The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a credit card client identification method, which is applied to a human-computer interaction device, where the human-computer interaction device is used to enter user information, and the method includes:
s11: receiving first voice information of a first client;
s12: and storing the first voice information in a credit card chip so that the POS machine reads the first voice information in the chip, comparing the first voice information with second voice information sent by the client to obtain a first comparison result, and judging whether a second client corresponding to the client is the first client according to the first comparison result.
In the above embodiment, the first speech information and the second speech information include the sound characteristic and the second sound characteristic of the first client. The characteristics of the sound include: tone, pronunciation, biting, etc. A common sound contrast technique is voiceprint contrast. The application does not specifically limit the specific techniques of the comparison. In the above embodiment, the credit card may be replaced with a bank card or the like.
Illustratively, when a customer transacts a credit card, firstly, inputting own voice information into the human-computer interaction device, inputting first voice information of the customer into a voiceprint package in a credit card chip in the process of making the credit card, when the customer swipes the credit card on a POS machine, sending current second voice information of the customer to the POS machine, and comparing the first voice information with the second voice information by the POS machine so as to judge whether the customer who swipes the POS machine is the holder of the credit card.
In the implementation process, in order to prevent the credit card of the customer from being stolen, the first voice information of the first customer is received in advance, the first voice information is stored in the credit card chip machine, when the second customer swipes the card on the POS machine, the POS machine receives the second voice information from the customer terminal, compares the first voice information with the second voice information to obtain a first comparison result, and judges whether the second customer using the credit card currently is the first customer holding the credit card according to the first comparison result. Because everyone's sound has uniqueness, compare in the mode that prior art used the password to operate, above-mentioned method can prevent effectively that the credit card from being embezzled, protects customer's property safety, also further avoids the customer because the trouble that the breach brought improves customer experience.
In order to improve the detection accuracy, in one possible embodiment, a plurality of fixed sentences are preset, the first voice information is pronunciation information of the fixed sentences about a user, and the step of receiving the first voice information of the first client comprises:
acquiring first pronunciation information of a first client about a fixed statement;
and storing the first pronunciation information in the POS machine so that the POS machine can obtain a third comparison result according to the second pronunciation information sent by the first pronunciation information client side, and judging whether the second client is the first client or not according to the third comparison result.
Illustratively, the fixed statements include: "i am XXXX (customer name), i am about to identify" etc., the customer may enter first speech information corresponding to the one or more statements while transacting the credit card. And storing the first voice information into the POS machine. When a customer swipes a credit card, the second voice information is spoken by the customer terminal, the POS machine receives the second voice information received by the customer terminal, and whether the customer who swipes the credit card is the holder of the credit card at present is judged according to the first voice information and the second voice information.
In a possible implementation manner, after receiving the second voice message sent by the client, obtaining a sentence original text corresponding to the second voice message according to the second voice message, determining whether the sentence original text is a fixed sentence, and if not, directly confirming that the second client is not the first client. If yes, the first voice message is further compared with the second voice message.
In one possible embodiment, the fixed sentence has a plurality, and the fixed sentence corresponding to the second speech may be one of the plurality of fixed sentences.
In the above embodiment, it is considered that the existing voiceprint recognition technology requires more computing resources, and the voiceprint recognition technology has higher accuracy when comparing the same sentence.
Considering that the human voice characteristics may differ from one physical condition to another and from one age to another, in one possible embodiment, to improve the recognition accuracy of the POS machine, the method further comprises:
receiving first fingerprint information of a first client;
and storing the first fingerprint information in a credit card chip so that the POS machine reads the first fingerprint information in the chip, comparing the first fingerprint information with second fingerprint information sent by the client to obtain a second comparison result, and judging whether a second client corresponding to the client is the first client or not according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
In the above embodiment, the fingerprint is a line formed by concave-convex skin on the finger pulp at the end of the human finger. Image recognition, machine learning algorithms including, but not limited to, neural networks, support vector machines, etc., may be employed for fingerprint recognition. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific image recognition algorithm and the machine learning algorithm. The new scheme formed by adding or changing the method for identifying the fingerprint information on the basis of the embodiment of the application still belongs to the protection scope of the claims.
In the implementation process, considering that the voice of a person may change due to physical conditions and age, in order to reduce the misjudgment rate of the POS machine, first fingerprint information is introduced and stored in the credit card chip, the first fingerprint information is compared with second fingerprint information of a second client sent by a client during card swiping to obtain a second comparison result, and finally whether the second client is a first client of a credit card holder is judged according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result. Based on the embodiment, the judgment is carried out by a plurality of methods, so that the identification accuracy of the POS to the second customer is improved, the property loss of the customer is avoided, and the default dispute caused by embezzlement of the customer is avoided.
In the above embodiments, the credit card may be a chip credit card, and is characterized in that in addition to a traditional magnetic stripe recognition system, a highly integrated chip is also used as an information carrier, thereby laying a solid foundation for the security and function expansion of the credit card. The domestic industry has also led to the introduction of chip credit cards.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, the present application provides a method for identifying a credit card user, applied to a POS machine, including:
s21: responding to a card swiping signal of a credit card, and acquiring first voice information of a first customer from a credit card chip;
s22: responding to a connection signal of the client, and establishing connection with the client;
s23: receiving second voice information of a second client sent by the client;
s24: comparing the first voice information with the second voice information to obtain a first comparison result;
s25: and judging whether the second client is the first client or not according to the first comparison result.
The definitions and descriptions of various related terms in the above embodiments are already set forth in embodiment 1, and are not described here.
