S1-7, the scan job information temporary storage unit 39 temporarily stores the job identification information, the scanning device identification information and the address information of the current scanning device 11, and the scan job information generated by the scan job generation unit 38, and then proceeds to step S1-8;
step S1-8, the processing communication unit 42 receives a scan completion message sent after the current scanning device 11 completes scanning, the scanned image obtaining unit 40 obtains the scanned image corresponding to the document to be scanned from the scanned image temporary storage unit 24 of the current scanning device according to the task identification information, the scanning device identification information and the address information temporarily stored in the scanning task information temporary storage unit 39, and then step S1-9 is performed;
step S1-9, the scanned image storage unit 41 stores the scanned image acquired in step S1-8, and then the process goes to step S1-10;
in step S1-10, the input display unit 33 displays the scanned image display screen and displays the scanned image stored in the scanned image storage unit 41 on the screen for the user to perform processing, and then enters the end state.

In the first embodiment, after the scanning unit of the scanning device acquires the scan data, the scan image converting unit converts the scan data into a scan image corresponding to the scan image format according to the scan job information, and the scan processing device directly acquires the scan image corresponding to the file format preset by the user. As shown in fig. 10, the current scanner selecting unit 44 includes a scan parameter acquiring unit 431, a searching unit 432, a candidate judging unit 433, and a selecting unit 434.
The scan parameter acquiring unit 431 is used for acquiring scan parameters input by a user.
The retrieval unit 432 is configured to retrieve the scanning-device information storage unit 31 and acquire the scanning parameter attribute of each scanning device.
The candidate determination unit 433 sequentially determines whether the scan parameter attribute of each online scanning apparatus 11 corresponds to the scan parameter, and takes the scanning apparatus 11 determined to correspond as a candidate scanning apparatus.
The selecting unit 434 is configured to select one candidate scanning device from the candidate scanning devices as the current scanning device 11 according to a predetermined scanning device selection rule.
In the second embodiment, the predetermined selected rule is: the corresponding number of uses is acquired from the scan history information storage unit 34 based on the scanning apparatus identification information of the candidate scanning apparatus and the user identification information of the user who is currently using the candidate scanning apparatus, and the candidate scanning apparatus with the highest number of uses is taken as the current scanning apparatus 11.
Next, the current scanning device determination section displays the scanning device identification information of the current scanning device 11 selected by the current scanning device selection section 44, thereby letting the user confirm whether or not to perform scanning using the current scanning device 11.

Fig. 11 is a flowchart of a scanning process performed by the scanning apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

step S2-5, the scan task generating part 38 generates the scan task information following the eSCL protocol according to the scan parameters set in the step S2-4, and then the step S2-6 is proceeded;
at step S2-6, the processing communication part 42 transmits the scanning job information generated at step S2-5 to the corresponding current scanning apparatus 11 according to the address information, receives the job identification information transmitted back from the scanning part 22 of the current scanning apparatus 11, and then proceeds to step S2-7;
step S2-7, the scan job information temporary storage unit 39 temporarily stores the job identification information, the scanning device identification information and the address information of the current scanning device 11, and the scan job information generated by the scan job generation unit 38, and then proceeds to step S2-8;
step S2-8, the processing communication unit 42 receives the scan completion message sent after the current scanning device 11 completes scanning, the scanned image obtaining unit 40 obtains the scanned image corresponding to the document to be scanned from the scanned image temporary storage unit 24 of the current scanning device according to the temporary storage task identification information, the scanning device identification information and the address information in the temporary storage task information storage unit 39, and then the step S2-9 is performed;
step S2-9, the scanned image storage unit 41 stores the scanned image acquired in step S2-8, and then the process proceeds to step S2-10;
in step S2-10, the input display unit 33 displays the scanned image display screen and displays the scanned image stored in the scanned image storage unit 41 on the screen for the user to perform processing, and then enters the end state.

In the second embodiment, after the candidate scanning devices whose scanning parameter attributes correspond to the scanning parameters are screened out, the current scanning device selecting part may select one candidate scanning device with the highest number of usage times from the past number of usage times of each scanning device by the user as the current scanning device.
The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the description of the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the first embodiment described above, the scan list display section of the scan setting screen displays the scanner identification information in order according to the number of times of use by the user. In another embodiment of the present invention, the scanner identification information may be displayed directly without sorting.
For example, in the first embodiment, the scan list display portion of the scan setting screen displays only the scanning device identification information, and further displays the scan parameter attribute after the user selects the current scanning device. In other aspects of the present invention, the scan parameter attributes of the respective scanning apparatuses may also be displayed simultaneously in the scan list display portion, so that the user can select a desired scanning apparatus according to the scan parameter attributes.
For example, in the second embodiment, the predetermined selection rule of the current scanning device selection section is to select the scanning device having the highest number of uses from the candidate scanning devices as the current scanning device. In other aspects of the present invention, the predetermined selection rule may also select the current scanning device in other manners, such as selecting an idle candidate scanning device as the current scanning device according to the working state of the scanning device.
For example, in the first and second embodiments, the scanning devices are scanners produced by different models and manufacturers, however, in other aspects of the present invention, the scanning devices may be a plurality of scanners of the same model and manufacturer but different individuals.

