Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of construction, and more particularly, to a wall attachment fixing device for fixing a rail of a climbing frame.
Background
With the continuous development of building engineering, safety equipment in the aspect of building field is continuously updated, and in high-rise buildings, in order to reduce the distance between building sites and facilitate the operation of workers, a climbing frame is generally designed, and the climbing frame can be divided into hydraulic type, electric type, manual pull type and other main types according to the power source. The scaffold is a novel scaffold system developed in recent years and is mainly applied to high-rise shear wall type floors. It can climb up or down along the building. This system makes the scaffold technology completely improved: firstly, the frame does not need to be turned over; and secondly, the scaffold is free from the dismounting and mounting procedures (the scaffold is used until the construction is finished after one-time assembly), and is not limited by the height of a building, so that the manpower and the materials are greatly saved. And the scaffold has a great improvement on the traditional scaffold from the safety perspective, which has great development advantages in high-rise buildings.
The application of the creeper in the building industry is mature, and as a related accessory of the creeper, the arrangement of a wall-attached fixing device for fixing a guide rail of the creeper is very necessary.
Patent CN215564326U discloses a climbing frame capable of quickly adjusting and positioning a top support, which comprises a wall-attached fixing device, wherein the wall-attached fixing device is provided with a top support nut, a bottom top support and a fixing piece, and the head of the top support screw rod can make the top support screw rod rotate relative to the top support nut. However, the head of the jacking screw of this document can only be replaced if it is subjected to aged wear after long-term use.
In addition, the conventional wall-attached fixing device has a problem that the supporting device or the supporting nut is unstable when the supporting device or the supporting nut is used for fixing and supporting the guide rail of the climbing frame, because the guide rail supported by the supporting device has lateral movement, so that the supporting device is likely to fall off.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, there is a need for a wall-attachment fixture that overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks, that facilitates the replacement of important parts, and that on the other hand provides good support and restraint of the rails of the creeper.
The application provides an attach wall fixing device, it includes: a wall attachment bracket having a support protrusion; a clamping assembly fixedly connected to the wall attaching bracket; and a jack including a jack, a sleeve, and an adjusting screw, wherein an end of the adjusting screw of the jack is hingedly connected to the support protrusion, the sleeve is rotatably connected to the adjusting screw to adjust a distance between the sleeve and the wall attachment bracket in an axial direction of the adjusting screw, and the jack has a first blocking protrusion, a second blocking protrusion, and a bearing surface between the first blocking protrusion and the second blocking protrusion.
In some embodiments, the wall attachment bracket has a support plate on which two support protrusions are disposed spaced apart from each other, and the support protrusions have through holes.
Further, the adjusting screw includes a threaded portion and a connecting portion that are integrally formed, the connecting portion having a cylindrical shape and having a through hole configured to receive the jack pin such that the jack pin extends through the through hole of the support protrusion and the through hole of the connecting portion so that the connecting portion can rotate about an axis of the jack pin.
Further, a threaded portion of the adjusting screw is connected in threaded engagement with the sleeve.
In some embodiments, the sleeve of the jacking device is connected to the jacking by a fastener.
Further, the fastener is a screw.
In some embodiments, the top support is made of Q235 material.
In some embodiments, the top holder has a connection surface, and the top holder contacts the sleeve through the connection surface.
Further, the support surface is not parallel to the connection surface of the top support.
In certain embodiments, the first transition surface of the first blocking projection is adjacent the bearing surface and the second transition surface of the second blocking projection is adjacent the bearing surface, wherein the angle of the included angle between the first transition surface of the first blocking projection and the bearing surface is greater than or equal to 90 ° and the angle of the included angle between the second transition surface of the second blocking projection and the bearing surface is also greater than or equal to 90 °.
The present application enables a convenient replacement of the jacking by providing the jacking to be releasably connected to the sleeve. The provision of the jacking removably also facilitates servicing and maintenance relative to conventional one-piece designs, for example removal by twisting the fastener is particularly advantageous when the threaded engagement between the sleeve and the threaded rod is difficult to rotate due to rusting or being unprotected, resulting in the jacking being stuck in its operative condition (i.e. stuck in the track of the creeper) and thus unable to be removed.
In addition, another advantage of the present application is that the jacking has two blocking protrusions spaced apart from each other, which can limit the horizontal displacement of the rail supported on the supporting surface, thereby enhancing the stability of the use of the rail of the creeper.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a wall attachment fixture according to an embodiment of the present application, comprising a wall attachment bracket 10, an ejector 20 and a clamping assembly 30. Further, fig. 2 illustrates a working environment of a wall-attachment fixture according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1-2, the wall attachment fixture is mounted and attached to a creeper rail 80, and the creeper rail 80 has a plurality of spaced apart holes in its back for receiving the wall attachment fixture jacks 20 to complete the securement of the creeper rail. The wall attachment fixture clamp assembly 30 is arranged to surround at least a portion of the rail 80, and in particular to rest against opposite sides of the rail 80, so that the wall attachment fixture clamp assembly 30 can clamp the rail 80 to prevent the rail 80 from rocking laterally.
