Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product and a manufacturing method and application thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: pre-soaking a polyester material; and (3) placing the pre-soaked polyester material into a mould, and pressing by using a press to obtain a qualified polyester material molded product. According to the environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product and the manufacturing method thereof, the pre-impregnated polyester material is pressed to prepare the environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product, and the prepared environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product has the advantages of light weight, high strength, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, good electrical insulation, flame retardance, paint-free and good damping effects and the like, is greatly superior to most products on the market in the aspect of flame retardance, and simultaneously has the advantages of low cost and simple process.

Technical Field

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages that the environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product prepared by pressing the pre-impregnated polyester material has light weight, high strength, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, good electrical insulation, flame retardance, paint-free and shock absorption effects and the like, is greatly superior to most products on the market in flame retardance, is used for manufacturing automobile body covering parts, hull part covering parts, household appliances and household goods, realizes light weight, energy conservation and environment friendliness of automobiles and ships, simultaneously has the advantages of low cost and simple process, has low technical production cost and good processing performance, is beneficial to large-scale popularization and application, has simple and reasonable structure and convenient use, effectively solves most of the existing problems, and has higher value.

Example 1
An environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1 pre-impregnated polyester material: soaking a polyester carpet to obtain a polyester carpet soaking material;
s2, placing the pre-soaked polyester carpet infiltration material into a mold at the temperature of 150-;
s3, taking out the pressed terylene material molded product, and carrying out sorting treatment and polishing treatment to obtain a qualified terylene material molded product;
s4, sealing the qualified terylene material die-pressed product for later use.
Example 2
An environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material molded product is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1 pre-impregnated polyester material: respectively kneading polyester filament yarns with epoxy resin, unsaturated resin, phenolic resin and MDI (diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate) to prepare a dough material for later use;
s2, placing the pre-soaked polyester material into a mold with the temperature of 150-170 ℃, pressing by using a corresponding press, and maintaining the pressure for 3-5 minutes to shape the polyester material to form a polyester material molded product;
s3, taking out the pressed terylene material molded product, and carrying out sorting treatment and polishing treatment to obtain a qualified terylene material molded product;
s4, sealing the qualified terylene material die-pressed product for later use.
The performance of the molded product of the environment-friendly flame-retardant paint-free polyester material described in example 2 was tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.
