It will be understood by those skilled in the art that other driving structures may be used to drive the first sliding clamp 401 and the second sliding clamp 402 to move relatively, for example, a separate air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder is used for driving, or a conventional motor or a linear motor is used for driving, and the present embodiment does not limit the driving structure of the first sliding clamp 401 and the second sliding clamp 402.

In this embodiment, the first clamping jaw 406 and the second clamping jaw 407 provide clamping force for the radial direction of the cigarette cartridge 60, and the first sliding clamping plate 401 and the second sliding clamping plate 402 are disposed on the outer periphery of the cigarette cartridge 60 and can move along the tangential direction of the cigarette cartridge 60 to drive the cigarette cartridge 60 to rotate, so when the first clamping jaw 406 and the second clamping jaw 407 clamp the cigarette cartridge 60, the stability of clamping the cigarette cartridge 60 can be ensured, the cigarette cartridge 60 is prevented from falling off accidentally, and meanwhile, when the first sliding clamping plate 401 and the second sliding clamping plate 402 move, the friction between the sliding clamping plate and the cigarette cartridge 60 is improved by the radial force provided by the first clamping jaw 406 and the second clamping jaw 407, the cigarette cartridge 60 can be separated from the heating device 20 in a rotating manner, and the residual cut tobacco is reduced when the cigarette cartridge 60 is pulled out.
In one embodiment, the first jaw 406 and the second jaw 407 are driven by a first drive to translate relative to each other to grip the cartridge 60. Specifically, the first driving member may be a first cylinder 408, two ends of the first cylinder 408 are respectively installed on the first clamping jaw 406 and the second clamping jaw 407, and the first clamping jaw 406 and/or the second clamping jaw 407 are driven to move relatively by the extension and contraction of the first cylinder 408, so as to apply a radial clamping force to the cartridge 60 or release the clamping of the cartridge 60.

In another embodiment, the anti-slip layer 410 may be an anti-slip rubber layer disposed on the surface of the first sliding clamping plate 401 and the second sliding clamping plate 402, and since the anti-slip rubber layer is in flexible contact with the cartridge 60, the cartridge 60 can be prevented from being clamped by excessive force, which may cause the cartridge 60 to break and damage when the cartridge 60 is pulled out. In the embodiment, the anti-slip layer 410 is arranged to ensure that the cigarette cartridge 60 is in a rotating and pulling-out state when the cigarette cartridge 60 is pulled out, so that friction is reduced, and cut tobacco residue is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the heating device 20 includes a cigarette lifter 201 and a heating rod 202, the cigarette lifter 201 is detachably disposed on the heating rod 202, and the cartridge 60 can be installed in the cigarette lifter 201 and driven by a holder of the cartridge 60 to rotate and disengage from the cigarette lifter 201. Preferably, the smoking set is used as a part of the heating device 20, that is, the smoke extractor 201 and the heating rod 202 form a split smoking set, when the cartridge 60 is pulled out, the smoke extractor 201 is taken out together with the cartridge 60 in the normal practice, and then the smoke extractor 201 and the cartridge 60 are separated, so that the tobacco shreds of the cartridge 60 can be effectively prevented from being left in the smoking set, and the problem that the tobacco shreds are inconvenient to clean is solved. The cigarette lifter 201 has a through hole penetrating forward and backward, and the cartridge 60 is inserted into the through hole. The heating rod 202 is generally a battery, a circuit board, and a heating element, which is generally cylindrical or sheet-like. During smoking, the cartridge 60 is inserted into the smoke extractor 201, and the heat generating body is inserted into the cartridge 60. After opening the smoking set switch, the battery supplies power for heating rod 202 through the circuit board, and heating rod 202 generates heat and toasts a cigarette, can suck after reaching the preheating time of settlement, and heating rod 202 still can toast a cigarette after the preheating time. As shown in fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the heating device 20 further comprises a smoke lifter grip 203 and a smoke lifter drive 204, the smoke lifter grip 203 for gripping the smoke lifter 201, the smoke lifter drive 204 capable of driving the smoke lifter grip 203 to disengage from the heating rod 202. The smoke lifter clamp 203 has a first clamp portion 205 and a second clamp portion 206. The first clamping portion 205 and the second clamping portion 206 are driven by the first cylinder 408, and the first clamping portion 205 is used for clamping the cigarette lifter 201, so that the cigarette lifter 201 is conveniently separated from the heating rod 202. The second clamping portion 206 is used for clamping the cartridge 60, the inner side of the second clamping portion 206 is an arc surface, and the clamping force of the second clamping portion 206 is smaller than that of the first clamping portion 205, so that the cartridge 60 is separated from the cigarette extractor 201 by the clamping piece of the cartridge 60.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the loading mechanism 30 can move between a loading position and a loading position, the heating device 20 can move between an initial position, a suction position, and a discharge position, when the loading mechanism 30 reaches the loading position, the trough of the loading mechanism 30 is aligned with the heating device 20 at the initial position (aligned with the position of the smoke extractor 201 in conjunction with the previous embodiment), the cartridge 60 is pushed into the heating device 20, and then the loading mechanism 30 returns to the loading position, and the heating device 20 moves from the initial position to the suction position for suction. The first clamping portion 205 and the second clamping portion 206 move to the blanking position, and simultaneously drive the cigarette lifter 201 and the cigarette cartridge 60 to be separated from the heating rod 202 together, the cigarette cartridge 60 clamping member starts the first air cylinder 408 to drive the first clamping jaw 406 and the second clamping jaw 407 to radially clamp the cigarette cartridge 60, and then starts the second air cylinder 409 to drive the first sliding clamp plate 401 and the second sliding clamp plate 402 to move reversely along the tangential direction of the cigarette cartridge 60 to rotate the cigarette cartridge 60, the first clamping portion 205 and the second clamping portion 206 return to the initial position, and the cigarette cartridge 60 rotates and is separated from the cigarette lifter 201, so that the cigarette returning process is completed.
As shown in FIG. 6, the present invention also discloses a heated cigarette animal exposure smoking machine comprising at least one heated cigarette cartridge 60 automatic loading experimental apparatus as disclosed in the previous embodiments, a smoking apparatus 50 and a smoke conveying pipeline; the suction device 50 comprises at least one suction mouth which connects the cartridges 60 to be heated to simulate the suction of the cartridges 60; the smoke delivery duct is connected to the suction device 50 and delivers smoke generated by the cartridge 60 to the animal exposure experiment apparatus. In one embodiment, the plurality of heated cigarette cartridges 60 are distributed circumferentially with the suction nozzles distributed circumferentially and corresponding to the respective heating devices 20, and when the heating devices 20 are loaded with cartridges 60 at an initial position, the cartridges 60 are moved to a suction position with the cartridges 60 inserted into the suction nozzles, the heating devices 20 are activated to heat the cartridges 60, and the suction devices 50 are simultaneously activated to draw the cartridges 60. This smoking machine can realize the process of automatic feeding, heating, suction, unloading of cigarette bullet 60, guarantees lasting, the stable output of flue gas, and the flue gas that produces cigarette bullet 60 is carried for outside animal and is exposed experimental apparatus.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic loading experimental device for heating cigarette cartridges is characterized by comprising
A magazine containing a plurality of cartridges, the magazine having a discharge port;
a heating device;
the feeding mechanism inserts the part of the cigarette bullet falling from the discharge hole into the heating device;
a blanking mechanism for clamping the cartridge to separate the cartridge from the heating device;
the blanking mechanism comprises a cigarette cartridge clamping piece, and the cigarette cartridge clamping piece can use the axle center of the cigarette cartridge as a rotation center to separate the cigarette cartridge from the heating device.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cartridge holder comprises a first slide clamp and a second slide clamp disposed opposite to each other around the outer circumference of the cartridge, and the first slide clamp and the second slide clamp are capable of moving in a tangential direction of the cartridge to rotate the cartridge.

