The fixed point of the sliding suspension frame 5 adopts a U-shaped buckle which can be opened and closed, and the U-shaped buckle can be quickly connected to any position of the chain according to the total length change of the inner sliding butt strap 3 and the outer sliding butt strap, so that the length of the safety guardrail 7 can be conveniently adjusted.
