Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of laundry washing, and more particularly, to a laundry treating apparatus.
Background
Washing machines in the market at present are mainly classified into pulsator washing machines, drum washing machines and agitator washing machines, and the three types of washing machines spin out washing water on laundry by high-speed rotation of a washing drum when the laundry is dehydrated, thereby realizing the dehydration process of the laundry.
The existing washing machine has large requirements on electric quantity and water quantity in the washing and dewatering process, and the dewatering is high-speed rotation dewatering. The high-speed rotation dehydration causes great vibration and noise of the whole washing machine, so that the requirements of the prior washing machine on the structural stability, the vibration reduction structure and the noise countermeasure of the whole washing machine are higher. In addition, the clothes are centrifuged at high speed, eccentric or beaten in the washing and dewatering processes of the existing washing machine, and the phenomena of abrasion, knotting, wrinkling, serious deformation and the like of the clothes are caused after the dewatering is finished, so that the phenomena always disturb users with high clothes washing requirements.
CN201780061348.3 discloses a pressure washing machine, which comprises a washing tub, a squeezing part, a suction part, an outside air introduction part, and a control part. In the dehydration process, the pressure washing machine introduces the external air, presses the object to be washed by the pressing part, and sucks the washing water and the external air introduced into the washing tank by the suction part to dehydrate, but the external air introduced in the dehydration process cannot fill the whole dehydration chamber and is directly sucked into the dehydration opening, so that the air flow is not uniformly supplemented during dehydration, and the dehydration effect is poor and the dehydration rate of clothes is not stable.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems of the prior art, the present application is directed to providing a laundry treating apparatus capable of substantially uniformly filling the entire washing tub with introduced external air, that is, uniformly filling a sealed chamber into which laundry is put, in a dehydration process of discharging washing water, thereby achieving a good dehydration effect.

Detailed Description
The laundry treating apparatus of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a laundry treating apparatus according to the present application, in which an outer edge portion of a convex portion abuts or is in close abutment with a side wall of a washing tub. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a laundry treating apparatus according to the present application, in which an air guide assembly is provided. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a laundry treating apparatus according to the present application, in which a first drainage groove is provided.
Referring now to fig. 1 to 3, a laundry treating apparatus according to the present application will be described, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, having only one drainage structure, i.e., the first drainage groove 4.
The laundry treating apparatus shown in fig. 3 includes: a cleaning tank 1 for storing an object to be cleaned and cleaning water and having an opening portion for placing the object to be cleaned; the opening is covered by the cover assembly 11; lid assembly 11 forms a sealed chamber with cleaning tank 1, and as best shown in fig. 1, lid assembly 11 has a protrusion 2 protruding into cleaning tank 1.
The laundry treating apparatus further includes: a drain passage 7 connected to washing tub 1 for draining washing water; a suction unit 8 provided in the drain passage 7 for generating negative pressure to suck the washing water and discharge the washing tub 1; an air guide unit for introducing external air into the cleaning bath 1; and a first conduction groove 4 for uniformly distributing the introduced external gas over the entire circumference of the cleaning bath 1. The gas guide component is in gas communication with the first drainage groove 4.
The air guide unit includes an outside air introduction part 9 and an air guide passage 10. The external air can enter the air guide passage 10 through the external air introduction part 9, and the opening of the air guide passage 10 at the end not connected to the external air introduction part 9, i.e., the lower opening of the air guide passage 10 in fig. 3, is exposed to the inside of the wash bowl 1 so that the external air can enter the inside of the wash bowl 1.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the external air is introduced into the air guide channel 10 through the external air introduction part 9, and the first conduction grooves 4 are in air communication with the air guide channel 10, so that the external air is transferred to the first conduction grooves 4 to be uniformly distributed over the entire circumference of the wash tub 1.
The first drainage groove 4 is arranged at a boundary position between the bottom portion and the side wall portion of the convex portion 2 and extends along the entire circumference of the washing tank 1 in the circumferential direction, and the first drainage groove 4 remains in a state where the convex portion 2 presses the object to be washed. That is, when the protrusion 2 extends toward the bottom of the washing tub 1 and extends to a position where it can reach the bottom closest to the washing tub 1, the first drainage groove 4 still remains in the groove structure, and the groove structure of the first drainage groove 4 is not completely stretched to the planar structure. Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, more specifically, when convex portion 2 moves toward the bottom of washing tub 1, as convex portion 2 stretches or moves downward, the shape of first drainage groove 4 changes, and the groove structure of first drainage groove 4 gradually changes from deep to shallow, but it should be noted that in the design of the present application, even when convex portion 2 reaches the limit position of the bottommost end that convex portion 2 can reach, the groove structure of first drainage groove 4 does not disappear, and only changes from deep groove structure to shallow groove structure. This ensures that the first drainage groove 4 can guide and distribute the external air to the entire circumference of the convex portion 2 when the convex portion 2 presses the object to be cleaned for dehydration, which can improve the dehydration efficiency and effect (in particular, make the dehydration degree uniform or close for different objects to be cleaned and different parts of the objects to be cleaned).
Further, a drain port 6 is provided at the bottom of the washing tub 1, and is connected to a suction portion 8.

The clothes treatment device or the air guide assembly further comprises a pressure control valve which is normally closed, when the negative pressure in the sealed cavity reaches a preset threshold value, the pressure control valve is opened, and external air enters the sealed cavity through the air guide assembly. When the negative pressure in the sealed chamber is lower than a preset threshold value, the pressure control valve is closed, and external air cannot enter the sealed chamber.
The clothes treatment device can be provided with a pressure detection module, when the pressure detection module detects that the negative pressure in the sealed chamber reaches a preset threshold value, the pressure control valve is opened, and external air enters the sealed chamber through the air guide assembly; and when the pressure detection module detects that the negative pressure in the sealed cavity is lower than a preset threshold value, the pressure control valve is closed.
The pressure control valve can be the constant pressure valve, and when the negative pressure in the sealed cavity reached the constant pressure valve and opened required pressure value, the constant pressure valve opened and maintained the negative pressure in the sealed cavity simultaneously, and the outside gas got into sealed cavity through the air guide subassembly.
