Abstract
The invention relates to a flanging device for a pipe fitting, which comprises a base plate, wherein a power piece is arranged on the base plate, the power piece is connected with a driving plate which moves longitudinally, and a first guide piece for guiding the driving plate is arranged on the base plate; the flanging device comprises a first moving block and a second moving block which move relatively along the transverse direction, and a second guide piece for guiding the first moving block and the second moving block is arranged on the substrate; the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel are respectively arranged on the first moving block and the second moving block and are respectively positioned in a first guide groove and a second guide groove which are arranged on the driving plate; and the opposite sides of the first moving block and the second moving block are respectively provided with a flanging needle which is used for being matched with the end part of the pipe fitting. The flanging device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume and convenient operation, and can well solve the problem of flanging the end part of the pipe fitting used by the hemostatic clamp.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pipe fitting processing equipment, in particular to a flanging device for a pipe fitting.
Background
The hemostatic clamp is used for temporarily clamping and blocking the blood flow or exudation of the artery and vein or tissues in the surgical operation, so that no blood overflows in the surgical field, and the hemostatic clamp needs to be taken out after the surgical operation is finished. As shown in fig. 1, a novel hemostatic clip (refer to a novel patent of application No. 2022206177965), the hemostatic clip 1 includes a first clamping piece 11 and a second clamping piece 12, and the two clamping pieces are hinged by a stainless steel tube 13. The two ends of the stainless steel tube 13 need to be turned over to realize the axial limit of the clamping piece. The pipe diameter of the stainless steel pipe is about 1mm, the existing flanging equipment is larger, and the stainless steel pipe is not aimed at a short pipe with smaller pipe diameter, so that the noise is large, and the operation visual field is poor. If the existing flanging equipment is utilized, a matched jig is also required to be designed.

After the flanging is completed, the cylinder retreats. The linear motion of the driving plate is converted into the relative motion of the first motion block and the second motion block by utilizing the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, so that the end part of the pipe fitting can be extruded or retreated while a pair of flanging needles can be completed. The whole device can be directly placed on a corresponding operation table for use, and is convenient to operate.
Furthermore, the position of the flanging needle and the design of the observation groove on the driving plate ensure that the structure is compact and the operation view is better.

As shown in fig. 2-5, the flanging device for the pipe fitting comprises a base plate 4, wherein a power piece is arranged on the base plate 4, the power piece adopts a cylinder 5, and the cylinder 5 is arranged on the base plate 4 through a cylinder 5 bracket.
The power piece is connected with a driving plate 6 moving longitudinally, a first guide rail 91 guiding the driving plate 6 is arranged on the base plate 4, the first guide rail 91 adopts a guide rail in the prior art, the length direction of the first guide rail 91 is arranged longitudinally, and for better description, the length direction of the first guide rail 91 is defined as the front-back direction.
The flanging device comprises a first moving block 31 and a second moving block 32 which move relatively along the transverse direction, and a second guide rail 92 for guiding the first moving block 31 and the second moving block 32 is arranged on the base plate 4. The second guide rail 92 is disposed in the longitudinal direction in the transverse direction, the first guide rail 91 is a guide rail of the prior art, and the first moving block 31 and the second moving block 32 can slide in the left-right direction or in the opposite directions, that is, can be close to or far from each other.
The first moving block 31 and the second moving block 32 are respectively provided with a first guide wheel 81 and a second guide wheel 82, and the first guide wheel 81 and the second guide wheel 82 are respectively positioned in a first guide groove 61 and a second guide groove 62 which are arranged at the front part of the driving plate 6. The first guide groove 61 is located at one side of the observation groove 63, and the second guide groove 62 is located at the other side of the observation groove 63. The guide groove is arranged in the area between the observation groove 63 and the side wall of the driving plate 6, the driving plate 6 is fully utilized, the size of the driving plate 6 is reduced, and the structure is more compact.
As shown in fig. 4, the first moving block 31 and the second moving block 32 each include a sliding portion and a bump 311, and the sliding portion is slidably engaged with the second rail 92. The protruding block 311 is protruded forward from the sliding part, and the turnup needle 7 is horizontally installed on the corresponding protruding block. The distance between the two protruding blocks is larger than the distance between the two sliding parts, the flanging needle 7 is positioned in a space which is more beneficial to observation, the operation visual field is good, and the hemostatic clamp is convenient to operate; and the purpose of more compact structure is achieved.
The flanging device further comprises a control box 2, and the control box 2 is fixed on the lower side of the base plate 4. The side wall of the control box 2 is provided with a switch key and an operation button, such as a button for controlling the start and stop of the air cylinder 5, and the control part is not an innovation point of the patent, and the prior art can be realized, so that the details are not described. The control box 2 is matched with the basic size in size, and has compact and attractive structure and small whole volume, and the whole device is placed on a corresponding operation table when in use.
The working principle of the flanging device for the pipe fitting is as follows:
in the initial position, the flanging needles 7 on the first moving block 31 and the second moving block 32 are spaced at a certain interval, the hemostatic clamp 1 can be placed, after the stainless steel tube to be flanged is aligned with the flanging needle, the cylinder 5 is started to drive the driving plate 6 to move linearly, the driving plate 6 drives the first guide wheel 81 and the second guide wheel 82 to move oppositely, and the conical heads at the end parts of the flanging needles 7 are inserted into the stainless steel tube, as shown in fig. 6. As the flanging needle 7 continues to squeeze, the pipe wall at the end of the stainless steel pipe is forced to deform, so as to realize flanging, such as the flanging 131 shown in fig. 7. The stroke of the air cylinder 5 is set, the air cylinder moves unidirectionally once, the flanging requirement is just met, after the flanging is completed, the air cylinder 5 retreats, and the first moving block 31, the second moving block 32 and the driving plate 6 are reset to wait for the next hemostatic clamp. The moving part is a fixed stroke, and the consistency of each processing can be ensured.
In other embodiments, the first guide member may also be a guide block or a guide roller disposed on the base plate, so as to guide and cooperate with the left and right sides of the driving plate.
In other embodiments, the flanging device of the present invention may be applied to products like hemostatic clips, such as those involving stainless steel tubes with a hinge shaft that requires end flanging, and those that directly flange a tube (without attaching to a specific product, for a single tube).

the flanging needles on the first moving block and the second moving block are arranged at a certain interval in the initial position, the stainless steel tube to be flanged of the hemostatic clamp is placed in the hemostatic clamp, and after the position of the flanging needle is aligned, the power piece is started to drive the driving plate to move linearly, the driving plate drives the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel to move oppositely, and the end part of the flanging needle is inserted into the stainless steel tube.