It is understood that, in the above embodiments, the POS has a communication function, and can receive information sent by the client. The POS machine can have communication connection functions such as Bluetooth and WIFI, and the connection method of the POS machine is not limited in the embodiment of the application. The client can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like, and the client also has a communication function.
For example, when a customer transacts a credit card, first voice information is input at a bank or a credit card transaction place, and a machine for making the credit card stores the first voice information into a chip of the credit card when making the credit card. When a customer wants to swipe a card, firstly, connection is established between the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and the POS machine with the Bluetooth function, second voice information is input in modes of APP or webpage and the like, the customer terminal sends the second voice information to the POS machine, the POS machine compares the first voice information with the second voice information to obtain a first comparison result, and whether the customer currently swiping the card is the customer holding a credit card or not is judged based on the first comparison result. It will be appreciated that when the POS determines that the customer swiping the card is a customer holding a credit card, a balance deduction is made for the credit card, otherwise the deduction is refused.
It can be understood that the client can also send the second voice information to the POS machine through other communication modes, for example, WIFI and the like, and can also send the information to the background server at first, and the server sends the information to the POS machine again, so that the background server can perform legal verification on the second voice information at first, and the POS machine is prevented from being damaged by viruses.
After rejection of the deduction, an alarm message may be sent to.
In the above embodiment, the customer holding the credit card refers to a legitimate customer applying for the credit card.
In order to improve the accuracy of the detection, in one possible embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving second fingerprint information of a second client sent by the client;
comparing the second fingerprint information of the second client with the first fingerprint information of the first client to obtain a second comparison sub-result;
the step of judging whether the second client is the first client according to the first comparison result comprises the following steps:
and judging whether a second client corresponding to the client is the first client or not according to the first comparison result and the second comparison sub-result.
It should be noted that the comparison result of the present application is based on different algorithms, the recognition modes are different, the specific forms are different, and when the algorithm whose output result is binary is used for voice recognition or fingerprint recognition, the output result is in two cases. When the speech recognition or fingerprint recognition is performed by using an algorithm whose output result is diversified, the output may be various, for example, the speech recognition or fingerprint recognition is performed by using a machine learning algorithm, so as to obtain the similarity between the first fingerprint information and the second fingerprint information, and the comparison result may be a numerical value. Judging whether the second client is the second client or not according to the comparison result has multiple modes, when the algorithm output result is the similarity, a threshold value can be set, when the comparison result is greater than the threshold value, the second client is judged to be the first client, otherwise, the second client is judged not to be the first client.
In the implementation process, considering that the voice of a person may change due to physical conditions and age, in order to reduce the misjudgment rate of the POS machine, first fingerprint information is introduced, the first fingerprint information is stored in a credit card chip, the first fingerprint information is compared with second fingerprint information of a second client sent by a client during card swiping to obtain a second comparison result, and finally whether the second client is a first client of a credit card holder is judged according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result. Based on the embodiment, the judgment is carried out through multiple methods, so that the identification accuracy of the POS to the second customer is improved, the property loss of the customer is avoided, and the default dispute of the customer due to embezzlement is avoided.
Further, an embodiment of the present application provides a first method for determining whether a second customer is a first customer according to a first comparison result and a second comparison result:
judging whether the first comparison result is greater than a first preset threshold value or not;
if so, judging whether the second comparison result is larger than a second preset threshold value or not; if not, judging that the second client is not the first client;
and if the second comparison result is smaller than a second preset threshold value, judging that the second client is not the first client.
It can be understood that the first comparison algorithm and the second comparison algorithm output by the algorithm are both in numerical form such as similarity.
Further, an embodiment of the present application provides a second method for determining whether a second customer is a first customer according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result:
and if the first comparison result and the second comparison result are both similar, judging that the second client is the first client, otherwise, judging that the second client is not the first client.
Preferably, an embodiment of the present application provides a third method for determining whether the second customer is the first customer according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result:
multiplying the first comparison result by a first weight value to obtain a first result value;
multiplying the second comparison result by a second weight value to obtain a second result value;
adding the first result value and the second result value to obtain a third result value;
judging whether the third result value is larger than a third preset threshold value or not, and if so, judging that the second customer is the first customer; if not, the second client is judged to be not the first client.
Wherein, the first weight value and the second weight value are obtained by training.
In the above embodiment, it is considered that the acquisition difficulty of the second fingerprint information is relatively high, and it is difficult to acquire complete second fingerprint information of the second client in a short time, so that the first comparison result and the second comparison result are multiplied by their weight values respectively to obtain the first result value and the second result value, the first result value is only added to the second result value to obtain the third result value, and the third result value is determined to determine whether the second client is the first client.

s31: establishing connection with a POS machine;
s32: receiving second voice information of a second client;
s33: and sending the second voice information to the POS machine so that the POS machine compares the second voice information with the first voice information of the first customer corresponding to the credit card to obtain a first comparison result, and judging whether the second customer is the first customer or not according to the first comparison result.
Based on the embodiment, the judgment is carried out by a plurality of methods, so that the identification accuracy of the POS to the second customer is improved, the property loss of the customer is avoided, and the default dispute caused by embezzlement of the customer is avoided.
Illustratively, when the second customer wants to swipe the card, a connection is first established with the POS machine, which may be a bluetooth connection or the like, and then the second voice message is sent to the POS machine through the connection, waiting for the POS to return the result.
In a possible implementation, further, the method further comprises:
receiving second fingerprint information of a second client;
and sending the second fingerprint information to the POS machine so that the POS machine compares the second voice information with the first fingerprint information of the first customer corresponding to the credit card to obtain a second comparison result, and judging whether the second customer is the first customer or not according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
