The vehicle equipment box according to claim 1, wherein the rain shield deployment locking mechanism comprises a deployment locking pin and a deployment locking groove, the deployment locking pin is of a stepped pin structure, the lower end of the stepped pin is vertically and fixedly connected with the center of the mounting seat, and the two ends of the mounting seat are respectively fixed on the lower parts of the inner side surfaces of the side plates at the two sides of the box body through fastening screws; the unfolding locking groove is a combined groove formed by connecting an unfolding round hole and the unfolding groove and is respectively positioned on one corner edge of the rainproof baffle, the diameter D2 of the end of the step pin is smaller than the diameter D2 of the unfolding round hole, and the diameter D3 of the neck of the step pin is smaller than the width B3 of the unfolding groove; when the rainproof baffle is unfolded and unlocked, the end of the step pin is respectively embedded into the corresponding unfolding round holes, and the neck of the step pin is respectively embedded into the unfolding grooves, so that the rainproof baffle is locked in the unfolding state.

The vehicle equipment cabinet of claim 1, wherein the bracket is a channel member, the upper end of the channel member extends out of the upper side of the cabinet, and is vertically fixed to the side plates of the cabinet through spaced bolt and nut sets, and the upper end of the bracket is fixedly connected to the inverted L-shaped cross beam of the lower side of the vehicle platform through the bolt and nut sets.

A1) Opening the cover plate: firstly, respectively loosening the hasps at the two sides of the cover plate, and then rotating the cover plate around the hinge axis of the box body at the upper side anticlockwise to open;
A2) remove the locking of being connected of rain-proof baffle and apron: rotating a locking plate of the storage locking pin, wherein a round tube pin body of the storage locking pin rotates around the center of the hollow rivet, so that the position of the locking plate is superposed with the storage locking groove; then the two rainproof baffles rotate around respective hinge axes respectively, and the two rainproof baffles sequentially pass through the containing locking pin and are opened to be vertical to the cover plate;
A3) rain-proof baffle locking is in the open mode: unfolding locking grooves of the rainproof baffle are respectively close to the stepped pin end heads at the lower parts of the side plates on the corresponding sides, the rainproof baffle is continuously rotated, so that the stepped pin end heads respectively extend into unfolding round holes of the unfolding locking grooves, then the cover plate is pushed upwards, the neck parts of the stepped pins are embedded into the unfolding locking grooves, the unfolding locking grooves continuously slide along with the upward pushing of the cover plate until the locking grooves are limited by the neck parts of the stepped pins, and the cover plate is locked in an opening state;

B3) closing and locking the cover plate: continuously pushing the cover plate downwards, and clockwise rotating the cover plate around the hinge axis of the box body on the upper side of the cover plate to close; then the two sides of the lower part of the cover plate are respectively buckled by hasps, and the cover plate is locked in a closed state.