The wall attachment bracket 10 of the wall attachment fixture is used for attachment to a wall surface or the like, which is accomplished by an additional wall screw 60. Specifically, the wall attachment bracket 10 has a vertical flat surface parallel to the wall surface to be attached, and one or more holes, preferably two holes arranged centrally, are provided on the flat surface of the wall attachment bracket 10, so that a corresponding number (e.g., two) of wall penetrating screws 60 are provided to pass through the holes to fix the entire wall attachment fixture, thereby enabling smooth load bearing and transfer of the creeper. Optionally, a gasket with holes may also be provided between the wall surface to be attached and the flat surface of the wall attaching bracket 10. As an example, the wall-through screw adopts an 8.8-grade M30 screw, adopts a double-nut locking mode, and the specification of the gasket is 100mm multiplied by 10 mm.
The wall attachment bracket 10 of the wall attachment fixture has a horizontal (extending perpendicular to the wall surface) support plate on which two support protrusions 110 are provided spaced apart from each other, and the support protrusions 110 may be fixed to the support plate by, for example, welding, or may be formed integrally with the support plate. In other embodiments, the support tab 110 can also be secured to the support plate in a mechanical connection.
The support protrusion 110 of the wall attachment bracket 10 of the wall attachment fixture has a through hole for receiving the abutment 20 and allowing the abutment 20 to rotate in the through hole about a center line of the through hole, i.e., a rotation axis of the abutment 20 rotating with respect to the support protrusion 110 coincides with the center line of the through hole of the support protrusion 110.
Fig. 3 shows an ejection apparatus 20 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the wall-attached fixing device supporting device 20 includes a supporting base 22, a sleeve 24 and an adjusting screw 26. Referring to fig. 1, the adjusting screw 26 is connected to the support protrusion 110 of the wall attachment bracket 10 by a jack pin. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the adjustment screw 26 includes an integrally formed threaded portion 261 and a connecting portion 262, the connecting portion 262 having a generally cylindrical shape and having a through-hole that is configurable to receive a ram pin such that the ram pin extends through the through-hole of the support tab 110 and the through-hole of the connecting portion 262 so that the connecting portion 262 (and thus the ejector 20) can rotate about the axis of the ram pin. In mounting the adjusting screw 26, first, the connecting portion 262 of the adjusting screw 26 is placed at a position where it is substantially aligned with the supporting protrusions 110 of the wall-attached bracket 10, and then the jack pin is inserted into the through holes of the two supporting protrusions 110 and the through holes of the connecting portion 262 therebetween, so that the adjusting screw 26 is rotatably fixed to the wall-attached bracket 10. Further, in other embodiments, for example, a stopper may be fixedly installed at one or both ends of the jack pin, thereby restricting the movement of the jack pin in the axial direction thereof.
A blind or non-through hole (not shown) extending along the axis of the sleeve 24 is provided in the sleeve 24 of the anvil 20, so that the sleeve 24 of the anvil 20 is rotatably connected to the adjustment screw 26, in particular the threaded portion 261 thereof. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the threaded portion 261 is provided with external threads on the outer surface thereof, and the sleeve 24 is provided with internal threads on the inner surface thereof, so that the threaded portion 261 is connected to the sleeve 24 in threaded engagement, so that the sleeve 24 can be rotated along the axis of the adjustment screw 26 to adjust the distance between the sleeve 24 and the wall attachment bracket 10 in the axial direction of the adjustment screw 26.
The sleeve 24 of the jacking device 20 may be connected to the jacking 22 by fasteners 25. The fastener 25 may be a screw or the like. In practice, the top support 22 is the component that is in direct contact with the rails of the creel and therefore is subject to the greatest stresses and strains and is therefore susceptible to age failure. A jacking 22 according to embodiments of the present application is provided to be releasably connected to a sleeve 24, which facilitates replacement of the jacking 22.
Since the force conditions of the components of the propping device 20 are different, the materials of the components can be different. For example, the jacking can be made of Q235 material, and the ejector pin shaft can be made of 40 Cr. The size of the ejector 20 may also be designed adaptively, for example, the outer diameter of the threaded portion 261 of the adjustment screw 26 may be 30mm, and the outer diameter of the ejector pin may be 20 mm.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the top bracket 22 of the jack 20, with the fastener 25 attached to the top bracket 22. The top bracket 22 has two blocking protrusions, namely a first blocking protrusion 222 and a second blocking protrusion 224, the first blocking protrusion 222 transitions to the second blocking protrusion 224 through a flat bearing surface 228, and the bearing surface 228 is used for supporting the guide rail of the creeper.
Fig. 5 shows a front view of the top holder 22 with two blocking protrusions. The first transition surface 2225 of the first blocking protrusion 222 is adjacent to the bearing surface 228, and the second transition surface 2245 of the second blocking protrusion 224 is adjacent to the bearing surface 228, and the bearing surface 228 is not parallel to the connection surface 226 of the top bracket 22 (through which connection surface 226 the top bracket 22 is in contact with the sleeve 24). Furthermore, the angle of the angle between the first transition surface 2225 of the first blocking protrusion 222 and the support surface 228 is greater than or equal to 90 °, and similarly, the angle of the angle between the second transition surface 2245 of the second blocking protrusion 224 and the support surface 228 is also greater than or equal to 90 °, which design enables the second blocking protrusion 224 to easily protrude into the hole of the creeper rail 80, and the two blocking protrusions can limit the horizontal displacement of the rail supported on the support surface 228.
While the application has been described above with reference to embodiments, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the application.
