Abstract

本发明提供了一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,金属背板弯折形成U型槽,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板插入U型槽内,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有灯条,下扩散片的靠近灯条的端部上设有白条。与现有技术相比,该模组结构将灯条直接与导光板入光面贴合,并在下扩散片靠近灯条的端部设置白条,防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内形成亮线,并避免在做微跌实验时出现划伤导光板的现象。

Description

一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别是一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构。
背景技术
LCM液晶显示器以其图像清晰细腻,不闪烁,不伤眼,无辐射,低功耗,更轻薄等众多优点而取代了传统的CRT阴极射线管显示器,备受广大消费者青睐。目前较多应用于电子表,手机,PDA,掌上游戏机,学习机,GPS导航仪,数码照相机,数码摄影机,电脑显示器和电视机等,在汽车,医疗,军事等高可靠性要求领域也均有应用。其中较好的背光导光板固定装置,可以在日常应用中产品的耐温性能更好,产品发光效率更高更节能。
目前,传统的LCM液晶显示模组结构如图1至图3所示,一般包括FOG液晶显示屏1、口字胶2、上增光片3、下增光片4、下扩散片5、胶框6、导光板7、灯条(LB)8、白膜9及金属背板10,金属背板10弯折形成U型槽,下扩散片5与组件半成品(胶框6-金属背板10的组装品),当作业员在进行组装时下扩散片5时容易插到金属背板10,同时整机在做机械测试时上增光片3、下增光片4、下扩散片5有膜移位插到金属背板10,从而导致产口出现亮线问题点,另外下扩散片5与口字胶2中间间隙过大,产品做微跌实验时容易出现划伤导光板7现象,导致整机白斑问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,能防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内,从而提高整机可靠性的LCM液晶显示模组。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,金属背板弯折形成U型槽,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板插入U型槽内,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,背光膜材包括依次层叠的下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片和口字胶,导光板处于下扩散片的背面,其特征在于,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有灯条,下扩散片的靠近灯条的端部上设有用于防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内的白条。
优选地,所述白条中间做预断线。
更优选地,所述口字胶与下扩散片上白条相粘。
优选地,所述白条采用塑料材料制成。
优选地,所述FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
更优选地,所述线路板为FPC或PCBA。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,将灯条直接与导光板入光面贴合,并在下扩散片的靠近灯条的端部设置白条,防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内形成亮线,并避免在做微跌实验时出现划伤导光板的现象,从而提高整机可靠性的LCM液晶显示模组。

具体实施方式
根据附图对本发明提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
如图4至图6所示,该防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构包括FOG液晶显示屏1、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框6以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板10,金属背板10弯折形成U型槽101,所述背光膜组包括导光板7,导光板7插入U型槽101内,导光板7的背面设有反射片11,导光板7的正面设有背光膜材,导光板7前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有灯条LB8;背光膜材装入胶框6内,背光膜材包括依次层叠的下扩散片5、下增光片4、上增光片3和口字胶2,导光板7处于下扩散片5的背面,下扩散片5的靠近灯条的端部上设有用于防止上增光片3、下增光片4、下扩散片5进入金属背板U型槽101内的白条501,这样防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内形成亮线,并避免在做微跌实验时出现划伤导光板的现象,从而提高整机可靠性的LCM液晶显示模组。
所述白条501中间做预断线;所述口字胶2与下扩散片5上白条501相粘,防止下扩散片5出现挪动移位。所述白条501采用塑料材料制成。
所述FOG液晶显示屏1包括Cell(液晶面板)、pol(偏光片)、IC(芯片)以及线路板。该线路板为FPC(柔性线路板)或PCBA(印刷电路板)。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

1.一种防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属背板,金属背板弯折形成U型槽,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板插入U型槽内,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,背光膜材包括依次层叠的下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片和口字胶,导光板处于下扩散片的背面,其特征在于,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有灯条,下扩散片的靠近灯条的端部上设有用于防止上增光片、下增光片、下扩散片进入金属背板U型槽内的白条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述白条中间做预断线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述口字胶与下扩散片上白条相粘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述白条采用塑料材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防止膜材错位的LCM液晶显示模组结构,其特征在于:所述FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