The automatic loading experimental device for the heated cigarette cartridges according to claim 2, wherein the cartridge holder further comprises a fixing rod and a connecting rod, the connecting rod comprises a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove, a rotating connecting portion is arranged between the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, the rotating connecting portion is rotatably connected with the end portion of the fixing rod, the first sliding clamp plate and the second sliding clamp plate are respectively provided with a sliding pin which is slidably connected with the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, one end of the connecting rod can be driven to lift or descend and rotate around the rotating connecting portion to drive the first sliding clamp plate and the second sliding clamp plate to move along the tangential direction of the cartridges.

The automatic loading experimental device for the heated cigarette cartridges according to claim 3, wherein the cartridge holder further comprises a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw which are oppositely arranged, the first sliding clamp plate and the second sliding clamp plate are respectively slidably arranged on the clamping surfaces of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw facing the cartridges, and the first sliding clamp plate and the second sliding clamp plate can be respectively driven to slide along the clamping surfaces of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw so as to drive the cartridges to rotate.

The automatic loading experimental device for the heated cigarette cartridge as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are driven by a first driving member to realize relative translation so as to clamp the cartridge; and/or the connecting rod is driven by a second driving piece to drive the first sliding clamping plate and the second sliding clamping plate to move along the clamping surfaces of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw.
6. The automatic loading experimental device for the heated cigarette cartridges according to claim 2, wherein the first sliding clamp plate and the second sliding clamp plate are respectively provided with an anti-slip layer on the contact surface with the cartridges.

The automatic loading experimental device for the heated cigarette cartridges according to claim 1, wherein the heating device comprises a cartridge lifter and a heating rod, the cartridge lifter is detachably arranged on the heating rod, and the cartridges can be installed in the cartridge lifter and are driven by the cartridge holder to rotate and separate from the cartridge lifter.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a lifter clamp for clamping the lifter and a lifter drive capable of driving the lifter clamp to disengage from the heater rod.
