Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of novel wood, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a flexible rubber wood without an adhesive. According to the invention, the raw wood material is delignified to obtain the porous material with natural vertical hole orientation, and then the flexible rubber liquid is immersed or absorbed into the porous channel in the wood and then cured to obtain the rubber composite wood board without the adhesive. The method is expected to replace the rubber composite wood prepared by the traditional adhesive method and be applied to building boards and flexible functional materials.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of novel wood, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a flexible rubber wood without an adhesive.
Background
The development of novel wood products and the improvement of the added value of the wood products are carried out, wherein the most important method is to endow some new functions which are not possessed by the traditional wood or enhance the original functions through a certain innovative technology, and the product optimization is realized.
The functional combination of wood and rubber is an important method for optimizing the performance of wood. At present, the traditional "trialdehyde" adhesive (CN 102321446A) or isocyanate adhesive (CN 201811177602.9) is basically used in the wood-rubber functional composite material, but the bonding strength, the interface water resistance and the adhesive layer toughness are still insufficient.
The natural wood has a vertically oriented ordered pore structure, and a porous material (CN 113046030A) with natural vertical pore orientation and excellent mechanical properties can be obtained by delignifying a raw wood material. If the polymer material is introduced into the porous channels of the wood to replace the adhesive of the traditional wood-rubber composite material, the environment and health problems caused by the trialdehyde adhesive or the MDI adhesive are hopefully overcome, and the polymer material is applied to building boards and functional boards. Meanwhile, the rubber has the flexibility of rubber, or can be applied to the field of sensing materials.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of interface gluing of the composite functions of wood and rubber, the patent innovatively provides a method for introducing flexible rubber into a porous wood board by removing lignin.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
adding blocky logs into a mixed solution of 0.1-2.5M NaOH and 0.1-2.5M NaHSO 3; treating at 30-100 deg.C for 1-24 hr to remove lignin and hemicellulose. Then adding the mixture into NaClO solution with the mass concentration of 1-20%, and treating for 1-24h at 20-80 ℃ to obtain white porous wood blocks;

Then, the white porous wood block is immersed in the uncured rubber solution, the rubber solution is immersed in the porous channel of the wood block in the normal pressure or low pressure environment, and then the temperature is raised for curing.
Further, it is preferable that the curing temperature is 30 to 150 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following outstanding characteristics and remarkable advantages:
1. the invention innovatively provides a flexible rubber composite wood prepared by taking porous wood as a base material, and the material can be applied to flexible sensing, building and functional boards;
2. the invention is also an exploratory research for functionalizing the service performance of the building interior decoration material and improving the added value of products, and provides a new development direction for the wood-based functional composite board.
3. The flexible rubber soaked in the functional wood obtained by the invention has the advantages of stable structure and difficult separation.
4. The method has the advantages of simple and environment-friendly operation flow and process, easy industrial production, low cost and suitability for popularization and application.

Claims (6)
1. A preparation method of an adhesive-free flexible rubber wood is characterized in that a traditional adhesive is replaced, and rubber liquid or other flexible materials are directly sucked into pore channels of a porous wood board and then cured to obtain the flexible wood filled in the porous wood block by rubber.
2. The porous wood board according to claim 1 is a wood board from which hemicellulose and lignin are removed from raw wood.
3. According to the claims 1 and 2, the treated solid product is immersed in an uncured rubber liquid, rubber is absorbed into the porous wood block, and then the temperature is raised for curing, so that the elastic non-adhesive rubber composite flexible wood board is obtained.
4. The rubber liquid of claim 3 being a liquid unvulcanized or cured natural rubber or synthetic rubber.
5. The method for immersing rubber liquid into the pore channels of the porous wood block according to claim 4 is normal pressure or negative pressure; the porous wood block can be placed in a negative pressure device (such as a vacuum box) to suck rubber liquid into the porous wood block more quickly, and then the rubber is solidified to obtain the rubber plate without the adhesive.
6. The elevated temperature curing of claim 5 at a temperature of 30-150 ℃ for a curing time of 1-20 hours.