Claims (10)

1. A scan processing apparatus communicatively coupled to a plurality of different scanning apparatuses, respectively, comprising:
a scanning device information storage unit that stores scanning device identification information, corresponding address information, and scanning parameter attributes for each of the scanning devices;
a picture storage part for storing a scan setting picture;
an input display part for displaying the scanning setting picture and displaying the scanning device identification information stored in the scanning device information storage part to enable a user to select at least one scanning device as a current scanning device, and further displaying the scanning parameter attribute of the current scanning device after the user selects the scanning device to enable the user to set the required scanning parameters;
a scan job generating unit configured to generate scan job information based on the scan parameter set by the user;
the processing communication part is used for sending the scanning task information to the corresponding current scanning device according to the address information, so that the current scanning device scans a file to be scanned to obtain a corresponding scanning image, and further receiving task identification information sent back by the current scanning device when the scanning task is received;
a scanned image acquiring unit configured to acquire the scanned image corresponding to the document to be scanned from the corresponding current scanning device based on the task identification information and the address information; and
and a scanned image storage unit for storing the scanned image.
2. The scan processing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the current scanning device selection part selects,
wherein the scan setting screen further has a parameter input section,
the parameter input part is used for the user to input the required scanning parameters,
once the user confirms the input of the scanning parameters, the current scanning device selection section retrieves the scanning device information storage section according to the scanning parameters and selects a scanning device corresponding to the scanning parameters according to the scanning parameter attributes as the current scanning device.

a selecting unit that selects one of the candidate scanning devices as the current scanning device according to a predetermined scanning device selection rule from among the candidate scanning devices.
4. The scan processing apparatus of claim 3, further comprising:
a scan history information storage unit for storing user identification information of the user, and scanning device identification information and the number of uses of the scanning device used by the user,
wherein the predetermined selected rule is:
acquiring the corresponding number of uses from the scan history information storage section on the basis of the scanning apparatus identification information of the candidate scanning apparatus and the user identification information of a user who is currently using the candidate scanning apparatus, and regarding the candidate scanning apparatus with the highest number of uses as the current scanning apparatus.
5. The scan processing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a scan history information storage unit that stores user identification information of the user, and scanning device identification information and the number of uses of the scanning device used by the user; and
a usage number acquisition section that acquires the corresponding scanning device identification information and usage number from the scanning history information storage section based on user identification information of a current user,
when the input display part displays the scanning device identification information in the scanning setting picture, the scanning device identification information is displayed in sequence according to the use times from high to low, and therefore the user can select at least one scanning device as the current scanning device.
6. The scan processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein:
when the input display part displays the scanning device identification information in the scanning setting picture, the scanning parameter attribute of each scanning device is correspondingly displayed, so that the user can select at least one scanning device as the current scanning device according to the scanning parameter attribute.
7. A scanning system, comprising:
the scanning devices are used for enabling a user to scan the files to be scanned, which are waiting for scanning; and
the scanning processing device is held by the user and is respectively in communication connection with the scanning device;
wherein the scan processing apparatus is the scan processing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The scanning system of claim 7, wherein:
wherein the scanning parameters set by the user at least comprise a scanning image format,
the scanning device has:
the scanning part scans the file to be scanned according to the scanning task information to obtain corresponding scanning data;
a scan image conversion unit configured to convert the scan data into the scan image corresponding to the scan image format based on the scan job information; and
a scanned image temporary storage section for temporarily storing the scanned image,
the scanned image acquiring unit acquires the scanned image from the scanned image buffer unit of the corresponding scanning device based on the job identification information and the address information.
9. A scan processing method, comprising the steps of:
a scanning device information storage step of storing scanning device identification information, corresponding address information, and scanning parameter attributes of a plurality of different scanning devices;
an input display step of displaying a scan setting screen and displaying the stored scanning device identification information to enable a user to select at least one scanning device as a current scanning device, and further displaying the scanning parameter attribute of the current scanning device after the user selects the scanning parameter attribute to enable the user to set a required scanning parameter;
a scanning task generating step of generating scanning task information according to the scanning parameters set by the user;
a communication processing step, in which the scanning task information is sent to the corresponding current scanning device according to the address information, the current scanning device scans a file to be scanned to obtain a corresponding scanning image, and further receives task identification information sent back by the current scanning device when the scanning task is received;
a scanned image obtaining step of obtaining the scanned image corresponding to the file to be scanned from the corresponding current scanning device based on the task identification information and the address information; and
and a scanned image storage step of storing the scanned image.
10. A computer-readable medium recording a computer program for causing a map scan processing apparatus, which is communicatively connected to a plurality of different scanning apparatuses, respectively, to execute:
a scanning device information storage step of storing scanning device identification information, corresponding address information, and scanning parameter attributes of each of the scanning devices;
an input display step of displaying a scan setting screen and displaying the stored scanning device identification information to enable a user to select at least one scanning device as a current scanning device, and further displaying the scanning parameter attribute of the current scanning device after the user selects the scanning parameter attribute to enable the user to set a required scanning parameter;
a scanning task generating step of generating scanning task information according to the scanning parameters set by the user;
a communication processing step, in which the scanning task information is sent to the corresponding current scanning device according to the address information, the current scanning device scans a file to be scanned to obtain a corresponding scanning image, and further receives task identification information sent back by the current scanning device when the scanning task is received;
a scanned image obtaining step of obtaining the scanned image corresponding to the file to be scanned from the corresponding current scanning device based on the task identification information and the address information; and
and a scanned image storage step of storing the scanned image.
